In 2019, we were seeking bids for a building primarily to be used as a Woodshop! Alan Randa came to our house and visited with us about what we were looking for. His knowledge and honesty we appreciated tremendously. He is one expert that you can "trust" knowing that he will treat your project as if it were his own. We couldn't be more happy with the quality of the product and service provided by Sapphire Construction. Everyone was so very helpful from the front desk to the builders. Couldn't be happier with our 40X40 shop that Sapphire construction built for us. Allen, Taylor and the rest of the crew were great to work with. I highly recommend Allen and his team if looking to have a structure built. He was completely accurate with the estimate and kept me very informed of the sequence of events and any delays that were encountered for any reason. Allen and his team quickly resolved issues that came up to include my desire to add concrete to an outside overhang that I originally didn't request, to addressing inspection findings in the same day to ensure I was able to use the building as soon as possible.

Alan Randa and Sapphire Construction are the BEST! Always responsive, always in communication with you and always there to help solve any problem that might crop up. My barn--actually a glorified storage area--turned out exactly as I wanted and have had no problems since it was built four years ago. Sapphire does a top-quality job and stands behind their work 100%.

Sapphire Construction built an indoor arena and enclosed breezeway and hay barn attaching the arena to our existing barn. The project included extensive excavation and some pretty fancy design work to seamlessly connect the new and existing structures. Everyone involved starting with Allen Randa, President of Sapphire Construction, was extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, communicative and honest. Their work was always done extremely well and if we wanted to change or add something they were always happy to do it and made "change orders" clear and easy to follow so we knew exactly what would be involved and could make a quick and informed decision. We could not be happier with their work ethic, their work product and the whole process!

We could not be happier with our shop built by Sapphire. Allen was great to work with and definitely wanted to make sure we were happy with our shop. I’ve been waiting a long time to have my own building to store things and work on cars. I am extremely happy we chose Sapphire. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
