Working with Tomas and his team was an A+++ experience. We had a very mossy, large hardscape area that we needed cleaned,...and we needed it done soon. Tomas worked his schedule (and brought along his son) so that they were able to complete the job before our party. The patio and driveway look great! We had so many compliments. Also, we had them clean our shed roof the same day. Wow! Rojo's is our new go-to business - I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have never written a review of any company before but feel the need to share my experience in hopes of helping others. Rojo Moss Removal came and looked at our townhouse complex property while we were not home and sent an estimate for pressure washing. All the owners agreed to the service, and we signed the estimate and booked a service day. Tomas arrived unprepared and unable to do the work since he had not previously looked to see where the water source was in each unit (the back patio) during his walkthrough estimate, nor did he ask about this very important aspect before scheduling the service date. We discussed and planned for him to come back on a future date when he could access a special pressure washer with a long enough hose; however, after he left he completely ghosted on the project. Numerous phone calls and pleading emails later, it’s been almost 3 weeks and he still has not acknowledged that he cannot/will not do the work and is backing out of his estimate. The unprofessionalism, disrespect, and immaturity shown by just completely disappearing is truly shocking. Had he simply acknowledged he underestimated the work and couldn’t continue, we would have been frustrated but moved on. Word of warning to anyone else: had I known Rojo’s unwillingness to service certain townhouses or the possibility that they would just wholly disappear, I would not have wasted so much time and energy on this company. At one point I left a voicemail asking, “are you ghosting us?” to no reply. Tomas even answered my husband’s cell as it was an unknown number, only to hang up and never call back. Totally bizarre outcome

This review is long overdue, Tomas and his crew do amazing work! We had the team at our place last spring for some intense power washing (as you can see) and roof/gutter clean up. Tomas is extremely communicative and professional, fair priced, and dedicated to doing to job right with care and attention to detail. The crew was out here most of the day and they even shared this was a big one for them too. The concrete was not sealed and extremely rough so took much longer than expected. We will plan to use again for future clean up projects. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

Tomas did an excellent job cleaning two decks and a patio. One deck is painted, the other is unpainted cedar, and the patio is cement and brick. They’ve never looked better! He was a pleasure, a very nice person and a real pro at his work. His estimate and billing were clear and easy and his price was very reasonable. I will call him again next time, for sure!

Tomas and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning the roof, gutters, and downspouts on my house and detached garage! I wanted to find someone to clean my roof gently - without pressure washing or harsh chemicals and there are not many out there. I am so glad I found Rojo Moss Removal! I contacted multiple companies and Tomas was the only one to come out to my house to give me an accurate estimate. Then he was also the only company to follow up with me a few days after the estimate - what great customer service! This company should be rated with 10 stars! The job was perfection. The moss on my roof (due to tree cover) was multiplying like it was throwing a party. I now have a roof that looks like new. They answered my request for a quote within 24 hours, gave a fair estimate of work required. The crew was on time and ready to work on the day scheduled. The after job clean up was the best, not a moss spore left behind. I would recommend this company 100%!!!

Tomas and his team are FANTASTIC! I needed a job done ASAP so I called Tomas as I had a quote done the previous year and I really appreciated his knowledge, honesty, and no pressure/obligation estimate. I've had solar panels for 3 years and I wasn't going to trust just anyone on my roof, Tomas went over his entire process and really made me feel confident in his ability. When they came out to do the work they truly went above and beyond, the roof was professionally cleaned, the gutters were cleared and cleaned, the solar panels were cleaned, and they made sure to clean up around the house spraying down the windows, doors, and siding where moss from the roof had fallen during cleaning. Very satisfied with our experience! I hired them to remove moss from my parents roof which hadn't been done in a long while. They have large trees over part of the roof so lots of needles and moss. We thought we may not need the gutter cleaning but the mesh covers over the gutters was failing so they removed all that and cleaned the gutters too. It was A LOT of work and they were diligent and thorough. The roof looks perfect. There are some steeper sections but that was no issue. Cleaned up everything around the house as well. Communication and scheduling was easy as well. One of the best home service experiences we have had. Highly recommend!

Wow! We were so impressed with Tomas and his team. From start to finish we have nothing but great things to say. Tomas came out and provided us a quote almost immediately and got us on the schedule quickly. They arrived on right time and got to work. They were so incredible thorough - after removing all of the moss from our roof, cleaning out the gutters and downspouts, and applying the treatment, they cleaned up all along the sides of the house, hosed off the patio, drive way and even our garage. There was no remaining moss to be seen!

