We recently had our roof replaced by D-ROC Renovations, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, Rocco made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He handled all the communication with our insurance company, which took a lot of pressure off us during what could have been a complicated situation.

Rocco was incredibly responsive—he answered or returned our calls quickly and kept us updated throughout the project. The job was completed on time, and when the crew finished, they left everything neat and clean, which we really appreciated.

I'm a Realtor but we hired D-ROC when we needed work on our personal home after a big hail storm. We were pleased with their product and services. Communication was great. Besides replacing the roof and explaining to me the different vent types, we also had them do some painting, replace one window and replace the gutters. Highly recommend them! D-ROC is amazing to work with. They have replaced roofs on two of our properties and both were reasonably priced, the crew does wonderful work and are very respectful. They helped with all things home owners insurance and the County Inspector complimented D-ROC and team on what a very good job they did at mid and post inspection. I would highly recommend D-ROC for anything that needs to be done on your roof.

Rocco did a great job installing a new roof. I turned it in to my insurance and the insurance company turned me down. With the help of Rocco, we were able to get a new roof complete.

Rocco and the crew are top notch. He has helped me, my neighbors, and clients. They show up when they say. They do as they say and if anything is amiss they fix it and make things right.

They expertly work with Insurance companies and help get every dollar from your coverage when needed but will be honest if it looks like an insurance claim would not be warranted.

He has saved me more times than I can count!! I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

We hired D-roc to repair our home after a nasty hail storm last spring. Rocco added several upgrades at no charge, including class 4 hail resistant shingles, synthetic underlayment, a roof vent and 5" gutters. But that wasn't all, we had to fight the insurance company for 7 months and Rocco lead that for us. He hired an arbitrator for us and stood by us the whole time. Eventually we won and we were able to get all the repairs our house needed. We never knew this was a thing until Rocco told us about it. Fighting insurance companies sucks but because of Rocco and his team we were able to get our house fully repaired. Rocco is also very easy to work with. Thank you so very much for all your help. I highly recommend Rocco and his team for any and all you home repairs.

Rocco and crew did an excellent job on replacing my roof and gutters after a nasty hail storm. They were very easy to work with!

Rocco and his team did an amazing job on my roof. They came out quickly for an estimate and told me what needed done and didn’t force unnecessary work. They were timely once the project started. Clean and stayed on budget. 10-10 would recommend and will use in the future if I have any roofing needs.

My husband and I highly recommend D-Roc Renovations. We had several jobs done through D-Roc. Roof and window replacement, and crown modeling to name a few. Rocco is a true professional.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you’re looking for a company, who just wants your money, doesn’t know how to communicate and doesn’t know how to finish to properly finish a job.

They were quick to get my roof replaced but once they got their money it was nearly impossible to get a hold of them. There was a crack in the ceiling due to the banging that took them several weeks to come repair. They also never had the town come finish the inspection so the building permit was never properly closed. I only learned about the open building permit after a friend in the construction business was looking at open building permits. I reached out to them about the open permit in October. Made numerous calls and sent numerous text and they didn’t get it closed until the end of December. They also did my brother’s roof and his building permit is still open two years later.

We were very please with the work that was done by D-Roc Renovations. The work was done professionally and in a timely mannor. Any adjustments that needed to be made were handled professionally and confidently. I highly recommend them.

D-ROC Renovations did a great job helping us after a hail storm. They worked with our insurance company and replaced our roof, window screens and had our house repainted. The house looks better then when we moved in. I would recommend them and use them again! They communicated with us about everything and got everything done in a very timely manner. As we all know Colorado weather has its own temperament. With these recent storms. I would highly recommend droc renovations. I’ve used droc renovations in the past for roof and gutters. I was very happy with the work. Friendly , prompt and easy to work with. To top it off Colorado roots !!!

Rocco with DRoc Renovations made the whole experience of getting a new roof so much easier. He dealt with the insurance company to ensure that everything was taken care of and I had to do very little with results we love. Will for sure use him again and will recommend to everyone I know.

The time that Rocco took explaining everything to us that would be done was fantastic. He met with the adjuster from our insurance and they walked through the whole claim from the hail storm of the roof, gutters, paint, screens, etc. Found things that I had not even seen. They took off our solar panels and put them back on so quickly that we were only without them for about a week. Very impressive. Nothing was paid to them until all of the work was done and the insurance money was paid to us. So basically the best compared to other neighbors that had to have the roofers come back multiple times to fix leaks around chimneys and skylights. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any renovations of any kind.

Everyone that works for him had nothing but great things to say about their boss Roco !!! I have to agree with them and he also has an excellent crew, they worked hard and completed the whole roof in one day which was amazing.

He also has a foreman named Taylor who was also almost as amazing as Roco. Taylor stayed and helped clean up and made sure everything was up to my satisfaction. Actually everything that they did was beyond what I was expecting.

After the hailstorms of 2023, we had damage on 3 different house roofs. D-Roc Renovations came to our rescue and provided great personal service. Their response to questions and concerns was prompt and very supportive. I recommended them to my neighbor, who received the same caring consideration and on-time completion. Even after the jobs were completed, they have been most helpful addressing other concerns or questions.

After our roof was damaged in a hail storm, Rocco met with us and did an evaluation of the damage. He also noticed damage to our house siding that he included in our claim.
He worked quickly, getting us a quote and helping us through the claim process with our insurance company. Not having ever done a claim like this was daunting but Rocco and his team really helped make the process easy for us.
The new roof went on without incident. Rocco helped us upgrade our shingles and saved us over $700 in insurance premiums. The new roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
