This is an updated review: It took a while to get here but our project was completed the way it was originally described to me. Staffing changes and some communication issues had our very simple gutter repair fall through the cracks. I'm very appreciative that Dan reached out and spent time listening to my frustrations and then quickly resolved the issues I had with the service we had received. I definitely felt like I had stepped into another situation where we had hired a company that was just going to take our money and not care about the quality of the work completed (I have a long list at this point in homeownership . . . ) However, Dan spoke to this exact problem with the industry and talked about making sure that Stay Dry Roofing was true to their word when working with customers. I feel comfortable recommending them to others, and I'm happy with the work that was completed on our home.

We recently had the roof on our home in Indpls. replaced. As many have mentioned, Josh is a pleasure to work with. He and his roofing crew were always on time (to the minute – 8:00 am) and delivered on every thing that was promised in the sales pitch. Stay Dry Roofing even went above and beyond to take extra care of our home near 46204 and had his guys work with me to repair some rotten wood / soffit that needed replacing. The people at Stay Dry Roofing in Indianapolis are professional and do great roofing work. I highly recommend for replacements or repairs

To make a long story short, there was severe hail damage near 46256 in Indianapolis. We hunkered down in our house knowing we would need to replace the roof and insurance would hopefully cover it. Stay Dry Roofing had the best roofing estimate and price (we got quotes from two other companies) and was able to replace our roof 2.5 days after I got back in touch with Stay Dry.

Very responsive and helpful during the closing process of our new home. In going through the inspection, some roof items were highlighted as needing a fix. They came out last minute on a Saturday to help us out.

The thing we like most is how honest they were.

Kevin was such a pleasure to work with. A new roof and gutters are never easy to handle with the insurance company and Kevin dealt with them and helped us completely on the roof replacement in Indianapolis. He has done a couple of roofs for us and he still delivers great service!

Man, really thought they were with me. They set up my claim for me, and showed up an hour late. This was the regional manager. Told me it was fine, and that they would call me later with more details. I have never heard from them again. I have tried reaching out, but I am ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!

They were absolutely wonderful in helping us with getting everything done. Everything that they said they were gonna do, they actually did!! The workers were very good at cleaning up after the work was done, and the roof looked beautiful!

Nicole was professional from beginning to end. She helped coordinate info with our insurance company and made sure we were satisfied with all our choices and understood all details. The roofing crew did a great job and left our home and property in great shape. We have recommended and will continue to recommend Stay Dry Roofing.

Josh, the sales/project Manager that covers Indianapolis was amazing. Everything he said was factual, and the workmanship provided by the roofing crew was superb.

The entire process was relatively painless. Caleb came to our door and asked if he could check our roof for hail damage. We allowed him to do so and sure enough we had many instances of hail damage. He then filed a claim with our insurance company. The next day he met the claims adjuster at our house. There was some waiting involved as we have about a 6 square flat tarred roof on the dormer in the rear of the house and insurance was hesitant to cover that portion. We wanted that replaced so we kicked in and the deal was done.
Stay Dry brought in an excellent crew and they did an outstanding job in one day! The roof looks fantastic. Thanks, Stay Dry!

Update....... 11/7/19 They are charging for things they didn't do and the insurance company did not pay. They have creepy scammers (an attorney office said they couldn't help me because these aren't real debt collectors calling me) calling and texting. They have not adjusted their bill to reflect items done by the gutter company or the "high roof" and dumpster load charges. Ongoing headache. Money appears to be their prime objective, not customer service. I also have not gotten my Starbucks gift card. Not only does the email say I will get one, but Carl Smith told me he would send one and hasn't. Maybe you only get one if they like your review???

