Really polite and respectful workers. We needed to have an extra gutter installed and siding repair and they were wonderful. I don’t WANT my roof/siding to have problems, but I’m glad I know who to call when it does.

Mark Jackman has been great to work with. I have some gutter issues along with problems with my roof overhang. Mark came out and thoroughly checked everything. He explained what he found and made suggestions as to what he thought should be done. He also helped prioritize what needed to be done soon and what could wait. He explained everything well and patiently answered my questions. I never felt any pressure from him to hurry up and make a decision. Mark and his team were absolutely wonderful!! My roof needed to be replaced in order to close on the sale of my house and Mark made sure everything was done in time to make that happen. He was so incredibly helpful with every step of the process and explained everything so clearly and thoroughly. His crew that replaced my roof did a great job and left everything clean and nice- they even put up with my very big, curious, and excited dog. I needed a total roof replacement from a hail storm in 2023. I am in the real estate industry and have worked with Storm guard in the past. They are the best. They are very good at communicating and getting things done in a timely fashion. The crew they sent out started roofing at 7:30 in the morning and my roof was finished by 12:30.( full disclosure: my roof is smaller and very simple) It was crazy fast and looks great. My insurance company was a pain the in butt to work with but Storm Guard helped me through the entire process and made it very easy to understand. I would highly recommend using these guys!

I had a leaking roof which was causing some damage inside. Mark with Stormguard came out quickly to take a look at my roof and gutters and assess the damage. He was very detail oriented and spent a great deal of time answering all my questions and going over what the problem was causing damage and what would be needed to fix the problem areas. He quickly provided me a detailed estimate for repairs which I thought was very reasonable and much more favorable than the cost of a whole new roof. His crew was very professional and cleaned up everything at the end of each day and did a phenomenal job repairing the roof, siding, and adding gutters. Mark also provided several pics of the work throughout the project and was great at communicating timing/ work schedule of his team throughout the whole process. These folks know their business and how to deal with stingy insurance companies that don't want to pay. Casey and Mark guided me though three months of dealing with our insurance company until they finally agreed to pay for the replacement of our roof instead of repairing with shingles that weren't the same size as the shingles that were on the roof.
If it hadn't been for Mark and Casey at Storm Guard, we would never had the success with the insurance company. Oh yes, the roof got installed in one day and we are very pleased with it. Our home took some serious damage from a bad hail storm this summer. With in hours of the storm our neighborhood was saturated with roofing companies looking to capitalize on the damage. This continued for days after the storm. Some of neighbors ended up using these companies and they’ve had a frustrating road to repairs.

Stormguard was recommended by our home owner’s insurance and they were quick to respond and come out after we contacted them. Mark came out and inspected our roof and home and gave us an excellent comprehensive report of the damage. There was zero pressure from Mark which was not the case with every other roofing company that came by our house. Choosing Stormguard was easy based on the marked difference in the professional experience.

Mark and his crews did an unbelievable job in repairing our home. The roof work was done in a day and the crew came by the next day to double check for trash and nails. Mark came by on his own as well to pick up nails and inspect the work. Our gutters were repaired and Stormguard even added some sections that our builder never installed which has stopped the ice build up we had on large sections of our roof. The paint job came out amazing and our home looks better than new!

Used James and his crew to replace nine roof vent hoods that were 25 years old. Expert consultation and work was much appreciated. Great value given our 2+ story, steep roof. When we finally need a new roof and gutters, Storm Guard will get the call.

Lorin Jackman was totally responsive and empathetic to the issues I faced from a leak in the roof of my garage on which I had a fully landscaped deck. The entire deck had to be dismantled to make the repair and then the decking completely replaced with new composite material. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest, always professional and providing timely updates and follow-up. I would totally recommend Lorin and his team!

If I could give 10 stars I would! James was responsive and attentive to my texts and phone calls, also updating me on the work and when to expect them. We received a quote for some siding work on a home we bought during our initial inspection- we were unable to be there for the original quote so James came back once we lived in the home and explained the work that needed to be done, addressed our concerns and answered our questions. Antonio was timely and did great work on our siding. There was one part that was a little bit messy with caulking that James noticed after the repairs so James cleaned that area up and repainted. James also climbed on our roof to help us seal off a our attic when the squirrels in our attic ‍♀️ James & the Storm Guard team were a dream to work with - especially for new home owners who have no idea how to deal with squirrels in the attic

Storm Guard was recommended to me by a customer who has used them multiple times due to hail storms over the years. They were described as being good, not perfect, but addressed concerns promptly and fairly. Lorin started my project and then Mark took over, taking care of the initial inspection, working with the insurance company before and during installation when it was found that the roof decking would have to be replaced. The crew did a good job but there were a few things that needed attention after the roof installation and Mark took care of them, repeatedly confirming that I was satisfied, which is part of their normal procedures and scheduling. Overall, quality work and service oriented business practices, making them a company that I will recommend also.

James is the man! He's super professional, is willing to do even the smallest things, and is a jack of all trades. Talking with him makes you feel comfortable and know that you have a professional on your side.

James was SUPER responsive, and helped us get the necessary repairs done quickly so we could close on our home sale. He inspected everything and gave a fair estimate for the cost of repairs. Had our repairs done within 2 days of the estimate, knowing we were on a deadline. Amazing company and great to work with. Mark is absolutely the best! We realized we needed new gutters when we installed a new concrete patio outback. There was a rain/snow storm that came and I was worried it would ruin our new concrete patio due to the drip from the leaking gutters. Mark came out that day to help me re-route the water dripping to ensure no damage to the new concrete and got us schedule for as soon as possible to get new gutters all over the house (we had some bad leaks in other areas too). He made sure job was completed in a timely manner and helped ensure it was completed to standards.

Also, loved their quote preview documents as it gives you a good look at what they are seeing up there when examining work needed to be done. Can't go wrong using Storm Guard!

Having lived in Colorado Springs for sixty plus years we have had to have many roofs replaced. Consequently, we have dealt with numerous contractors. The services provided by Storm Guard and their contractor Mark Jackman far exceeded expectations. Mark was here when the insurance adjuster came to evaluate the damage. Having him as an advocate made a huge difference not only in the original claim but, when additional damage was discovered by the roofers, he contacted the insurance company and made sure they honored all aspects of our policy. It was obvious the damage had been there for several years and should have been addressed by previous roofers.
