We had a major leak in our house and the process was going to take some time to get fixed and our house back to normal. MPM was amazing!!!! They made this whole process so easy on us! The crews that came in were so polite and respectful. They all truly cared that this was our home and we needed everything back to the way it was and they did just that! We even had some extra work done while they were here, and that turned out amazing as well. Overall such a great and caring company that we will be having them do more things at our home. The owner was very compassionate and everyone had such great ideas and knowledge of what they were doing. I couldn’t be happier with them and their work! Thank you guys again for making a difficult situation a million times better and easier to deal with!
We needed a water heater replacement and ordered service through our property management. MPM was the first company to respond and sent someone out immediately. The two men who came were early (which I really appreciated). They were so polite and moved quickly. When they left, I didn’t understand what had happened because they didn’t speak English well. The communicator for the company who was texting was able to communicate everything that was going, since my property management didn’t say a word. They came immediately the next morning and got it replaced, no problems! We had companies FINALLY responding to assist and MPM had already completed the request.
After some of the other contracting companies canceled their appointment, one guy from MGM came to check my problems. He was extremely punctual showed up at 8am sharp, carefully listened to all the problems and fixed all of those within 30-45minutes. I would definitely recommend and contact them in future.