Be careful!!! First they wanted me to pay for the job the day before they began, I said, "no". Once the roof was done and it rained I had a leak because they did not put on new flashing, as they said they would. After many attempts to speak with someone, I called the main office and was told they would call to set up a time when I could be here, to come and replace the old flashing on the patio overhang with new. I was out of town for two weeks and when I returned they had apparently done the "work" without my being here or aware that they were on my property in my absence. The pictures below are what they did. Awful! They slapped pieces together and put lots of silicone on top (and missed one section altogether). The wood was not primed or painted and now I am hiring someone else to repair their 'efforts'. Their final bill just arrived and it is quite a bit more than the insurance paid (I was told my cost would be what the insurance company paid) and included gutter work which they did not do (I hired a gutter company for that portion of the job). I would not recommend this company as it was extremely difficult to communicate with them at every juncture and I do not find them to be honest.

Quality materials and no hidden costs for roof replacement, siding replacement as well as gutter replacement with downspouts. The contractor crews were polite, considerate, with expert install and repair services. They cleaned constantly during the process, Bonus! I cannot thank them enough for making my ugly home beautiful!

I cannot tell you how delighted I am with my experience with Stay Dry! This is not my first rodeo. Previous roofers left a mess in my yard and driveway full of nails. NOT these guys! From the start, the salesperson (Caleb) was ultra responsive to every question and led me thru the entire process. The roofers were meticulous in their workmanship. I watched them working and they paid special attention to every detail. They cleaned up after themselves - you couldn't even tell they had been here except I had this shiny new roof! I was VERY impressed!

My experience with STAYDRY ROOFING was outstandingly EXCELLENT. My sales rep Corey Casper explained the process and was instrumental in getting the insurance company to agree to replace the roof, siding, gutters and the window that tree came thru as well as part of the flooring covered with glass. If I ever experience another storm I will be calling STAYDRY.

Corey Casper was very professional and still cannot believe they completed job in one day, leaving the yard very clean.
Stay Dry was able to give us the larger gutters, for same pricing, making the house look brand new from the street. He was able to communicate well with the insurance adjuster, allowing the job to be covered under our home policy also. Overall, a job well done.

I'm conflicted about my review of our local (Chesterfield, MO) Stay-Dry service. On the one hand, Stay-Dry was the only company out of 4-5 different contractors that bid on our project who recommended that we have our insurance company come out an assess our roof for hail damage (which we eventually received coverage for). That saved us thousands of dollars, and we're very thankful for their recommendation and knowledge of the process! However, getting our work completed (reshingling and gutter replacement) was really a hassle. The roof replacement happened quickly, and even though there was a small accident during the work (worker fell through the rafters and also through our bedroom ceiling. He was unharmed, thank goodness.) everything was completed to our satisfaction. The gutter replacement, however, was the biggest challenge. Our original Stay-Dry rep either quit or was fired after the roof replacement was complete, and there was no follow up from another rep after that point. It took us about a month to track down our regional rep - and I actually had to contact an out of state rep to help me with that! Stay-Dry's corporate customer service team was really of little help. Once I finally spoke to our regional rep, we scheduled our gutter replacement....and the replacement team never showed up on the scheduled date. We did end up rescheduling and the team did show up this time, and they did good work. So in conclusion, I guess this is a mixed review. The actual work performed and knowledge displayed by Stay Dry was pretty good. The customer service provided, however, was lacking. Hopefully our experience isn't typical.

From a small repair to a complete replacement you won't find anyone any better than Stay Dry Roofing. Everyone from the front office to Scott that came out and helped me with the estimate and with the insurance company I was treated as if I were their only customer. The workers that came out where exceptional and cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend Stay Dry Roofing for your roofing needs. When it came to price they were right on with everyone else. Thing is there ratings hands down beat the competition. 5 star rating!

I chose Stay Dry Roofing because of the great reviews I read. They came out last Friday to fix a small area of my roof. Now, a week later, it's still not finished. And the contractor, doesn't seem sure about finishing my repair. It's really frustrating. The part the roofers fixed looks nice, which is why I gave 2 stars. But it still needs to be finished.

My biggest complaint is the lack of communication. The contractor, Corey, only texts. It's is nice to have everything in writing, but responses are hours or days apart. The workers come and go without saying anything. So are they coming back or done for the day? Who knows. We've agreed that hiring Stay Dry was our second biggest mistake in life. (First was buying a Kirby vacuum)

Got four estimates. Stay Dry was lowest. Took about 28 days to get roof installed but we are satisfied with results. Would recommend to others.

