I helped a friend during the cleaning of her house. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the two workers, Skylar and Trent. They were easy to work with and did a thorough job of cleaning the roof, siding and gutters. The house really needed cleaning and I was amazed how great everything looked after they were finished. They showed us everything they had done and said just let them know if anything was missed and they would return to make it right. I’d definitely recommend Bay Window and Gutter Cleaning to family and friends.

My husband and I hired Bay Window and Gutter Cleaning for a moss treatment and a soft house wash. Our house looks absolutely brand new, and the moss treatment was fantastic! The service was excellent, the guys were helpful, polite and very informative. The cleaning was thorough and didn’t take very long. We will definitely be calling them again whenever we need our gutters cleaned, moss treatments, or any other services they offer. Highly recommend!

Overall, the job was fine for cleaning the walls and windows on the outside of my house. However, they did not tape of the ceilings on my porches. Those surfaces were stained. Therefore, a spray of cleaner spotted the ceilings and removed the stain. When I pointed this to Randy, he couldn't do anything at that time since he just found out one of his worker's wife had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I was, of course, empathetic and said let's come back to this in a couple of months. Now, all three of my porch ceilings looked awful. When I called Randy back and texted, he would not reply. I texted and called numerous times with no response.
My conclusion is, the job was okay but if you have any issues, problems, don't assume they will take care of it. They will not and will avoid you at all costs. I find this unprofessional and unethical. So, if you use this service, hope that it goes well. Otherwise, you're on your own and you will pay to have it fixed out of your own pocket.

PS. I talked with other businesses that provide the same service while at the home and garden remodel. They affirmed that not taping off the stained surfaces was a poor choice. I also told them about this business. I don't want anyone else to go through something like this.

I called about getting the walkway in front of my house cleaned along with my roof and everyone was very professional and the job was done surprisingly quick and other than the couple times I poked my head out to see how they were doing I could hardly tell the crew was there. 100% would recommend

I hired this company for a roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. While the work done was good, I was uninformed of the chemicals they would use in their cleaning or the areas in which they would be spraying. My 2 year old daughter's room has a portable AC unit (so the window is not properly sealed) and is visible from the outside. They sprayed bleach into her room and destroyed the curtains. While the curtain replacement is a small cost, she hasn't been able to sleep in her room because it is permeated in bleach and the AC unit's exhaust vent is soaked in bleach. When they left (after using the house water which we were not informed they would use) they left the water line running and my side gate wide open. Poor communication about the chemicals/products used and logistics of where they would be focusing their attention could of saved me money and time to correct their foul-ups to make my child's room safe for her to live in again.

Such great work and lots of detail the house looks great the roof looks brand new even cleaning our pathway. Randy took time with the details to make sure everything was great thanks for all your hard work.

Randy and his crew soft washed our house, roof, gutters and sidewalk. It looked instantly better. Super happy with the results! Randy was fast & efficient. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He made sure to leave everything neat and clean after they were done. I’d like to say my service is as wonderful as everyone else’s (because this company came to me as an exceptional service company reference) but no one is responding to my fully prepaid, soft wash and window cleaning to set an appointment. No text responses, no phone call, and no email responses. I have even asked for my money back if they don’t want to do this job in Tacoma. Crickets. Maybe this will generate some interest in a customer who prepaid for a full house and carport and shed wash with exterior windows and never received services. Happy and thankful to take the money. Later they suggested to do the job in rainy October, not in the spring/summertime where I could have benefited from a refreshed appearance. Then they offered to do the job when Tacoma was hit with significant high winds and only one employee who would’ve been blown off his ladder. Both of these were discussed in text and the owner agreed neither was an appropriate time to do the job. Then I was told their labor employees had all tested positive for drugs and they would get back with me as they had not hired replacements. That was the last I heard from them. So I texted and wrote more emails. I even sent a copy of the Chase money order that had been sent to them for prepayment. Crickets.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Bay Window & Gutter Cleaning. I discovered I needed the gutters cleaned and found Bay Window & Gutter Cleaning via search online. I don't know about you, but a lot of times when I reach out via online contact form or email, most companies don't reply. Not this one! Randy answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for the next week! For a very reasonable price my gutters were cleaned and the exterior of the house was cleaned and fast and efficiently. Skylar and Chris did a great job. They answered questions and explained the roof treatment in detail. They also did a thorough job cleaning up all the leaves they had blown off the roof &out of the gutters. Randy came to our rescue when our regular guy couldn’t do the job due to illness which we appreciated.
I’m not giving a 5 because we will have to wait to see if the moss treatment does in fact last the 2 years they guarantee, and I think they are quite expensive. I get they are licensed & bonded and they have the 2 year warranty, but still pretty pricey.

