Had an appointment for 1:00p - didn't hear from Accent until 2:00p that they'd be here at 4:00p. 4:00p rolls around - I get a call from the sales guy that he had "an address mix up - he was supposed to drive to Stone Mountain, but had driven to the same name Atlanta address" - he'd be late to the appointment with us.

Then get a call from him at 5:45p that he was leaving that appointment and would be at my house at 6:30p - he made it clear in his communication he was hoping I'd cancel (mentioning, "I know that's close to dinnertime, we can re-schedule.")

I did cancel with him. To be clear, I was fine with all of this.

But then they called to re-schedule the appointment that they couldn't make and told me they couldn't have anyone out for 5 more days. That's ridiculous.

At least they made the decision to go with another roofer easy. If they can't even properly schedule estimates, can't imagine how the work goes.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and is making a point to see us to receive our estimate. I appreciate them seeking to make right of the situation.

Accent roofing did an excellent job in replacing my roof. They worked through some of the timing issues with other construction I had going on. Would recommend them to a friend.

Reached out to Accent Roofing a few weeks ago for an issue with water coming in around my chimney. Danny was cordial and thorough on explaining their repair process. Repair was scheduled and Joe came out to complete. He to was cordial and explained what he was going to do and took before and after pictures. I must say he is very polite and respectful. After a hard rain, still had water coming in. Understand that water can be tricky, I reached back out to Danny and Joe and they were quick to respond and came back out to address. Five stars for their excellent customer service, explanation and politeness along the way.

I had a leak in my house and called up Accent Roofing after doing some searching online. Maurice came by to evaluate the issue and then got me scheduled to be taken care of. I was lucky enough to have Ben and Jesse help me out and they took care of the leak in a very short amount of time. That being said, they were very thorough. Ben provided me with photos and an explanation of the leak, informed me of the 1-year warranty that I had, and made sure that all my questions were answered. I was impressed by their level of service!

Noah from Accent Roofing was great. He came early, listened to what my problem was, told me exactly what he was going to do every step of the way, and shared before and after pics of his work, fixing a runoff problem that had led to leaking onto my front porch. He also offered suggestions about replacing a gutter. And it was all under warranty, which made it even better, but the level of service was no different from what I received when I hired Accent Roofing for a different job.

I sustained significant roof damage from Hurricane Helene and began working with Accent Roofing about 5 months into my 9 month battle with the insurance company. After a long, grueling 9 months, the insurance company FINALLY approved a full roof replacement. I specifically worked with Beth L. for my claim. She was kind and always willing to answer any questions I may have had during the process.
During the date of installation, the staff arrived in a timely manner and the project manager sent frequent text updates and pictures throughout the process. I definitely recommend Accent Roofing and would definitely use them again (but hopefully I don’t have to call them anytime soon)

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at Accent Roofing when I called in to get some roofing concerns checked. Daniel was very thorough and looked inside and out to determine the best course of action. He gave me two choices: get my few items repaired to extend the life of the roof a few more years or get a new roof, which would fix everything of concern, plus get me a very nice roof for many years to come. For now, I've chosen a few repairs, as I'm not sure how long I will be in this house. But if and when I do need a new roof, I have Daniel and Accent on speed dial.
I truly appreciate how professional and honest Daniel was, as I'm guessing other roofing companies could have just said, "Yep, you need a new roof immediately." This is great for Accent's "long game," as they now have a customer and advocate of their great services for life.

I"m also equally happy with the work that was performed. Victor and his team came out today, on time and got right to work. They were all very courteous and really good at what they do. After the work was completed, Victor showed me what I could see from the ground, plus photos of the repairs on his phone as well. The team cleaned up and left the area looking like they'd never been there.

I'm very happy to have worked with Accent--including Haley, who took my first call, plus Michelle and Amanda, who answered a few questions I had.

We chose Accent Roofing Services after speaking with at least 5 roofing companies. They had done work for my mother in law a few years and she had great things to say about this company. But what really sold it for us was their no frills, straight to the point consultation. My husband worked with both Matthew R. They started early and were able to finish in one day! we appreciate Accent Roofing for making our roof replacement as painless as possible!

My project consisted of replacing a high, very steep roof on uneven terrain of a fraternity house on Georgia Tech campus.

Daniel, my sales representative, with his comprehensive drone inspection, timely and comprehensive estimates and accommodating revisions allowed me to receive quick and easy Board approval. This gave me the confidence in selecting Accent Roofing.

