They were super great, helpful, and flexible, great contact during the project. However we have been done and paid since October and we have one gutter that keeps falling off and one that is leaking and causing major issues on our pouch. I have contacted them repeatedly as I knew this winter it would be a major safety issue. Now three people have fallen this week. The countless calls and emails have not been responded too. To have brand new gutters and be unable to have a few small issues corrected is very disappointing.

Super pleased with the work that has been done so far. Had my roof replaced yesterday and was surprised that they were able to complete house and garage all in one day! Crew was hard working, super nice and did a great job with clean up. Jason has kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and has answered my 100 million questions. Looking forward to having my siding and trim completed next. Highly recommend.

His roofers hit my electric feed with a shingle square, cutting it. Jason didn't take care of it as promised. *I* had to hire an electrician to fix it. Then they installed gutter guards incorrectly, and even after multiple emails regarding this, STILL AFTER TWO YEARS they've never been corrected. I'd love that fixed, and the TWO HUNDRED dollars back for having to fix their damage to my electric service. Do I recommend them? What do you think?

Additional: Jason promised to fix the problem gutter guard, AND do an outside house cleaning free of charge to make up for things & in exchange for a better review. After five months, nothing. Not even a text. Take that for what it's worth, folks. Here's my review, updated.

Paid Jason 2500 dollars and he only ripped down the gutters and for two months he told me he was coming back tomorrow and never showed up. I asked for a refund 4 months ago and he won’t give me one. I have a small claims file against him. Would not hire!

I would absolutely not recommend hiring this company whatsoever. Jason is very unprofessional and took my money and will not complete the work or give me my money back. I gave him 2500 dollars and all he did was removed the gutters and for 8 weeks told me he was coming and he never showed up. DO NOT HIRE.

Jason provided us with great communication and follow up. The crew: Alex, Claire and Jude took such great care of our house. Every inch was replaced with perfection. Jason kept in touch with me and sent his repair team out to inspect and repair my roof on the spot. He was the 8th or 9th contractor I called with no response or they just didn't show up. So I appreciate this team showing up on time and doing the repair.

Great company, Jason is a wonderful person to work with. Had him give me an estimate on full roof replacement with gutters and he patiently waited weeks for me to get other estimates so i could make an informed decision. Never any pressure to make a quick decision. I would highly recommend The Roofing Company.
