Not only was he the only person I contacted who understood the nuances of my issue, which was a multi-trade issue (a combination of roofing/decking, and draining/plumbing), he was both articulate and respectful, and helped explain the issues he identified upon site inspection so that a layman like myself could understand. Henry and another excellent worker started work on our East facing deck on Saturday they completed it by Wednesday June 2018. The deck is beautiful, sturdy and just what we ordered. The workmanship is top of the line. We spend most of our time outside on the deck. It is Handicapped accessible without a huge ramp. Just perfect!

I hired HGL Roofing to install a deck in September of 2016. I was very happy with the install, and Henry was an easy person to work with during the construction. However, when the town of Parker came to inspect the deck, they found that the deck had been built differently than the plans specified. The town asked for an explanation from Henry as to why he used different materials than those specified in the plans, and refused to issue the permit until they received an explanation. Henry said he would clear the issue up, but it's been over a year. After multiple phone calls and emails to Henry, he still hasn't resolved the issue. As a result, I have no permit for the deck, although I paid for the permit. Very frustrating!