This confidence was further reinforced by the pre-installation activities, including scheduling, permitting and pre-installation site visit. The installation went smoothly and frequent drone photos confirmed the quality and progress of the installation. Alex, our Accent Project Manager was on-site throughout the installation.

Upon completion, a detailed final walk-through was conducted and remaining construction materials removed.

The project was completed within the parameters of the original contract. No additional cost were incurred.

My townhome roof was 20 years old and leaking. I learned about Accent Roofing from my brother (another happy customer). I worked with Daniel M, who was amazing from start to finish. After the initial assessment, he came back (on short notice) to meet with the insurance adjuster and he worked diligently with my insurance company over a period of several weeks to help get me covered. Daniel was very knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all of my questions (even when I asked the same question 2 or 3 times). While everything was being sorted out, Accent installed a tarp over part of my roof to prevent additional damage from the leaks. My initial roof replacement appointment was cancelled due to inclement weather, but Accent quickly scheduled a replacement appointment for the same week. On install day, the on-site project manager, Harley, did a great job updating me throughout the install process and texted me pictures of the progress as it was happening. They did a beautiful job! Everything was cleaned up after, including debris that got into my attic during the install. I highly recommend Accent Roofing and Daniel!

The physical service they provided was great! Joe explained everything thoroughly before performing the work. I would have given them 5 stars but the communication leading up to the work being completed should be improved. There was discrepancies between what was originally quoted and the work that they were going to complete. Through discussions we were able to workout the miscommunication. I was in need of help and assistance on roofing company that was Authentic. In my neighborhood was Accent roofing sign. I searched them out.
Walked in their office and it was so peaceful. Met with General Manager Jessica Laurio. She proceeded to guide me on appointments. I met With Phillip who is the president .
Meeting with him on decisions of the type of shingles and felt. Very reasonable price with great quality material.

Communications was un believable. It was less stress to know what day, time and what to expect with me being a caregiver. Very organized and thoroughly done.

George Sanchez who was the project manager, called and introduced himself on the phone. Such great personality. He was there to over see the crew. George made sure his crew had drinks and lunch. He educated me on prior ridge cap that did not have ventilation . My attic had been so hot that it set the fire alarm off upstairs. That’s how bad the heat was. George educated me on previous felt that was use. Not a good quality on my opinion.
Now my roof is up to code and ridge vents are on.
I can sure tell the difference . I am one happy person.

I had just moved into a new house with a 29 year old roof and Accent Roofing did an exceptional job with my new roof. Matthew and Beth did an amazing job with providing details of the job and answering any questions that I had. The project manager Osman and his team did a great job the day of the roof installation. They arrived on time and provided periodic updates on the job throughout the day.

Joe and the team showed up on time, explained beforehand the project tasks, and would take before and after photos. They got the job done in less than a few hours like they said they would. Went over the pictures and sent them my way. They were also reasonably priced compared to other companies. Thanks to Tony as well for also being easy to work with on the initial consult with solving my roofing ventilation issues.

What I liked most about this whole experience was the thorough & professional way Matthew assessed & explained the process. He went over the steps his company would take from beginning to end. He did not pressure me to commit-unlike one of the other companies that came out. He explained in terms I understood. He left me the package which included the estimate & all the information I needed to make my decision. He told me to call anytime with any questions I might have. Matthew followed up on the project, calling me several times to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction.
The roofers came on time & started work immediately. They worked without stopping till the job was finished. Josue, the project manager, was here to walk with me & answer any questions. He explained that the workers would clean up once they finished. Between Matthew & Josue, it was a good experience. Great communication between both them & me. Excellent communications and notifications from the initial visit all the way through and after installation. Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly.
During the initial visit from Adam, we got a complete survey of the roof using a drone, had a no-pressure discussion about options and was left with a great packet of information with a presentation about the company, details on the installation process and qualities of the roofing product. We had several more email conversations about insurance details. The offers were well documented with specifics and the online review and acceptance process was excellent. We were updated every step of the way with information about our Scheduling (Gary / George) and the pre-job inspection (Jessica). Lastly, working with Antonio R. onsite during the installation day and final inspection went excellently. He confirmed our choice, details of what was to be removed, provided drone shots of the wood replacements and final drone of the finished roof. Where do I even start? We had a roof leak on June 14th. After researching top emergency roofing companies, Accent came up first, advertising 24-hour service with 5 star reviews. When we called, we were asked for our name and number, told we’d hear back “soon,” and that was it. Hours later—still no response—we called back, only to find out it was just an answering service and no one was actually available. Meanwhile, rain was pouring into our bathroom.

