We had a fantastic experience with Atlanta prime roofing from start to finish! Alex was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped us with the insurance part and met our agent when they did the inspection at our house. Alex and Maribel were present throughout the day of install and made sure their workers were taken care of too which I really appreciated! This company did an excellent job in replacing my roof. My roof had hail damage, and some pieces were falling to the ground. They filed a claim for me. The initial insurance appraisal did not cover full roof replacement. I talked to the company, and they filed supplement claims. When the insurance adjuster came the second time, one technician from their company also came and showed the adjuster some major damage to the roof. My insurance company finally approved the full roof replacement. The company replaced the entire roof successfully within one day. Their work is very satisfying. I would definitely use them next time when I repair my roof.

I’ve owned my home for 12 years and had no idea my roof had been damaged over time. Atlanta Prime Roofing was outstanding from start to finish—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Had a storm several months ago and filed a claim with my insurance company. Several roofers came through our neighborhood every week after that. The business cards were piling up on my desk as the weeks, then months flew by. My insurance company just wanted to do a small repair and not pay for the entire roof to be replaced. All the while, my HOA was fining me for everyday that the roof was tarped. Alex, from Atlanta Prime Roofers knocked on my door one day and listened to my story. He advised me to try filing my claim again but to use his companies name instead. After some more arm wrestling, my insurance company finally committed to the full replacement. Once I had their blessing, Alex showed me how to get approval from my HOA and we set a date for them to do the work. His crew showed up time and ready to work. It was cold and super windy that day but the crew Alex sent worked through it all and the final product is excellent! The GAF 50 year charcoal shingles look great on the roof and I couldn't be happier. Alex even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up and looking good.

For 2 years and 2 months, my husband and I fought with Statefarm for a new roof. Halfway thru this fight, Atlanta Prime Roofing stepped up and took on the fight with us. They were the 5th company we had asked to help us. They say they are professional… they say they will work with your insurance and be your advocate and relieve the stress of dealing with adjusters! BELIEVE EVERY word !!! Talk about above and beyond!!!! After a catastrophic storm I’m the first one in my neighborhood who has a new roof ! Fast, Clean, Professional !!!!! A few weeks ago we had hurricane Helene come through and damage our roof and within three days Alex from Atlanta roofing was on the case! This was my first claim ever on the house and he made it easy with every step of the way. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and it would’ve been even faster had my bank had Zelle!! Nine days later, we had a brand new roof and it is the best looking roof on the block. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof or any services they offer . They’re amazing. This company is absolutely great! Alex is great and is very knowledgeable. He contacted the insurance company.. Got the ball rolling and within two weeks my roof is done. They showed up this morning, removed all objects from around my house. Did a beautiful job on the roof and then replaced all the objects.. Job from start to finish was around eight hours. Definitely put your trust in this company!

My whole roof was replaced by Atlanta Prime Roofing today by Owen and his crew. When the insurance company wanted to pay for patches to be replaced, Owen fought for a total replacement and won. Owen earned my trust. This is the roofing company for you. Tried and true.

Got the roof replaced recently by them. The person that I was working said he would be present at the house when the insurance adjuster comes for the roof inspection but didn't show up. He said someone else would be there who also didn't show up. They left some roofing material by the side of the house which I informed them to pick up but no one picked it up. They were prompt in picking up the check though. Would not recommend.

My experience with this Company, especially with the Project Manager Joseliz was by far one of the best most Professional experiences I have had with a Contractor, the communication was Awesome, Joseliz kept me informed and sent photos before ,during and after , I would use this Company over and over again and would DEFINITELY recommend this Company to anyone needing their services.

I could not be happier with my experience with Atlanta Prime Roofing. I discovered a small leak coming from a vent on my roof that was dripping down into my upstairs bathroom. I called a highly reviewed roofing contractor who came out and spent less than 30 min on my roof with minimal inspection. He sent an estimate to my insurance and I was denied coverage.After I was denied I called Michelle and she told me not to worry about it that she would get me approved and she did just that. Within 1 day Atlanta Prime Roofing came out and spent nearly two hours inspecting my roof for the leak and found not only the leak but also substantial wind and hail damage. I then took there findings to my insurance and received an approval for a full roof replacement. I definitely will be recommending them to all my neighbors family and friends for their roofing needs.

