This construction company is a 10/10 and HIGHLY recommend. They replaced my entire roof, deck, and gutters. They worked closely with my insurance company and ensured that all supplies were covered so we did not pay ANYTHING out of pocket.

Not only were they extremely professional, and were great with consistent communication, but they did an amazing job on their work.

I loved how Jose, the owner, ensured that everything was completed at the highest of standards and nothing was missed. He worked closely with us, and even ensured his team was there in person when the insurance company came to assess the damage so nothing was missed by them. We were even able to get more covered than expected thanks to them.

The whole process of getting a new roof was made so easy with Jose. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He worked with me on the financing since it wasn't an insurance claim. His work crew was prompt and finished by the end of the day. Jose even found a few things that needed repaired after they uncovered the roof, and he included them in the original price quote. I will definitely use this company for any other projects I have on my house!

My roof had a considerable amount of damage due to hail and winds. Brady and Michael came out and were very knowledgeable, understanding, and gave a detailed explanation of the insurance process. The install went smoothly and my roof looks great!

These guys made sure we understood the process and worked with us to get our claim approved after another contractor abandoned us! Michael was awesome and on top of the process through every step.

Called MS Roofing to fix a leaky roof near my chimney. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Jose provided a clear and concise explanation of the problem. His team started the job just a few days after I accepted his quote, and finished the same day. We have had a few hard and windy downpours since the repairs were completed, and so far we have not seen any more leaks. Pricing was reasonable.

My elderly mother had this company install a roof and put on siding. After she passed away, I inherited the house. There were so many issues with poor workmanship: shingles not fastened correctly which led to the roof leaking and gaps in the siding where water pooled and leaked. The transition to the porch was not finished so the porched leaked and dry rotted. Unfortunately for me, I only now found the paper work.

Late on a Saturday night, about 36 hours before getting professional photos of our house for our real estate listing, I backed up a moving van too far in my driveway and destroyed a large section of the gutter over my garage.
On Sunday morning, out of desperation, I called numerous local roofing places who claimed online to have “24 hour service.” Got no response from most of them. Had one guy angrily complain “it’s Sunday, dude!” when I tried to ask for emergency help.
Finally called MS Roofing and spoke to Jose Gonzales. I was thrilled to learn he was nearby and willing to do the work. Less than an hour later, Jose was at my house giving me an estimate and explaining what needed to be done. His crew came out the next morning, worked quickly and carefully, and had the whole job done before in less than an hour, including a thorough cleanup job. As they were leaving, I hopped on a ladder and painted the new gutter section. Thirty minutes later, with the paint barely dry, the photographer arrived and took gorgeous pictures.
Jose and his team literally saved the day for us. His willingness to come out on short notice on a Sunday was amazing, and I can’t thank him enough for his help.

Jose Gonzales, the owner of MS Roofing, is the guy you want all contractors to be: Honest, Ethical, Transparent, and wants what is best for the customer. Which leads me to my hot tip: If Jose suggests you use a certain product or that you take a certain strategy, trust him. Learn from me! I trusted him on certain things (my new roof with his recommended shingle looks fabulous) and didn't on other things (siding) and I wish I had!

Jose has the patience to explain things to you so that you understand what the options are and how things will be done so that you are comfortable. Trust me, I'm so happy he's still working with me after all my questions.

Also, his team is also top notch. During a whole home residing project, we discovered issues that needed to be immediately corrected. It was a shock to us all, but I was so thankful that his team did exactly what needed to be done to fix the situation and didn't just side over the problem. I've been watching the team work, and they really do what is necessary, not necessarily what is the fastest.

I'm really impressed with Jose and his team. He's a younger contractor, but he's the type of contractor you want working on your home. I think he's secretly building a large family of customers who will call on him for projects again and again.

TLDR: Call Jose at MS Roofing for your roofing, siding, gutters, and painting; and take his advice!

I appreciate that the crew corrected what a previous contractor failed to do by adding missing roof vents. They were respectful of our property. The clean up was thorough and very efficient.

I would definitely hire MS roofing again! I think they are very honest and friendly! I had multiple quotes from other roofing company. They were not interested in repair roofs. But MS roof roofing is willing to help me repair my roof. repairs done look really good and they went extra to make sure roof won’t have any leaks in the future. They told they have 6 months in repair warranty. The other roof company told me that they don’t have warranty on roof repair.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. A previous leak around a light fixture in the garage had gotten worse and with rain in the forecast Jose Gonzales came right over and secured the roof where the problem was, even working into the darkness, even deducted about $30 from the bill because he did not use all the material he thought he would. And, he also caulked around my skylight. Since he was already here he did not charge for that. I am at a loss for words to describe how grateful I am for the great job he did and when I am ready for other roof work, maybe a complete new roof, he will be the one I turn to. Thanks Jose! We entrusted our first home as a newly married couple to this company and we couldn't have been more pleased! From first contact to completion of the project my wife and I felt like MS Roofing Construction LLC laid down the red carpet for us. Our roof is beautiful and all the problems we had going into the project were fixed (they even fixed some problems we didn't even knew we had). I couldn't recommend this company more highly. My only question is why doesn't Google let us give 6 stars?

Oh my goodness! If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a roofer who had come out, examined the roof and made a quick fix and I was awaiting the scheduler to call me for the repair. Two days later I was still waiting and then with rain arriving for the next few days, I was nervous. Needless to say, a few hours later it rained and the roof starting leaking in the master bedroom again. It was not patched in the area where the leak was occurring and they could not come out to put a tarp down which is what I had requested in the first place. So I did some research and got MS Roofing Construction's phone number. Jose Gonzalez, a general contractor, called right away and made arrangements to come out. He arrived to the house in about 30-35 minutes. He and his crew walked the roof and got up in the attic (other guy only did the roof) and actually found the source of the leak. This took some time as he was meticulous and determined the find the leak. He then came and showed me where the issue was with pictures and thoroughly explained what they would need to do to repair it. Finally I had an answer and a solution. I found Mr. Gonzalez personable, detailed, professional and really knew his business and his prices were cheaper than the other guy because he is general contractor and his work is not subcontracted out. To make this even better, he found the leak around 830-9p on Sunday and it was repaired on Monday around 1p - you can't beat that! He does other work as well too so I plan on using MS Roofing Construction for future business and I plan on recommending him to everyone who is looking for a good contractor. Needless to say, I am quite pleased and it rained today - no drips on my head while I sleep! Thank you to Jose and his crew - I appreciate you so much!!

This company was very professional the men cleaned up and left my lawn just the way the found it. Also they were finished with the project earlier than expected. I highly recommend. Will be having then do more house repairs in the future.

The MS Roofing Construction team did a great job on my roofing and gutter projects, after several denied roof claims they got involved and got my insurance company to replace my roof and gutters. Their installation crew protected my landscape and worked at a very steady pace throughout the day, when they left the house looked great, great experience over all.
