Had a great experience with Grayson Contracting in dealing with the damage to my home in the hail storm in May 2024. They came out right away, assured me they could take care of everything which included dealing with my insurance. They did a great job on all the repairs and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to do any work you need on your home. They are extremely friendly and professional! Will use them again!

Grayson provided me a bid on a new roof and additional work I was needing. Not only did they complete the work quickly, efficiently and beautiful end result, but also within the bid they originally gave. Communication was superior and I am extremely satisfied with completed projects.

I wish there was a sixth star I could give for Grayson. We had an enormous job (pretty much the entire house exterior was replaced, including cement siding, windows, garage door, and, of course, the roof), and Chris and Nate orchestrated the sub-contractors with remarkable efficiency. Everything was done on time and correctly (everything!). They went well out of their way to be sure we had the job done exactly how we wanted it--new everything, so why not? Do not hesitate to call these guys; absolutely stellar experience!

Nate Grayson is simply the best! From my initial contact with Nate until the completion of the project, everything about working with him and his crew was superb. I couldn't ask for better communication, quality or efficiency. Nate is also a master at dealing with insurance companies. Mine had originally denied my claim of obvious hail damage but Nate was able to provide the proof they needed to ultimately approve the claim. You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with Nate.

My wife and I became acquainted with Nate in 2014 when we knew we needed a new roof, but no roofing company would champion our cause. Nate was there to advocate for us with our insurance company, and we had our roof replaced. Fast forward to 2024, we are not surprised Nate has his own company. He is knowledgeable and professional. We didn't contact anyone else after the hailstorm that did thousands of dollars in damage to our home at the end of May. We are pleased with the communication from both Nate and Austin. The new roof and gutters are on, our home is freshly painted, and window screens have all been replaced. With just glazing bead repair and our A/C unit repair remaining, we had all the major work completed within 90 days of the hail storm. Impressive! We are very pleased with the quality of work as well. Thank you, Nate, Austin and team!

Grayson, and their awesome representative, Chris, made an extensive hail claim as easy as it could possibly be. They worked with my insurance company to get totals aligned and then sent wonderful crews to take care of roof, gutters, and paint. I had zero brain damage with this claim (first time in lots of years) and have never had a site left so spotless when all the work was done. Communication was an especially strong suit. I always heard back from Chris immediately when I had questions. He often showed up and went above and beyond to include bringing me showroom style shingle samples. Grayson will be my go to company for hail claims as long as I own my home!

Last year, after a REALLY bad hail storm hit our house and office in the Pinery, we called our insurance company to file a claim. After meeting with a few different contractors to receive an estimate, we ended up choosing Nate and Chris with Grayson Contracting. They approached it all much differently than the other contractors we met with and it might have been one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made.

To start, our insurance disagreed with what I personally saw in terms of damage, and had video evidence of, as I recorded hail destroying our roof, siding, paint, light fixtures, gutters, decks, and fence. Through negotiation, constant communication, and detail oriented inspections the entire Grayson Contracting team was able to get our insurance company to rightfully pay for the damage that had happened.

I honestly don't know where we would be right now without Chris and Nate. We were at a total loss. Everything was just destroyed.

Not only did they take care of everything with the insurance company, they did an incredible job getting the work done quickly. We needed a new roof, gutters, 3 of 4 sides of siding, doors, windows, paint, light fixtures, and deck and fence repair. They took care of everything. It was incredible.

A special shout out goes out to Chris as well as he managed the project from start to finish and did an incredible job communicating and making sure everything got done the right way with the best materials.

It took me a while to sit down and write this review but felt I finally needed to. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them for any of your exterior restoration needs. Thanks again, Team. We can't thank you enough.

Working with this company was a wonderful experience. We had exterior & interior paint, interior drywall repair, all windows replaced and a new roof. As homeowners we have completely remodeled our older home and worked with 10+ contractors, Grayson was by far the best. Communication, timing, professionalism, quality of work was all amazing. Had a nice experience working with Nate and Austin. There were some hiccups along the way but that is to be expected with larger projects.

2023 Severe Hail damage and Grayson Contracting came to the rescue. I highly recommend, WILL, who managed everything and all the crews that came out were stellar. Roof, gutters, staining the cedar siding, screen repair and Window repairs and replacement done. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN!

Grayson Contracting did an amazing job with our hail damage repair. I worked mostly with Will, and he was great at keeping me informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. He was almost always available when I called or texted him, and he was fast to get back to me when he was busy. When it came to working with my insurance company, I only had to set up the initial connection between the adjuster and Grayson, then they took care of the rest. This whole experience was stress-free thanks to Will, Nate, and the rest of the Grayson Contracting team. I would definitely work with them again and actually hope to hire them for another project or two in a few months.

