After one of my clients had a beautiful metal roof installed on their home, they put me in contact with Michael at The Roofing Company. The timing (right before Hurricane Helene hit) was actually perfect, because we ended up having a leak in our roof develop that we noticed the following morning. He was proactive with us every step of the way, checking our roof right after the storm, installing a tarp, and dealing with the insurance adjuster when they came to do an inspection. Because our insurance did not offer us any help with replacing our roof, we are delayed in doing so. Mike and the team did a wonderful job fixing the flashing we had on our patio roof! We had a leak from where the patio roof met the house roof and they explained to us that the materials used during the initial construction weren’t very durable long term. I used the Roofing Company again to replace the roof of my main house. I knew the roof was old but I was hoping to "nurse it along" for a few more years. My insurance company had other plans and cancelled the insurance because of the age of the roof.

They did another excellent, well managed job, despite additional work due to damage to the roof which was only revealed after the ancient tiles were removed.

They are on time, handle any prep (such as protection of plants and, in my case, a pond) in advance, so the actual job can proceed as scheduled, communicate well and are just a pleasure to work with.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the team from the Roofing Company.

The backyard building needed more than just new roofing tiles, the entire roof structure was failing and their "one stop shop" was ideal and very much appreciated.

They are very professional, on time, and are excellent at completing the job in the scheduled timeframe. They communicated well when weather was impacting things and were always available to answer questions or concerns. I will gladly use them again when the roof of the main house has to be redone.

I did work with roofing companies in the past changing or fixing my roof but I never thought I will have to work with such as pro guys as the Roofing company. From the get going true long battle with my insurance agency ( over 4 months) and completion the project they were excellent. They never gave up on partially denied job , making more and more videos to convince the agency that the whole roof need to be replaced due to recent storm. Honest sales team, fast and quality workers . I strongly recommend this guys.

While my neighbor had the Roofing Company working on their roof, my house was inspected by the company, and found enough hail and wind damages. Aftesurance a co, getting HOA’s approval, and having thRoofing company to do the rest. The crews were super nice and very professional, before the installation they made sure to let me know to move any parked vehicle from the driveway, asked me on which side of the driveway to unload the shingles, which side to put the dumpster,?so that I can drive my car easily from the garage. On the installation date, the workers arrived very early, 6am, and started to prepare the area: they put on a huge and tall fabric nets around my house to protect the house and the plants. During the entire work they took a lot of pictures every step of the way, so that we can see any underneath damages and the work they have done. After the job is completed, everything was cleaned up as good as they could.
Then after all installation work is completed, they followed through with my insurance company for the paperwork, so that I got the remaining portion of the claim payment, plus any extra work. I don’t have to do anything with my insurance company. I highly recommend the Roofing company!