Atlanta Prime Roofing is a first class roofing company that goes the extra mile and doesn’t cut corners. I can’t say enough on how Adrian was super informative and open regarding the entire process.

We were very happy with our experience working with Atlanta Prime roofing. Alex was amazing through the entire project and the crew the day of the replacement was amazing! Even with a few holdups through the insurance Alex stayed on top of everything and made sure everything went through as it should. The crew worked all day and cleaned everything up like they were never here. Even though we only saw some wind damage on our roof and didn’t think it was too bad it was such a good thing we did this, when they pulled off our old shingles they found tons of rotten plywood and even a rotten beam. Had we used a company that wasn’t as efficient and did the job right we may have never knows about this and our roof might have collapsed. I would highly recommend Alex and his team If you need a new roof.

July 2023 we had some bad wind and rain that hit close by. Caused some issues on roof but we didnt notice water leaking until Dec 2023. They helped us work through our insurance to get the roof repaired along with sheet rock repairs. Great company and very nice group of guys. They treat your house like it's their house.

These guys have been great! Alex has walked us through and been in contact with us every step of the process. Really satisfied with experience!

He ultimately got my roof replacement covered through insurance and showed a ton of patience while my wife and I chose the roof color. - They didn’t respond for two days following storm Helene. Apparently they do not work on weekends. This was the biggest storm ever and have to wait for a call back for days is not the kind of professional service I expected.

- I had texted Alex S. for referring my buddies. Never responded.

- My buddy who referred me was promised a referral fee. He tried to follow up multiple times with Alex but never responded, and the referral fee has not been provided.

They are great until you hire them and get work done. They are truely your best buddies. Post that, good luck!

Alex managed our project and made the whole process very easy. Almost zero paperwork, he took care of all the paperwork and walked us through the process. Our Insurance company is in the "stone age" but Alex made numerous phone calls to our insurance company on my behalf and pushed through to get it it all done. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

I used Atlanta Prime Roofing to replace my roof due to storm damage. I have to say that I am very pleased and satisfied with the service and treatment I got from them. Starting with Alex Sanchez who was the representative and contact person for this project. Alex was very professional at all times and took the time to explain everything to me, he helped with the insurance claim, he kept me informed of everything that was happening and everything that was going to take place during the work. The workers got to my house early the morning of the repair, they did and outstanding job, finished everything the same day. After they finished, they cleaned up everything and it even looked better than it was before. Alex had kept in contact with me to make sure everything is the way it's supposed to be, and it has actually exceeded my expectations, which were high to begin with. I was harassed by an employee of this company at a restaurant. He was extremely rude and inappropriate. He also harassed the waitstaff and left them very uncomfortable too. We've reached out multiple times to talk to a manager at Atlanta Prime Roofing to see if they were aware this was happening but we have not received a phone call back. I would never hire this company not only because of their rude employee but because when expressing concern about an employee, the company doesn't care enough to even return a phone call.

I can be a bit of a skeptic, but this company went above and beyond. Manny was so kind and patient answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. The roof was completed in only one day and they added solutions for problem areas, setting me up for success for many years to come. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend Atlanta Prime Roofing and Manny as your roofing contractor!

Excellent from the beginning of the process all the way to the end! The original contact person (Emiliano) was polite and professional. He showed me the visible damage on my roof then returned to perform a complete on-roof inspection a few days later. The company then submitted a thorough estimate to my insurance company and worked directly with the insurance company to iron out the details. Once approved by the insurance, Atlanta Prime Roofing sent a crew the very next day to replace our entire roof. My original contact person was there to supervise that as well...it was great to work with the same person the entire time. They completed the entire job in one day, and cleaned up thoroughly. We even got to pick the color of the roof! Our only cost was our deductible from our homeowner's policy. We are thrilled with the roof and the process was easy. Thanks Emiliano and Atlanta Prime Roofing!

The previous roofing company that passed by was only a few days ago... why you guys don't comply to our neighborhood rules... can't you see the huge "no soliciting sign" at the entrance? And the one at my door? How can you be good at inspecting a roof when you can't see those signs... unless you're doing it intentionally, which means you have poor ethics and professionalism.