On June 16th, we finally received a call saying someone would come out the next day. Nick arrived, was professional, took drone photos, reviewed pricing, and told us to call once we decided. We did exactly that—approved the quote, paid the deposit—and were told we’d get a call to schedule. That call never came. When we followed up, we got nothing but the runaround from both Nick and the office staff. More promises of “quick” service that never materialized.

We were finally scheduled for July 9th between 1-2, nearly a month after the initial leak, with heavy rain continuing throughout. We were told we’d get a confirmation call the day before. That didn’t happen. Instead, we got a call at 2:30 on the day of, saying the crew would arrive in two hours or so.

What kind of operation is this? With all the glowing 5-star reviews, I’m starting to question their validity. Save yourself the hassle—call someone else. A full month after our roof leak, we’re only now getting service. The next day, however, when it was time to collect payment, communication was suddenly overflowing—an email, a call, a voicemail, and a text message. It was crystal clear where their priorities truly lay. This is completely unacceptable.

In response to Phillip: Phillip, there’s no need for a follow-up call — our experience has already been made quite clear. As for the delay from on-site quote to approval being out of your control, that’s simply not accurate. When we reached out to our rep about never receiving the quote to sign, it took an additional four days to get it, as it had been sent to the wrong email despite the correct one being confirmed on site. There’s no need to go back and forth on this. We stand by our account and our experience.

Accent roofing recently installed a new roof on our home and not only did they accomplish the feat in one day, they were efficient and highly talented.
The crew was small, but efficient and our property was left in better condition than they found it. No nails in the yard or damage to the property.
Accent showed up on time and sent progress reports with drone photos throughout the process, ensuring that the we (the client) were kept in the loop.
Accent also let us know what the state of the decking was when they found out, this was a very helpful step as the decking is a potential upcharge once the project starts.
Beth and Harley were very communicative and responsive when engaged via text and I never felt as though I was bothering them with questions or requests for information.
Overall, we will use Accent in the future, although I hope we don't need another roof during our time in our home.

Nick was a great salesman and we trusted him wholeheartedly! During installment we kind of got a bit worried on the color of the shingles, because it wasn’t quite what we expected. Long story short, the color turned out just like we wanted!! And the work crew was extremely talented! Our property was well maintained during and after installation. The cleanup was like they were never there!! Harley, was our on site guy, who really helped us with our project anxiety. All and all, a great company! I'm not a big review person. Tbh, I usually do a lot more reading of reviews than writing, but I had to jump on here and give a special shoutout to Accent Roofing.

Our house was built just over 5 years ago, so we assumed we wouldn't be having any issues with our roof. Well, so much for assuming. We noticed small water spots on our top floor ceiling. Which seemed minor, but I assumed there maybe a bigger issue afoot, so I did my research and reached out to several local roofing companies that serviced the Marietta area. After a few calls, I finally got around to Accent Roofing. Scheduling was easy. They were straight to the point. No upfront cost or minimum spending limit, and a specialist got to my house within the next day or two.

And that specialist was a guy by the name of Tom Rees.

Tom was a such a great guy, both professionally and just on a personal level (we talked roofing and life). He went above and beyond to figure out the cause of the leaks, which included him putting his physical well being at risk by venturing up to the attic without a large ladder to help him up (or down). He quickly identified the issue and with some teamwork on our part, he managed to get back down with only a few minor scratches. Guy literally scarified life and limb to get the job done. He also conducted a thorough quality control by bringing the drone out to make sure he didn't miss anything. Tom arrived early and stayed extra. He explained to my wife and I what the issues were. He assured us they were relatively minor, but it was something we needed to get done before it ballooned into a bigger problem later down the road. And he also spotted a few additional touch ups I may needed to have done. It wasn't an attempt to upsell or pressure us into purchasing extra, but just a simple heads up. A few days later, a repair team, led by the repair technician, Joe Bronson came out and got the job done. They were excellent as well. Joe was very knowledgeable and broke down exactly what they did in a way that I even understood it (which is impressive, if you ask me).

These guys have my business from here on out if (well, when) I need roofing maintenance.

I had to reach out to Accent concerning a very small leak. They sent NOAH FENOFF their repair technician out to have a look! I have been comparing deferentt roofing companies for several months. I finally contacted Accent roofing service. from the first phone call to the very end, everyone from the phone receiptionist to the Dan, Bobby, Les and the installers were pleasant to talk with and went out of their way to satisfy my needs.