Will Caye and his whole team did a tremndous job on fixing up our house after the May 10, 2023 hailstorm. We needed a new roof, house painted, one wndow and a bunch of window screens replaced. The contractors he used to do the work were top notch, and Will did a great job dealing with our insurance company and keeping us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company!

We chose the Grayson team to remodel the entire exterior of our home. The team did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. The work, the communication, the attention to detail, the patience to work through options with us…everything was a 5 star experience.

Very professional company with first rate customer service and communication. Nate (the owner) and Will kept us well informed and were always available to answer our questions. We replaced our roof, gutters and skylights, plus some siding and painting. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and the project was completed in a timely manner. Great company and informed us of all changes or progress of our siding redo. Grayson Contracting even pushed and fought with our insurance company to cover our entire house in new siding when they originally only approved for one wall.

Outstanding communication, which is extremely hard to come by in the residential construction industry. Greatly appreciate their attention to details and spotless performance.

I had to replace the vinyl siding of my entire house after a freak windstorm damaged one side of my house. After vetting a dozen contractors, Grayson Contracting offered the best service and value. They are both licensed and fully insured. Will and Nate of Grayson Contracting worked with the City of Denver to get a permit pulled, and worked with my homeowners association to get approval of a new of color siding (my existing color was discontinued). They also worked closely with my homeowner's insurance company to make sure that the work was fully covered under my policy. On day one of work, a crew of about 10 men showed up at 7:30 a.m. as promised and worked for three days solid from 7:30 a.m. till dark. They expertly installed siding around my entire house, had a dumpster available to remove all old siding and debris, and cleaned any mess left behind. Once the new color siding was replaced, the color of my front door and garage door no longer matched so they also painted the doors basic white for me. The result is that my house looks brand new! Will was excellent about communicating with me at all times and answered all my questions and concerns. Will was onsite the entire time to make sure everything was installed correctly and professionally. The city inspector signed off on the permit without hesitation. My homeowners association is happy and that makes me happy! I highly recommend Grayson Contracting and would definitely use them again if necessary.

Nate Grayson is excellent to work with. He is a no BS kind of guy. He is friendly and will work diligently with your insurance company in order to facilitate a roof replacement. In 2014, I had reps. from three companies come to my house in order to give me estimates. This was after contacting many companies only to never get a return phone call. Nate was the only one who successfully communicated with the insurance company in order physically point out and articulate the specifics of the damage to my roof. 6 years later, my roof looks great and we are so grateful to Nate for ensuring that we got our damaged roof replaced. When the need arises for us to replace our roof in the future, we will only contact Grayson Contracting. We know we will be taken care of and communicated with throughout the process.

Great company to work with. They found much more then the insurance company did and worked it all out with them to get the roof, gutters, vents, etc. all done right. Also when everyone else was 3 weeks to 6 months out Grayson Contracting had a crew at my house within a few days! Highly recommend!!! A+

Grayson Contracting is the way to go if you’re looking for an easy and painless way to get your roofing, siding, gutters, windows trim, and top vents replaced. They did a fantastic job fixing my home and working with my insurance. They also saved me money! If another hail storm comes through you can bet I’ll be using Grayson again.

Grayson Contracting did some work on our Vacation home in Denver. Owner Nate and his team were very responsive to our needs and were very flexible dealing with some unforeseen schedule changes on my part. Nate was always available and his job knowledge was enlightening.

The work was completed on time and the quality was perfect. Two of my neighbors had similar jobs completed at the same time using different contractors. Grayson Contracting outperformed the others with better quality and overall results. I have already had other neighbors request their contact info.

Will be calling them again on future projects.

Found Grayson Contracting through a Facebook group and am more than happy with the quality of the work and the price. The siding on my house was starting to come off (5 year old house so I was a bit surprised) had them come out and found out it had not been installed properly. They took everything off and reinstalled it all pretty quickly. Now everything looks brand new and was done at an incredibly reasonable price! Highly recommend and will be a continuing customer for anything else that comes up! 6/5 Stars

I have to say they were the easiest company to work with. I had contacted 2 businesses prior and received no response. Nate gave me a call immediately, provided a consultation, and completed the job in one day. Price was doable, and service was awesome! If I could give them higher than a five star I Absolutely would!! I will use Nate in the further for sure.
