When we discovered a water leak in the shower it had been going on for some time and had created quite a problem. The Flood Guys sent over Ben and Walker to handle the situation, and they soon eliminated the problem while patiently explaining every step along the way. As soon as they arrived, I felt better, and I would highly recommend them.

Kaynen, Zyree, and Phillip have been so helpful with helping us when our hot water tank decided to not hold water anymore and slowly spread under our floor and into our walls. From dry out to moving contents I highly recommend this team!

The drying part of our water damage was completed today-January 3,2025. The team was very careful in our home. We would receive a call, daily, when to expect them. Walker, Tim, and Kaynen were great! Experienced and always great explaining the moisture readings and any questions, as homeowners, we asked. Great team.

The folks at The Flood Guys were great. We had an emergency water heater failure and our plumber recommended them for mitigation. They had someone out here that same day to square us away. Kanon, Gage, and Walker then went through everything in a professional manner. Fast and helpfull, and worked directly with my insurance. Hopefully I don't have another water emergency but if so, I know who I will call.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with The Flood Guys! Our “flood guys” were Kannon, Antonio, and Walker (hopefully I spelled their names right!). The downspout drain from my gutter had a root intrusion and caused a back up, which flooded my basement and caused water and mold damage.

I called The Flood Guys (who I used from a previous water mishap). They came out to inspect and after I received a bid, Flood Guys sent two awesome techs, Kaynen and Antonio.

They were professional and proficient at clearing the water damaged wall and calibrating all the equipment to dry out the framing and foundation.

Kaynen was very communicative through the whole process and let me know the status of how everything was progressing throughout.

Everything is dry and mold is gone.

Sewage leaking into your house is stressful! Our home experienced widespread damage throughout our downstairs. Josh G showed up, evaluated every part of the home with potential damage and developed a remediation plan, communicating with our insurance agent. The content team Phillip, Colton and Zyrece cleared our belongings as needed for home repairs. They carefully documented all of our items with photos needed to submit to insurance. Awesome team to have helping through a rough experience

All these cats were incredibly professional, speedy and efficient. High quality stuff. And they handled my unique emergency of a flooded downstairs 11 days before my wedding like it was a breeze to them. Really calmed us down during an already stressful situation. Cullen and his crew were fantastic to work with. Initially the project got delayed due to Flood Guys availability but once I had someone to work with, they really helped us solve the water damage problem. Insurance was giving us the run around on coverage and Flood guys was there to help me navigate and make sure my insurance company saw the moisture readings and thermal photos to help make sure we were covered for their services. I would recommend them for anyone to use.

I had pipes burst in my laundry room and 1/2 bath back in January during the cold snap. Cory and his team showed up at the recommendation of the plumber who fixed the initial damage. The Flood Guys were prompt and efficient. They immediately began work at removing all wet materials from the area and stripped the room down to the studs. They worked fast and cleaned up thoroughly. They were very respectful of my home and property. They provided a very detailed estimate (with photos) of all the work they did which my insurance company appreciated. Their work is quality and thorough in every aspect. Communication was easy and prompt. Cory even called to check in with me near the end of the job when he was on vacation with his family. This is a very professional company with dedicated staff that truly cares about their customers. I would definitely call on them again should the need ever arise - they do fantastic work!

Highly recommended! My house had a pipe burst in extreme cold. Other companies were not able to put me on schedule and just kept me waiting for nothing. I called The Flood Guys, instantly Ryan and Dennis came in the second day, evaluated and started the job. Everything was done so perfectly and in timely manner, that my house isn't receiving more impact. Both of Ryan and Dennis are super great!! They are very responsive, professional and to the point. Ryan even helped me contact plumbers and furnace guys, since my situation needed both machinery to be removed and reinstalled after the water restoration. Phillip and crew came to my rescue after experiencing water damage to four floors of my home. The coordination of water removal, drying and packing up of my family’s belongings reduced my stress instantly. Philip and his crew are very efficient, organized and friendly. They have a great relationship with other businesses and were able to give me referrals for other services that I needed as a result of water damage.