We will definitely be hiring him and his team again next year (and already hired him to help with pressure washing in the spring).

The team from Rojo Moss Removal did a fantastic job cleaning our roof, solar panels and skylights. Once the cleaning was complete on the roof, they cleaned the yard so well you couldn't tell there had been any moss on it from the roof. They had to reschedule due to inclement weather (safety first!) and Tomas kept us well informed through the entire process. Read all the posts below ... they are all true. Tomas and his crew are amazing. They were extremely careful hand brushing moss off our roof. They did not use any chemicals to remove the moss. They were meticulous in cleaning up all the debris that fell on the ground around the house. And best of all, the cost of their work was cheaper by far than any other contractor we contacted.

Wow, wow, WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Rojo Moss Removal! Tomas is wonderful to work with. He's friendly, honest, hard working, and brings positive vibes. I had them clean the moss from our roof and then treat with a moss prevention product. They also pressure washed a large hardwood deck. The price was so reasonable for the work done. They spent an entire day working on the roofs and deck. Everything was super clean when they finished, very tidy and organized. You wouldn't believe the amount of moss that came down! Now, my roofs look brand new!! I thought I was going to need a new roof but not so. I plan to book with Tomas every spring for pressure washing our aggregate stone courtyard and pathway; he told me they have a special pressure washer for large areas that is gentler on the stones and takes much less time than a regular pressure washer. I hired Tomas and his crew to remove moss from roof and pressure wash our flagstone patio and sidewalk to back yard. Tomas and crew are very professional, excellent at what they do and friendly. Rojo Moss Removal is the best and we will definitely call on them again. Tomas is an absolute professional.
Our roof was covered in moss, Tomas and his team showed up bright and early, cleaned off all the moss like it had never been there and also left our patio and porch spotless.
He let me know the state of my down spouts and they even washed our skylights as an extra.

Tomas and his crew did a great job cleaning the roof (composite shingles) and the gutters on our house, cleaning our tool shed roof (cedar shingles), and pressure washing both the driveway and our long sidewalk. They also did an excellent cleanup after the work was done. Tomas prefers eco-friendly alternatives and does not use toxic chemicals for roof cleaning which we much appreciated! I had not pressure washed our concrete patio and front walk since moving into our home over 40 years ago. I have attempted some moss control over the years, but never pressure washed the patio and walks, so you can image how moss had infested my yard. Rojo Moss Removal inspected our yard and presented us with the best of two estimates.
Tomas Rojo Angles and his brother arrived as scheduled and were very respectful of our privacy during the early morning. After approximately 7 hours, our patio, driveway, and walkway stairs looked almost like new concrete. I don’t know what they did with all the moss, but the moss was removed and they cleaned up the splatter from sides of our house.
My wife was so appreciative, she included a bonus payment to the invoice, which was exactly what Tomas had estimated.

As the other reviews will attest, if you need moss removed from a roof, you really can't do any better than Rojo. Communication was crystal clear, they got the job done efficiently, and the quality of their work was second to none. Very reasonably priced as well. If I didn't enjoy pressure washing my walkways so much, I would've had them do that, too.

These guys get my highest recommendation. My only regret is that there isn't a sixth star to award them.

I contacted Rojo for a big job involving roof & solar panel cleaning, and pressure washing of several areas on my property, some of which had not been pressure washed for 20 years. Despite tight scheduling needs on my part, Tomas was able to squeeze me in with just a few days notice.

ROOF: Unlike my previous roof cleaners, these guys gently hand scrub the moss from between the shingles. The roof looks amazing... I literally cannot see a speck of moss anywhere. They then applied strips of environmentally friendly moss control that will spread onto the roof when weather comes.

SOLAR PANELS: I hadn't realized what a poor job my previous cleaners did until Tomas showed me pictures of thick scum layers that had clearly been there for years. They applied extra effort to get it done, and now my panels sparkle! (Including the edges).

PRESSURE WASH: Rojo pressure washed my driveway, a large paver patio, multiple walkways and steps. They left the patio so clean that I'll be sealing it in the next couple of days. Some of the steps had never been pressure washed and had a thick moss later. They now look like new.

BOTTOM LINE: Tomas & crew crushed it. These are the only guys I plan to use going forward.