Highly recommend Bay Window! They were able to visit my house only a few days after I called them. They also took the time to clean up some yard debris. They didn’t just clean up the gunk that fell from the gutters, they actually cleaned up extra stuff around the property. 10/10 experience. Very impressed by the extra effort they put in!

It was my year to clean the gutters per my husband - so I worked smarter not harder! I hired Bay Windows and Gutter cleaning!. They did such an amazing job!!! They were super professional! They cleaned up so no mess left, super fast and now the gutters are clean, the roof is clean, and it’s been WA proofed ( a.k.a moss treated). Best part was they don’t harm the roof in any way since they soft clean with brushes !!! Hey Randy and team, Same time next year? Funny my husband says it’s my turn again so let’s do the smart thing again!

I recently had the roof and gutters of my home and barn cleaned and treated for moss. My initial call was returned promptly, an estimate provided as discussed, and scheduling was seamless. The crew that arrived were professional, prompt, and personable. They explained what would be happening, what to expect the day of service and in the near future, as well as went over the details of the warranty.
Thy both worked quite well together and had respect for each other as well as my home and property. Everything was cleaned and no piles of debris were left around the structures perimeters.
All in all, a pleasure to do business and I will use them in the future.

I recently had Bay Window and Gutter Cleaning clean my gutters + treat my roof for moss. I wish I could give them a good review, because they did part of the job well, and they are a small business. But they damaged hundreds of dollars of precious landscaping + damaged my cedar deck. And outright killed about $150 of plantings. And then they treated me horribly! Let me give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. Forgive the epic monologue, but I have a lot to say.

The good: they were easy to schedule with. The technician was punctual and energetic. He did a nice job cleaning the roof and gutters, for the most part. He was efficient.

The bad: They liberally splashed the bleach-based roof treatment all over the perimeter of the house, including my back cedar deck and every plant beneath it. Nearly all of the plants around the perimeter of house now have dying, black and brown curling leaves where they splashed the bleach/chemicals . They damaged hundreds of dollars of trees, bushes, and perennials, including rare specimen plants (I’m a plant nerd and avid gardener and have spent years landscaping my home with my own hands). When I contacted the owner, he was at first apologetic—he told me they had to let an employee go the day before, so they were short-staffed. He offered to send me a check to cover the plants that were killed. I consented and waited for the check.

The ugly: After a week of radio silence, the owner emailed me and wrote “My employee told me that he was rinsing the plants and you told him not to rinse much because you were afraid of the water burning the plants on the hot day?”—which is PATENTLY UNTRUE. The technician had not spoken to me about this at all! When he arrived I was in the middle of work, and the extent of our conversation was to show him the best place to access the roof. Even if I had said what he claimed, which I didn’t, it should be the responsibility of the company to warn their customers about what to expect from the treatment, and how it can impact plants. Who in their right mind would intentionally want to damage their plants? Not to mention that they also damaged my cedar deck—it’s now bleach stained going out about 10 feet from the house!!

They haven’t sent me the check that they said they would, and also never responded to my email. They treated me terribly.

Bay window and gutter cleaning is amazing. Randy was very helpful and the way the windows looked when he was done, well I have never seen glass so clean before. If you need any home services that they offer, don’t waste your time calling anyone else.

Bay Window & Gutter Cleaning does amazing work. I didn't actually know what I was signing up for when Randy gave me the quote to soft wash my home and clean the windows. Years of dust and mold had turned my white paint into a dingy thing. I thought Bay Windows would get my home ready to paint and I would spend this summer touching it up...but now it doesn't need it.

Now the paint looks brand new. I had no idea it would look as good as it does. I used the word "Amazing" a lot today and I'm not easily impressed!

I highly recommend Bay Window and Gutter and their friendly employees. They made it fun with their great sense of humor and can-do attitude!! You can't go wrong.

I was pleased by 2 things in particular: he phoned to ask if it was OK for him to start a bit early as he was running ahead of schedule, and he helped me determine whether water leaking from one spot was leaking through a sealed right-angle seam. And he was super sweet to my dog! I highly recommend this service!

I had Bay window and gutter cleaning come out to soft-wash my roof 3 weeks ago. Apparently the 2 guys that Randy sent out to do the job were having problems with their radios. They were forced to resort to screaming at the top of their lungs to communicate. At one point one of the guys was screaming profanity on our roof for the entire neighborhood to hear not to mention our 5 year old who was watching out the window. Needless to say I would not recommend these guys. There was also no follow up to check the quality of their work.
Super disappointed especially for almost $700.00.

