We recently contracted with American Capital Painting for the exterior of our house. Our house was damaged by the hail-storms last year. It is wood log siding, so saying that this was going to be a challenge would state it lightly. When talking with Frank my wife and I grew extremely confident we had made the right choice. Frank was very prompt with any communication / issues he found. He was prompt and timely for all of his scheduled times he said he would be there. While here, Frank and his team (Max was the main guy here every day), they were very friendly and worked hard. The teams attention to detail to get the job done correct was more important than a profit margin, I can't say that about most companies now days. His team sanded the entire structure and then did a special coating on the siding to help the paint adhere. What can I say, it's awesome, we couldn't have asked for more. Some companies can be judged by the "punch list" at the end of the project that must be completed. I would be lying if I said there weren't some items that I could have Frank come back and touch up. But, I will not. If I can't take a brush and put pain on a small, <1" area, well what does that say about me. These items total less than 5. Would I hire Frank again, absolutely and would not think twice about it. Will I need to, I hope not, as with the amount of work and attention to detail he has already provided, this paint should last many years. Thanks Frank!
