I really recommend Quick Dry Restoration in SeaTac, Washington. I like all the technicians but yesterday I had Enrigue-Rogeio who took out my bathroom floor. He and his team were very professional and did an excellent job.

We experienced a fire in our home and called Quick Dry Restoration for assistance. Let me tell you, they performed an incredible job! They not only restored our property, but they also provided us with invaluable help and guidance throughout the journey. They truly transformed a dreadful circumstance into something we could handle. We cannot express how grateful we are!

John T & Cason were very polite & thorough with the answers to the questions I had. I really appreciated their service & highly recommend Quick Dry Restoration for any water damage services!

Enrique, Javier and Tau from QuickDry did demolition at our home, as part of the water damage remediation we were having done. They worked efficiently and neatly with no disruption, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings and put up a plastic barrier to help protect sensitive pets.

When our basement filled with water, Quick Dry Restoration truly saved the day for us. Their round-the-clock emergency assistance saved lives. They assisted us with filing our insurance claims and quickly cleaned up the damage.

Here for another issue, the plumber discovered that my kitchen sink's drain pipe was completely corroded and, instead of channeling the dish water to the city's sewer line, was pouring directly into my crawl space and pooling (this could have been going on for years. )

Called Quick Dry (QD) and they had someone at my house within 1.5 hours. Their folks began the drying out process later that day and came nearly every day for about a month. I think I met the entire Seattle-based QD staff in person or by phone during that time. To a person, everyone was great to work with and entirely accommodating of my requests and scheduling changes. They explained what they were doing each time, kept me informed of the progress and were just all-around delightful people.

If you have need of any of the services QD provides, I highly recommend them.

I truly wish I could remember everyone's name who worked on my account to give them credit, but those I do are Eric P., Javier, Boris, Kevin, Sefo, Jesse, Rayne, Andrew, Jessica R. I hope their manager(s) will review the log and give everyone who provided service at my house the credit they deserve for a job well done!

We had a small leak and immediately called them up. They were quick, responsive, and thorough - Lance especially was great to work with! He really took the time to explain everything, answer all questions, and outline all the options in detail so we were fully informed. Ultimately due to unrelated reasons we didn’t go through with the service, however we will plan to return if we ever (unfortunately!) are in need of water mitigation in the future! Highly recommend their team for the excellent customer service they provide.

Experience of a NIGHTMARE. I STILL have not received an invoice after canceling service with this company. Think about signing a contract for thousands and thousands of dollars and not receiving so much as an email... Almost everything they said they would do they didn't do. They didn't complete the demo. They didn't get in contact with my insurance. I ended up having to hire another company to finish the demo since removing a small wood platform on the floor would require a special team? After it was removed there was more water damage revealed underneath. To top it off my contact person went on vacation right after I signed the documents and I didn't hear from anyone until days after about what the status of my restoration was. Quite devastating when you own a business. Hopefully this review convinces someone there to do their job, and send the invoice so I can finally send it to my insurance company who oddly enough would like to see those documents.

This company is amazing. We’ve been having an issue with a leak. Today Jose, Fermin, and Ericm came to my home. First thing they did was wear protective shoe covers and were very respectful and professional. They answered all my questions. They assessed the situation I had with the leak and went straight to work. They used protective plastic shield when working on the areas to contain dust or any particles that could potentially be hazards to Inhale. They were very thorough and gave me their professional opinions on my situation. They picked up well afterwards. I was very happy with their service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with Weston, Keek, Kamu and Jaidev when they came out to help us. They worked hard in a wet and humid hot mess of a day. .Thank you gentlemen you were much appreciated.

"Reliable and efficient bathroom removal"

My apologies for the delayed feedback, but I wanted to acknowledge Eric and the team for their fantastic work. Our bathroom had to be gutted because of extensive water damage from a burst pipe. Eric led the effort to remove the bathtub, drywall, and flooring swiftly. They also took out the old toilet, which was heavily stained and cracked. Throughout the process, they maintained a clean workspace and answered all my questions. Overall, a very positive experience—I’d definitely hire them again for future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Quick Dry to address a water flooding issue caused by a leaking hot water tank. Matt Spooner, the Operations Manager, was promptly on site
and conducted a thorough assessment of the situation. He provided a comprehensive overview of the necessary steps to rectify the problem and, upon learning of my budget constraints,
developed a tailored plan that met my needs while still achieving the desired outcome. Matt's expertise and in-depth knowledge enabled me to obtain immediate relief from the issue. I was impressed by his exceptional problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and outstanding restoration engineering capabilities. The level of service provided by Quick Dry, led by Matt, was truly exceptional. I highly recommend both Quick Dry and Matt Spooner to anyone requiring professional water damage restoration services. Not fun to deal with water damage, but the team from Quick Dry Restoration—Jose, Fermin, and Eric M—made the process much easier. The Quick Dry team was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Team Lead Eric, along with Sefo, Luis, and Sage, were all fantastic; completely professional, respectful, and efficient. Even though dealing with water damage is never fun, I felt confident that everything was being handled with care and real expertise. I truly appreciate the support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing similar issues. I genuinely feel safer having had them out to take care of the damage.

Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience with this company, which sounds fairly common; look at their reviews on yelp for a more realistic idea of what working with this company is like. I would strongly, strongly recommend NOT using this company!

We had a shower drain break in our crawl space and resulted in some water underneath our house. I had Gene Johnson plumbing, who we have worked with several times in the past, come out to see what was going on. They then recommended Quick Dry to mitigate any water damage.

Quick dry came out quickly to inspect. We signed some paperwork to get the water mitigation started as we were worried about leaving it while we got quotes from more than one company, which we should have done. They set up dry out equipment in the bathroom and under the house. At no point was it explained to us that we would be charged daily for each piece of equipment, or what those charges would be.

To make a long story short, after several days of them trying to dry everything out they determined that wasn’t working, and we would have to demo our shower; ripping out the concrete floor, subfloor, tile shower, etc. in order to get rid of any potential water damage. This seemed crazy to me because the leak was in the crawl space under the house, I couldn’t make sense of how that could damage the shower walls, etc.

I called another company to get a second opinion, and they confirmed my thoughts that the subfloor was completely dry and there was no reason to demo ANYTHING. So I asked Quick Dry to get their equipment, and they informed me of their $1800 cancellation fee!! I checked with other companies and this is NOT normal for the industry.

At this point I was beyond frustrated with them, so had them pick up their equipment since the project was literally finished. To be absolutely certain, I then called a third company to come out and inspect, and they confirmed that there was no water damage and absolutely no demo work needed to be done.

So all said and done, I paid $5,000 for them to remove 4 pieces of insulation and replace a small section of vapor barrier under the house, while leaving their dry out equipment here for 10 days that didn’t need to be here in the first place.

I have learned my lesson and will stay away from this company, and I recommend everyone else do the same. This is a dishonest company as it was not hard for the other companies I called to determine that everything was fine and demo work didn’t need to be performed. I’m glad that I caught all this before they ripped my bathroom apart for no reason.

We got excellent service on mold removal and drying areas in three rooms after a plumbing leak inside a wall. Favyd, Donte, and Matt were constantly competent, friendly, and professional throughout the week of daily visits. We will select this company again if we ever have more water problems.

Dedicated to their customers. The initial response by Cris was very quick. He started water mitigation procedures upon arrival. He was very reassuring. The demolition team leader Alfonso explained the details of the work and answered all my questions. Juanito and Hipolito were extremely detail-oriented and respectful of me and my home. Alex & crew were great! They helped us remove the moisture damages from our crawlspace and ensured our family was in a safe environment with air filtration and dehumidifiers around the home. Alex also spent time walking us thru the process for filing the claim with our insurance.

Javier, Rogelio, Alex, Enrique have been great! Alex came out the very next day after Quickdry was referred to us, did an initial assessement, set up blowers, and let us know what the game plan would be for demo and what they would be doing.

Enrique, Javier, and Alex were here just a couple days later to start their demo, and even helped get the packout crew in contact with us so they can move some of our sensitive appliances and furniture out of the way. I was really impressed and happy that even though clearly wanted to get the job done in one go, they care about our property and don't want to damage anything.

Dealing with a busted water pipe can make your home a disaster. I had no idea about QUICK DRY until recently, and let me tell you, they are fantastic! They swoop in, find the leak, take pictures, and handle everything from there, even working with your insurance company. They were incredibly thorough when they came to my house and ensured everything was clean. Plus, they were so polite and always checked in with me. Honestly, you guys are amazing! You truly know what you're doing, and more people need to hear about your expertise. Thank you for making a challenging situation so much easier!

Our kitchen caught fire and it was a total disaster. Our house smelled so bad. But then Quick Dry Restoration came in and saved the day. They not only got rid of all the smoke damage but also completely eliminated that nasty odor. It was seriously mind-blowing how much better everything smelled afterward.

This review is not fake. This company destroyed our house and caused another flood instead of fixing it. They are pumping their reviews with fake reviews. Look at the names and dates of the reviews. Their crews are not able to handle that many houses. They report and blast the real reviews.

Edited to add that Tav, Boris, Revon, Mick, José, Fermin, and Eric M came last night finish the job. They were fast, clean, professional and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend these hardworking guys enough.
