They put a new roof on my house. Walked to the other part of my room and saw the roof collapsed I called them to have some one come out to look they promised to have some one come back to fix it with in 24-72 hours no one showed up! Now it's raining!

Do not use this company. The owner, Christopher Snider, is a smooth talker. He will tell you what you want to hear, do the job as fast as possible, take your money, and then vanish. If you have any problems afterwards, you won't be able to get ahold of him. He won't respond to calls, voicemails, texts, or emails. If you do happen to get ahold of him, he won't take responsibility for any issues. We've had multiple issues with him. I would steer clear of him if possible. We aren't ones to complain and we always give people the benefit of the doubt, but he is so bad, we felt compelled to warn others before they get taken advantage of.

They did a good job getting my insurance claim through, but that’s about the extent of the good. Let’s start out by saying they put the wrong roof color on the house, and nothing I could do because I was told to leave and by the time I got back the roof was done and it was too late. They also, we’re doing gutters at the same time. Did not replace the drip edge and cut corners. So it looks bad in places because how they had to ge the drip edge to fit around the gutters. The gutter experience was a mess. I would come home and the gutters would be crooked, not in the same spot as the other gutters, not level, stuck 8in off the side of the house. It was incredible the lack of attention to detail. I noticed the other day not a year later that gutters were coming off the side of my house and he never came back to fix two little small jobs. So, I’m having to go legal route to make sure he still will warranty my roof and also needs to come back and fix what he promised. Horrible experience.
