We liked working with Bayshore so much that we hired them again for a new septic project at our vacation property. From the first phone call to the final day they were on it! Much thanks to the crew and folks for another fine job.

To begin, each member of the Bay Shore staff, from owner to foreman and crew members were respectful, considerate, timely and hard working. We're certain that Bay Shore would be able to do a top-notch job with any straightforward installation, but ours was not straightforward.
Our initial project involved installing an engineered expansion to an existing system. In the course of installing the system, an illegal septic tightline and connection to the house's sewer main were discovered. With Bay Shore Construction foreman Mike Cambern's field expertise, we were able to remove the illegal tightline and other non-compliant components and now have a streamlined, compliant, no-worries septic system.
On several occasions we made requests which modified the initial design. Mike would go over and above to understand our requests and to adjust the plan, if possible, to make it happen. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Bay Shore on our project. We highly recommend this company.

Bay Shore was outstanding. I had 3 projects; demolish a two-story house & haul away, excavate & pull stumps for foundation on new house, create a new septic system. I had many challenges with other people &/or contractors related to these projects & the owner of Bay Shore, Brandon Thompson, was a great resource to help me out of many jams. Always very responsive with phone calls, e-mails, and working with me on such a large project. The project manager, Mike, kept me up to date daily with pictures, text messages and occasional phone calls to clarify on all the projects. Thank you, Mike! They treated me with respect, kindness, and educated me along the way. I currently live in Kent & this project is in Olympia, if I needed to be on site for a walk thru, Brandon & Mike would schedule & meet me to discuss next steps. This will be my forever home soon. We live out of state (originally from the area) and needed a completely new septic system for our waterfront property as the original 1965 system had failed. It was a huge project and we were pleased with Bay Shore Construction's performance and project management. We had to have three tank systems and multiple pumps to pump up the hillside as well as new drain fields. We had multiple bids and Bay Shore came in very competitively on the lower end of the range, and we chose them because of the scope of their company and recommendations we had received. Since we don't live there full time, we were flexible with our timeline but wanted it to be completed by the summer holidays, which they met our needs. Bay Shore came back out in the fall at our request to make a few minor modifications and remove some green waste from clearing the new drainfield location. Brandon, Mike, and their office team were very friendly and responsive, and worked closely with our designer and loan agent Craft3, who provides good loans for waterfront septic systems. We were somewhat anxious about managing this project from out of state but overall we were very pleased working with Bay Shore to get the job done and done well.

We needed to have the grinder pumps replaced in our sewage system and contacted Bay Shore Construction to do the work. From start to finish, they were responsive and professional. Jamie, the office assistant, responded to my emails and phone calls in a very timely way. Brandon, the owner, came out and evaluated the system within a couple of hours of contacting him. Mike, the project manager, stayed in good contact throughout the entire process. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the cost was right as projected. I highly recommend Bay Shore.

I have to say, I was really impressed with this team. I had a complete septic failure and had no idea where to begin. Brandon was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and communicative – I felt like he was there for every step of the process and made everything easy and straightforward. I’ve worked with contractors who pass you off to some other point of contact, or don’t communicate, and I’ve realized it’s worth a slightly higher bid to have everything taken care of and have great communication. A+ for communication, A+ for being easy to work with. Mike was fantastic with the installation and was super responsive to my questions, taking care of exactly what I needed. Bay Shore saved the day when my main waterline broke and started flooding my property. They came highly recommended by the indoor-only plumbers with whom I worked before and I can definitely see why! Brandon and his team were responsive, professional, and efficient. They quickly coordinated and solved some added complications that came up and were great about communicating with me. I also appreciate the care with which they did their work: they saved some mature landscaping other companies told me I would have to sacrifice to fix the line. I cannot recommend Bay Shore highly enough.

Saw the sign along the freeway, stopped the office and chatted with staff, they set up a free on site inspection and we'll go from there. Office staff is super knowledgeable and hooked me up with all my sight plan copies for free. Super recommend this business.

I had a water main leak. Called this company based on my neighbor's recommendation. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Had leak repaired in no time at all. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Highly recommend them!!

I had a water main leak coming from the meter to my house. I called Bay Shore and they came out to look at it within 30 min. Great customer service. They answer all my questions and explained everything they were doing. Mark and Ky did an amazing job putting in our new water line. Could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Bayshore crew followed-through with regrading the portion of our driveway that we identified as needing remediation after our trench excavation and backfill utilities project. The Bayshore Team are a stand-up individuals. We are very satisfied Bayshore customers, and will acknowledge same when someone needs work done which requires Bayshore’s specialties. Brandon and staff were easy to talk to and work with. Gave a good/fair price and did quality work. Highly recommended.

We needed a new septic system installed when our current system failed. Our project manager promised a quick turnaround as we were selling our home. He failed to tell us that the timing started once the construction started. On Aug 22 Brandon told us it would take 6 weeks to complete. It was completed Nov 27 th. It took 14 weeks to complete and we almost lost our homes buyers. The communication between us, both realtors and our project manager completely broke down with the project manager being hostile. Costs were higher than competitors.

Bayshore Construction is by far the best company my wife and I dealt with while building our home, and the only company we would recommend to anyone else. Brandon and his staff repeatedly bent over backward to make our project work with all the schedule delays (due to other companies). Due to their efforts we never had to wait for them to finish any stage of the project, which is huge when our 7 month build turned into 16 months. They always answer the phone and respond to emails, and will keep you updated as phases of your project are completed, you are never left wondering what is going on.

On a more personal note if there were more people like Brandon in business people would never feel like they were being cheated or lied to. Not only did he constantly work around our builder's terrible and unpredictable schedule to get our work done, there was a situation that arose where I had to do some work on the house myself. Brandon came out and met me at my property, on his time, and taught me how to do the work that needed to be done. Nothing that was in our bid, and work that his crews were not going to do. You don't find customer service like that very often, if ever. Can't speak enough about how good of a person he is.

Whenever any work I need done comes up that Bayshore provides, I will always use them, regardless of price or how long I have to wait on their schedule. I know I will be getting the best service and will be completely satisfied with their work.

Bay Shore Construction installed a four bedroom septic system for me. The service I received was excellent and I couldn't be more satisfied! Bay Shore quickly got me on the schedule, and once work began they completed the job in a timely manner.

I was especially impressed by the level of professionalism of Bay Shore's staff. My project manager was knowledgeable and friendly, and he genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied with the work. I also found the staff in their business office to be helpful.

Another thing that stood out to me was the quality of Bay Shore's bid. Each line item included a detailed description of the work to be completed, so I was able to understand exactly what I was paying for. Additionally, I felt the quality of the work was good and the pricing was competitive.