Don't work with them! The Flood Guys ghosted me for 2 weeks and then send me a bill.

I had a water pipe burst in my garage at 01/14, and the plumber fixing our pipe recommends the Flood Guys for water damage repair. Flood Guys then send an technician to my house at 01/15.

The technician took some samples for lead and asbestos testing, told us they will have test result in 1-2 days, and they would come back to remove the affected drywall and dry out the garage in 3-4 days.

4 days later (01/18), no one came back. I called the office, office just gave me technician's phone number. I then called the technician, the technician told me this job got assigned to another technician, and he will remind the 2nd technician to contact me.

After wait another 7 days (01/25), I called the office again. Office just gave me the 2nd technician's number and promised the 2nd technician would gave me a call that day.

I received a call from the 2nd technician 4 days later (01/29), ask me when I'm available to put me on his schedule. It has been 2 weeks after the initial estimate, the mold would already start to grow. At this time I realized this is NOT a company or crew I'd like to work with. So I told him because you delayed so long I'll work with someone else.

BTW, the other company I finally hire finished the whole project(estimate, testing, demolition, dry out) within a week.

Now, today(02/07/2024), I receives an email from the Flood Guys office, asking me to pay a $880 bill of lead/asbestos testing. Understandable. But I would strongly recommend anyone to find a more trustable company to work with their water damage repair.

During the big freeze last month I had a pipe burst in the garage of my new house, I had just moved into the week before. Most of my belongings were being stored there. I called the flood guy and despite being overwhelmed by calls they were very quick to respond. A dryer was set up and within a couple of days a team of gentlemen (Colton, Zyrece, Phillip and Josh) came to the house, inventoried everything, as they reboxed it all, and hauled it off to there own storage facilities. They were professional, careful and quick and took time to answer all my questions as to what would happen next.
Moving is stressful enough without having a flood and all your belonging getting drenched. "The flood guys" helped make it one less thing to have to worry about..

We had the Flood Guys come and take care of the mitigation after a water leak. These guys are like professional counselors for dealing with stress after water leaks and damage. Leon and his brother who came out, clearly laid out a roadmap on what we needed to do and what they would take care of. Super friendly and nice. They were very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process. Generally, very professional and thorough.

They also gave high quality recommendations on plumbers (SeaTown) who could do the plumbing repairs for us and a contractor who could take care of other repairs.

Flood Guys have also been very patient in dealing with my insurance company on getting paid.

We were recently referred to The Flood Guys by plumbing to fix a leaking joint. They quickly responded to our call, and Aundrei came within the day to assess and dry out my house. There were multiple affected areas on each floor but Aundrei made sure to cover his paths to keep everything clean, leave openings for us to go in and out, answer our questions, keep us informed at all times, and schedule follow-ups the next days. We were impressed by his quality of work, and I'd highly recommend The Flood Guys to anyone who unfortunately face these issues in their home.

I was happy overall with the process. Aundrei answered immediately and got right to work. All damage material was removed and disposed of, and everything disinfected. He stayed late to make sure all necessary tasks of the day were taken care of.

Leon and Garrett came out and did what needed to be done removing water damaged insulation, drywall, flooring, and sub floor in two rooms and our garage. Busted tub valve caused it all. Never want to go through this again ever but they did the job well. Contractor came and said most companies doing this work don’t make such nice even cuts that they can then work from. That was a good confirmation that they did a good job as well.

We had a plumbing leak within a wall that soaked the drywall and began seeping into adjacent carpet. Mold also began to grow on the drywall. We worked with the Flood Guys - and specifically Leon and Garett - who removed the drywall, exposing the leak, and - once the leak was fixed - ran and monitored a set of dryers to ensure that the wall studs and carpet were thoroughly dry. Both Leon and Garett were great to work with, and Leon in particular was attentive to detail, punctual, communicated well, and prepared a comprehensive file for our insurer. I would highly recommend this company and this team.