The team arrived promptly and got to work. They were professional and practiced safety while working on the roof. They did a great job providing us with options for long term maintenance of the moss removal. We also had power washing done. They worked tirelessly and did a great job restoring our patios and sidewalks to their original state. We were very pleased with the work they performed.

I had Tomas and his assistant come out to clean our deck and then clear and clean the moss from our back patio, front porch and stairs. The were very good at all of it. Our deck looks new, and our patio looks like it did 20 years ago. Tomas was easy to work with, communicated often and in a timely manner. Happy customer.

Tomas Rojo and his crew showed up when they said, got to work, and did a careful, thorough job of getting years of moss off our roof. We originally picked this company because they don't use pressure-washers; instead they remove the moss by hand, and then treat the whole roof with moss killer that will keep it clear for several years. We were delighted to learn that our (originally) 25 year roof, which is now 23 years old, still has seven to ten years in it!

Tomas and his helper did an amazing job removing all the moss from our roof. They hand scraped and scrubbed it off, without using a pressure washer and damaging the roof tiles, which will make them last years longer. They cleaned up the gutters, downspouts, and yard afterward, including washing off the siding and driveway. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. They used an environmentally safe treatment on the roof after they finished and the price was totally reasonable when compared to other quotes I got, but with a much more personal touch. I highly recommend them in the Seattle area.

I needed a moss removal on a house I inherited that likely hadn't had one done in a decade if not longer. I stumbled on Rojo Moss Removal and gave them and a few others a call. I am so happy I called Rojo. Tomas responded immediately to my inquiry, came out the next day for a visual inspection vs just using some tool over the phone and making an estimate, and sent the quote by email the same day. He answered my questions promptly and had me scheduled the same week I confirmed. He was very friendly and helpful.

Now on to the work. Tomas and another worker showed up right on time to begin work. They did a walk through on my roof to check for problem areas, soft spots, obvious damage and then started working. They were very respectful of the property, worked for a number of hours, cleaned an extra area for me, cleaned the gutters, cleared the downspouts and then the grounds of all moss that was removed. Before they left he checked in with me to update me on a problem downspout. I have 5 big bags of moss and a very clean roof. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know as he was great. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely call him if I need help again.

In the past we've done our own roof moss removal or hired contractors recommended by our roofing installation company.
This year we decided that we no longer had the energy to do the deck work ourselves and searched for someone that would take on both jobs. Seeing ROJO Moss Removal consistently highly recommended on the various websites that post such user experiences led to giving them a call.

The owner Tomas answered on a weekend before his kid's soccer game. Taking our details he came to our house later that day to give us an estimate for the work. We asked him to accommodate our scheduled painting contractors and he worked us into his schedule to meet our needs.

The crew of three quickly walked the job site which included the roof or our house, an adjacent detached studio/workshop, and two large decks. They agreed to the division of tasks and began work in short order working constantly throughout the day. They removed the moss and accumulated tree residue from the roofs by gentle (or vigorous when necessary) brushing by hand and washing with a garden hose before applying moss inhibitor to the roof to prevent regrowth for a season.

Cleaning and pressure washing our decks required moving numerous large pots and deck furniture to allow access to the decks and rails. Our decks are elevated and surrounded by fir and deciduous trees that annually paint the surfaces with pollen and tree residue which in past years has required two of us over a week of demanding labor to clean. Thomas and crew did the job in a single day with results better than we've ever done ourselves. We are now "customers for life."

These comments would be incomplete if we failed to mention the friendly competent and professional demeanor Tomas and his crew practice. They work with the synchronous harmony of a well meshed team wasting little effort on dialogue and seeming to be constantly at work. They did more than we expected completing things we neglected to mention expecting to do them ourselves as nit picking details too small to ask of them given the jobs at large. They did them without being asked assuring me they were details they consider part of the job.

I originally heard about Rojo from a neighbor who recommended them after they did some great work for him. I reached out and got a quote. Tomas and his crew did an excellent job. He was super communicative when the weather was getting snowy about when he'd be able to get on the roof 'de-moss'.

I hired him to clear my roof of moss, which it badly needed as well as clean the solar panels on my roof. They did an excellent job with both, even getting the moss underneath the panels. They used brushes by hand to remove the moss which helps preserve the life of your roof (vs. strait pressure washing) and used softer brushes and soap for the solar panels.

My roof looks great and the solar panels have no more haze to them (which reduces their output).