A while back, we invited Leaf Guard out to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters. They estimated $100/foot. We have 130 feet of gutter. So, ya. $13,000, not counting tax.

Today, Bay Window and Gutter Cleaning came out and cleaned out our gutters; PLUS they cleaned all 33 windows (the whole east side of the house is all windows), cleaned the moss off of the roofs of our house and shed, and treated both roofs to prevent further moss growth. They charged us $1,000 and some change. They did a FABULOUS job. Fabulous. The technicians were fast (done in 3 hours!), meticulous, super respectful of the property and very nice to be around.

Every year for the next 12 years, we can hire them to do ALL of this for us, for about the same price as installing Leaf Guard. Plus we contribute to the local economy, a locally owned small business and the fine people they employ.

So ... if you live in Thurston County, and you want your windows at your house or your commercial property cleaned, please consider hiring Bay Windows and Gutter Cleaning. Might as well ask them to clean your gutters and roof while they're at it.

(P.S. We didn't need it, but they can also soft-wash the sides of your house or building if you need it.)

This "small" business is a model for small businesses. (Maybe should be for large businesses, too!) Not only does its income fund reliable equipment, to support its well-trained, organized, respectful (and nice!), workers, but is invested into its staffs', as well as customers', peace of mind... ie... "licensed, bonded, and insured".
The crew did a superb job, including extensive post clean-up, on my way overdue for maintenance , "mossified", roof.
And...lastly... I never knew a roof could smell good. But it does, post treatment.

Randy sent out a highly qualified crew that worked hard and took every precaution around our house. When they finished, all was cleaned up with a couple of exceptions noted the following morning. They washed down sides of the house and was ready to go. If you have large potted plants around your house I would recommend moving them to prevent excess needles and debris in and on the plants. Preparing for open house. Good job with roof washing; TERRIBLE window washing experience:
(1) 3.5 hours late for noon appointment; (2) screen designed to be removed from inside house was destroyed by worker prying from outside; (3) dirty outdoor ladder (mulch and clumps of dirt) brought in without anything put down to protect hardwood floor; (4) worker on phone arguing with female in my front yard; and (5) three outside second floor windows were not cleaned.

Had several text messages back and forth about getting screen replaced and missed windows to be washed before open house - no-show for both follow up times. Payment stopped; finally resolved. Good job on windows that were washed, but the unprofessional and terrible customer service is reason for this negative review.

I’m pretty tough to please, but I can’t say enough good about Randy and his team! We had a mess of a roof on house and shop! The after the job clean up was amazing, I asked but Randy said they didn’t do bathrooms they cleaned cobwebs off of the doorway and made sure ALL of the moss that was removed was gone! I just scheduled the house and shop to be soft washed in a few weeks! The prices quoted were honored and so very reasonable! We actually found that our roofs weren’t as bad as they appeared and could hold off on replacing them! I would and HAVE highly recommend this company! Randy’s crew just finished two day of cleaning the roof and soft washing the house and the detached garage including the solar panels. They did a superb job. They are punctual, reliable and extremely conscientious. We have had this done by others in the past but Randy is clearly the best. We thought we would have to paint some areas afterwards but it looks so nice that we will be able to skip that. Windows were left clean also. We will only use Randy and his staff for this type of work in the future. Thank you Randy and Terry and staff!

Lots of limbs, branches & other tree debris on our roof and in our gutters. Called our roofers (Weatherguard), & they recommended Bay Window & Gutter. Randy the owner is easy to talk to & he quoted the price to me & scheduled the service for the following day at the time I requested. They not only did a faultless job cleaning our roof & gutters, but also cleaned all debris from our deck, walk, driveway & lawns, which I didn't expect. Price was as quoted. I also got a quote for window cleaning, & will definitely be scheduling that & using them again.

Where do i start....I am so amazed at the quality work and professionalism of this company and their employees.

1. I received a flyer in my mail box that came from the post office. This was my 1st indication that someone put in time and money into advertising,

2. I called the phone number and spoke directly to the owner and a great conversation ensued. During our conversation we set a time for him to come to my home for a free estimate on the work that needed to be done.

3. After he reviewed the work that had to be done he gave me a clear and exact total price for the work to be done.

4. The day of work came, his crew was right on time with all their equipment. The work was completed in a few hours and I was very impressed with the quality of the work.

5. At payment time, the price negotiated was exact, perfect .

The work that was done was moss removal, moss treatment and gutter cleaning of my main house of 1800 sq ft. and my 400 sq ft. Shed.

I am happy with the service and will continue to only use Bay Window and Gutter Cleaning for my home.