Leon and Garrett were awesome! I had a shower leak that resulted in damage to the walls and floor around the shower area, and some related mold growth. They got everything taken care of and dried out in a couple visits. Leon was great about scheduling visits, letting me know how things were progressing, next steps, and he was incredibly patient with my overbearing “guard” dog. Just a great experience overall. I hope I don’t run into another situation where I need their services again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to give them a call.

Phillip, Colton and their team was amazing. They were caring, handled all of our items with care. They are professional and extremely honest. They found money, coin collection that I forgot to pack myself and made sure I received them. I am so happy I chose The Flood Guys to respond to my flooded (full) basement! They were fast and efficient in packing up contents and removing them to safe, dry storage and cleaning up. They thoroughly inspected and tested the walls for water damage and removed damaged flooring. The Flood guys offer an important added benefit: they are a full service company in that they connect their customers with other excellent professionals that are needed such as to undertake abatement (such as asbestos) and rebuild. A friend who also had a flood issue prior to mine had to find these other professionals on his own in an already overtaxed marketplace. I don’t leave a review and neither does my wife. But we just think think that these team from Flood Guys deserve a special shout out. Coming down on a particular early morning and finding our kitchen floor flooded with water leaking continuously from a light fixture in the ceiling , water trekking all the way to our carpeted family room was quite overwhelming, specially if it the first time to experience such incident . The plumber that we were able to get hold of , recommended to call the Flood Guys. They came promptly, and assure us they will take care of the problem. And they did, they were professionals , hard working, and thevway they went about the work to be done showed they knew what they were doing. From the way our furnitures were carefully moved from the affected rooms to the fast efficient manner things were were set up to the installation of the drying machines. And we really appreciate their gestures of asking if we require them to wear masks before entering our home., to taking off their shoes every time they went up the stairs in order not to get the carpet dirty. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen and a lot of water mitigation to do to prevent further mold damage. The Flood Guys were super helpful from the getgo with setting up dehumidifiers and then doing all the demolition required to dry out the subfloor. They worked with our insurance company to put us up in a nice trailer while our house is uninhabitable. All of the people we've worked with have been respectful but I'd especially like to shout put Zach, Joe, Josh, Shannon, and Tom as being super helpful. Grateful for their expertise and help.

From the very first day, Jacob and Zander made us feel very comfortable with them handling our damage from a broken hot water pipe. We had our water heater leak for awhile which was unknown to us and caused quite a bit of damage. There was mold growth on the drywall and under our plank flooring in the kitchen area. We reached out to the Flood Guys and they jumped right on the clean up and remediation. The flood guys have made a terrible, overwhelming situation, a little less stressful. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that came out to help us. We had a fire and multiple break-ins in our apartment unit and needed help fast. We called on a sat morning and Ryan was able to assemble a crew to come out the next day. He was able to put our minds at ease, explained every detail, and continually communicated every step in the process. They were able to pack and move all of our apartment (we are not horders but have a good amount of stuff) within a day and a half. Which all of crew did fast, carefully, respectfully, and so kind. They will then inventory, evaluate, hand clean, and store all of our belongings until we can move back in. Will work with our insurance directly so there was no out of pocket cost to us. A flood is no fun. Nor is the mitigation process. The great thing about working with Ivan, Jacob and Zander from the Flood Guys is that they responded quickly, were thorough and had the right equipment to dry everything out. I'm not one to write reviews but they deserve this one.

Joe , Zach and Eugene did an excellent job cleaning up after water damage from a leaky pipe. They checked in on the drying progress frequently and cleaned up everything really well when they left. Had a bunch of water in the woodwork from some galvanized drain pipe the previous owner had hidden in a wall. They had dehumidifiers out here for a couple weeks, with Ivan, Jacob, Zander, Joe, and Zach coming out periodically to keep an eye on progress. Attentive work and excellent communication.

Ivan did a great job helping me out after I had a water leak from my bathtub. I live on Vashon Island, which a lot of companies don't even service, and Ivan came out several times to check on the progress of the dry-out and made sure everything got back to normal. Would definitely recommend!
