I've used 4 different roofers over the past couple of years for various reasons, and I can tell you that the professionalism and care provided by Matt Songer with Stay Dry Roofing is unmatched. When I first reached out to Stay Dry on a Sunday evening about a leak, Matt personally texted me that night and set up an appointment for the next morning. He evaluated the problem, came up with an easy, cost-effective solution, and he didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He offered to swing by the house a few days later to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction, and he even offered to come back in the spring just to make sure everything was still in good order. Thanks for all of your assistance, Matt! I WILL be using Stay Dry in the future.

Had a leaking porch roof from an unclear source. Carl spent literal hours diagnosing where the issue was coming from and once he found the problem, he had it fixed same day. Then had as a courtesy a crew out to get the porch repainted and this was done super quickly. Carl was timely, responsive, and professional. Would highly recommend anyone needing roof repairs or services to work with this company.

Stay Dry came out when they said they would, did the work they said they would do and we're very communicative. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job all around. This is the way all contractors should be.

Started out very good but when we go to fixing roof and the side of the wall it took more than 3 month. Still not complete and having to move on to a different roofer. Every communication from these people are for money and very aggressive conversation. Definitely find another roofer.

Had an initial issue not getting a call back in a timely manner for roof inspection. However, after following up and bringing this to their attention, they made it a point to prioritize my appointment and send someone out ASAP to address the problem and make things right. This company seems to legitimately make customer satisfaction a high priority. Will update this review if/when work is completed