Very satisfied with the service the salesman as well as the roofers and gutter personnel were professional and prompt. The clean was awesome and the finished work was beautiful. I would very much recommend their services.

I had an appointment today from 8am to 11am. No call and a no show from the company so I called at 11:15am just to see if they were running late. They said someone would call soon. At 1PM I called again and asked what was going on. They said we can put your information into the system and someone will call you. I asked " can you contact someone via cell phone and ask when they might be by our house?" They said no there is NO WAY they can contact their service reps directly throughout the day...? So you're telling me there's no real way your company can tell if people are doing their jobs because you have no contact with them? Correct, our customer service can't contact service resp to see where they are or what they are doing? Hmm sounds like a solid business move...

Completed the roof in a timely manner but when it came to cleaning up. I had to clean up behind them. They left trash everywhere, I had to pull trash tots from my neighbors yard. Had to pick up there cutting knives out of the yard. Even broke my fire pit and dumped it in my yard. I understand things need to move and I didn’t mind at all they moved stuff. They just never put anything back or take care of my stuff. They were responsible for painting inside my house. They did that in a timely manner but didn’t use the same color I picked out. Nobody followed up with anything. I would not recommend StayDry

After the bad experience I had with StayDry. They offered to fix their mistakes, and make everything right. Instead or repainting my living room and kitchen, I asked if they would just paint the hallway to match, which they did. They did do a great job at painting and offered to replace/pay for the fire pit that was broke during the roof replacement. After giving them a second chance to fix any and all problems I before, I am a lot happier with them now. Thanks StayDry for being a stand up company and fixing any problems you may had.

Hampton Young was professional and went above and beyond. Curt on the other hand, did not supervise till the end and some small problems accured after the roofers left. Nails in garage, downspout elbow gone, dump truck caused large crack in driveway...Gutter still needs replacing on original damage claim.
Hampton returned at 630 pm after I called him about this and as I expected He did all humanly possible. Great job Hampton. The roofers did a good job and I like the roof.

Credit for large crack on right side at top of driveway. I bought the 2 elbows for gutters that disappeared...waiting on bill adjustment,
No longer want the gutter so remove from bill...

We were referred to this company by the buyer of a home we were selling which turned out to have storm damage in St Louis. Stay Dry was outstanding to work with and did everything they promised in a timely manner. Highly recommend them. A+!

I had storm damage about six months ago. I was unfortunate in that I chose to work with Stay Dry. They talked a good story but they don't deliver. They make promises but don't follow through. Just the latest in a long string of disappointment with them - They told me 4 weeks ago that the job would be done - completely finished in 2-3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and one day to call since I had heard nothing since they made that firm commitment to me. When they called me back a day later it was to tell me that it would be one more week to get a drawing of the final repair and then another EIGHT WEEKS to wait for materials. VERY BAD PERFORMER. Don't make the mistake I made. Who knows if they will ever finish the work.

Took more than a week to respond to a request for a quote. Finally got someone out to look at the roof in question, the guy spent all of 4 minutes looking around, failed to provide me with a quote at that time, said he would email me with information, never heard back from him. This kind of service doesn't even deserve a second chance when there are plenty of companies out there happy to have my business.

The folks at Stay Dry Roofing came by my house and performed a free inspection. They found damage and I submitted a claim to my insurance company. I had Stay Dry Roofing perform the work for me and have been very pleased with the results. They did a very good job of cleaning up when they were done. The work was completed as scheduled and I had a new roof in a little over a day. Josh was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.

Also, the shingles have a 50 year warranty (I won't be alive to see if they hold up that long) and a five year warranty on their labor.

We needed commercial flat roof repair for our little store and couldn't afford a new roof entirely. Commercial roofing isn't cheap but Dustin and John were able to find me financing because the insurance company declined our claim. I thought I was up the creek util they offered me other options.
