My experience with Saul and the team from Southern National was just great. The team arrived early Monday morning and worked very deliberately and conscientiously throughout the day. The forces were with us, " it did NOT rain."
The team removed the old shingles, replaced some boarding, placed GAF covering over the area, and placed new shingles over the roof in record time.
The bottom line is, from my view point, they did a good job.
The team Adam sent out to replace my roof were outstanding! They were prompt and worked all day. Adam said they would be finished in one day and they were!
I’m a Realtor, and Someone did a “roof inspection” on my vacant listing - left the inspection post card on the door, which said the house needed a new roof and listed all the issues….an agent showed the house to his buyers and then left the post card on the foyer table for the next 6 sets of buyers to see. Mind you, the roof is only 11 years old and has no leaks. Thanks for possibly scaring off some potential buyers! How about don’t inspect a roof of a house that’s currently on the market! You clearly saw the sign in the front yard
