Shane has been there for us to track down a leak and preventing a much more serious situation down the road. The vent had been installed wrong by the original roofing company in 2000 and was leaking into the attic.

Even though our roof is original Shane presented a plan for us that took care of the problem while not requiring a complete underlayment replacement.

I needed a tile replacement as well as general maintenance. They offered by far the most reasonable price and were able to complete the work only a few days after reaching out to them. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Shane was wonderful from start to finish. When he arrived to inspect the roof and give a quote, he took pictures of the roof showing why the roof needed to be replaced (roof was 30 years old). Shane came by during the re-roof to check on the progress of the roof and to ensure everything was going smoothly. When the project was completed, Shane came by to ensure no nails were around that could puncture tires and that the work site was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I had a question about my roof a couple weeks afterwards and Shane came over the same day and explained what I was seeing on the roof. The Roofing company has left a mess and provided me with an estimate to do work that they now say they won't do. The yard was left a mess and they missed step flashing on the roof and had to be called back to fix it. The sales team essentially told us this would be turn key and they would handle our insurance. It has yet to be anything like that.

We highly recommend The Roofing Company in Mesa AZ. Although we live in Iowa we were able to schedule an appointment on property we were closing on in Mesa on a Thursday and had Shane there the following day to inspect the roof and do some small repairs while he was up there.

After being notified by a roofer that we had roof damage (although no leaks) - and upon inspection he informed us we needed a new roof, we contacted The Roofing Company for a second opinion. Shane was awesome - he was personable, professional, very knowledgeable and ethical. After he inspected our roof, he informed us we didn't need a new roof. All that was needed was to replace missing and broken tiles. Shane was able to find matching tiles - and the work was completed within 2 days. We never even saw the team that came out to do the work - they were exremely efficient - removed all the trash - and the roof looks great!! If we have any further problems with our roof - Shane will be the person we call.

My overall experience I would say was great! I worked with Shane who answered all of my questions and/or concerns. This company was one of 3 companies referred to me by my insurance agent. I chose them because their price was decent, longer warranty, and their turnaround timeframe of getting the job done was a lot sooner compared to others. There were some hiccups along the way but they were resolved in a timely manner. For example, we had a question on the appearances of one of the shingles flap and Shane came the next morning to take a look at it. He was very quick on getting back to us. Also, there was an issue with one of the entry on the invoice but when brought to their attention they were able to fix it. I would use them again in the future. Thank you!

Great roof. They repaired everything we went over, reinstalled my TV dish (had to be re-calibrated-which is expected)--on time every day-put tarp down so nails didn't get into my lawn-cleaned up every day-good company to work with-thanks for the new roof

I had repairs done by my home warranty company’s roofers twice and once from another that was so very disappointing.I had enough of them, dropped the warranty company and called a couple other roofing companies. After getting some outrageous quotes I decided The Roofing Company was the one to go with. Shane and his crew were there the next day and completed the job. All around a great experience. I noticed all my neighbors were getting new roofs so I asked one of them if they thought I could get a new roof. They set me up to have Joey come out and see if there was anything he could. All said and done, I got a new roof, new gutters, and a little bit of interior work done from the last bad storm we had. He did a great job at making sure everything was done right. I would recommend Joey to anyone who would need at least a roof inspection. From beginning to end it took about a month but now I know I won’t have any issues when the next storm comes.

Over the past 10 years, The Roofing Co. has fixed roof leaks on my home 3 times. Shane comes out to inspect and assess the problem. He explains the situation and gets you an estimate. Upon acceptance, he schedules the work crew to complete the repair. My experience has always been good. Shane is easy to work with and the workers must be competent because they've been successful each time. Also, I had them put a new roof on a casita that I built in the back yard. That roof works great and looks great as it matches the roof on the main house.

I would like to thank The Roofing Company for being kind and supportive while we were dealing with our roof issues. We’re new to having to deal with home repairs and this was a stressful ordeal to have fall in our hands, but Shane kept me calm and made me feel reassured when we had some leaks pop up. I contacted them to have both mine and my neighbors flat area above the garage coated and to replace my neighbors 2 cement shingles. Shane came out, took pictures and said the areas didn't need to be coated and he slid her 2 shingles plus 2 of mine back in place. I was very grateful for his honesty! When I do need a roofer, I will definitely use them.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Worked to get me on the schedule. The biggest thing being they actually showed up when they said they would (over the course of two weeks, had several no show or show up unexpectedly, and then not provide a bid). The workmanship also appears to be done very well.

They showed up on time, and the work was done quickly and neatly. It hasn't rained much since the repair, but I'm confident it was done correctly. The worker who showed up was polite and knew what he was doing.

After an overnight rainstorm, we found a leak in our roof that was coming through the ceiling over our stairwell. After receiving a referral from an electrician that did some work on our house, and reading reviews about The Roofing Company online, I gave them a call. We setup an appointment, they were prompt (showing up within the first 45 minutes of the 5 hour window) and courteous when giving us the estimate.

The pricing was less than I was thinking it would be, and they were out early the next morning, removed our non-working swamp cooler, repaired/replaced shingles, sealed up everything, and were done in just a few hours!

Overall, I was very impressed with the response time, courteousness of the staff (both on the phone and those that came to our house) and 100% pleased with the result. If I ever need more roofing done, this company will be my only call!

I first had the Roofing Company fix a leak at the pitch of my roof and was very happy with their service. I had them estimate a re-roof at that time and decided to have it done four months later because of the service they gave and cost. It was great working with the front office and I felt very comfortable with the workers being on my roof while I was away at work. Everything was clean and done when I got home. I was shocked as there was no trace of construction that had been done that day. Except a BRAND NEW ROOF!

Several years ago The Roofing Company removed about 4 layers of shingles and replaced new ones on our old house. The new roof turned out great The workers seemed very skilled and pleasant to work with. They have earned a roof replacement for our home again when needed.

Seem to be really nice people who run the company. But getting them to get back to me with an answer has been next to impossible. Then asks them to email me an estimate and made clear I needed ot ASAP. Was told I would get it by 5:00pm. It is now 8:30pm and no estimate.

They did great work! I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff (Leah), and with the quality of the work. I would hire them again.

I called The Roofing Company to come out to give me an estimate for roof repair. The representative was out the next day and the following day I was having my roof fixed. The roofers were fast and efficient and the estimate was less than the estimate I received from another company. Within 48 hours we had a hard rain storm and no leaks. I recommend The Roofing Company to anyone who needs repairs done to their roof. Their service is fast and dependable. Job well done.
