After being scammed by a previous roofer, we were extremely cautious about who we hired next. From the very first interaction, both the owner Jason and especially Matthew Bowers put us at ease. We contacted Patriot Roofing and spoke with Nick about our roofing needs. Nick was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the roofing industry. Nick and crew traveled to Upstate SC to look at our roof and tell us what we needed to do. Nick worked, and fought with our insurance company until they replaced the entire roof. We can not recommend Nick and Patriot Roofing enough for the quick, selfless work to ensure our home was well protected.

There is no better company to go with, and they are honest to the core. I was one of the many who were taken for a ride with Orange Elephant Roofing, and they absconded with a lot of money, and no work was done. Enter Jason and his team, who worked with me and understood the situation I was in. The process was very straightforward and Jason guided me through each step and helped secure additional financing to complete the project. His team had a quick turnaround once the contract was signed, and within two weeks the materials were dropped and work began. The roof was replaced all in one day, and the cleanup process was especially thorough. I couldn’t be happier. Jason was meticulous and followed up quickly with every question I had, as I was hesitant to move forward with another company given my previous experience. Working with Patriot Roofing was a dream.

I feel like I need to share my experience with patriot roofing. I'm certain this will be taken down, it's highly suspicious they have a 5 star review.

Our "journey" with patriot began last April/May '24, and i didn't get the final paperwork until January '25. The job took at 6-7 months for a private residence + 2 months to get the paperwork. Jason is difficult to work with. I never used the word mansplain in my life before I met him. He over promised and underdelivered. We had to call him to return several times to fix leaks and felt so unsure of the work we hired a private inspector.

I had to take over communication for the job because he was not listening to my elderly father who is a 30 yr retired Navy & Vietnam Veteran. Jason gave every excuse under the sun not to replace parts that appeared to either be used or spray painted because the color didn't match.

Jason's subcontractors decided to remove and not replace several gutter downspouts, which the inspector said was probably the cause of the leaks. Water was draining all into one corner placing pressure on the seems. Eventually we convinced them to replace the downspouts but it took months.

Jason is disorganized. I tried to pay him the final payment several times but it took him forever to send the reconciliation documents. He blamed our insurance company for slow rolling but when we called them, they said the claim was settled when the check was sent, the final insurance check can't be issued without the reconciliation documents. At this point, we had banned Jason from our property due to his attitude towards us, but he kept trying to come here. Once the check was received by Jason via certified mail, it took him 1-2 months to mail the warranty docs. I had to ask several times.

This was my 2nd roof in my lifetime, the first being a double decker in Boston which took 1 week from start to receipt of final paperwork. Patriot took ~ 8 months.

They don't warn you when they are coming, especially when it's to repair something. There would be times random people would just appear, i was close to calling the cops a few times.

Don't hire patriot.

I recently had my roof replaced by Orange Elephant and had fallen victim to their scan of taking peoples insurance money. Unlike many of the other victims, I did at least got a new roof installed. Since the installation I had some leaks and was worried about the quality of the installation. With no workmanship warranty to utilize, I heard that Patriot Roofing was helping the victims of orange elephant. Lucky came out and inspected my entire roof dealed some areas that were missed and talked me through the status of my roof. I cant tell you how much I appreciate their help with situation.

Great Experience with Patriot Roofing! We had hail damage in June 2024, they were out the very next morning and made the entire process smooth. Communication was great and they were always there to address any concerns we had about the repair process and next steps. They handled everything with our insurance company, which was greatly appreciated. Lucky and Nick were great to work with, would definitely recommend Patriot to anyone!

During our initial consultation when picking out materials for my roof, I chose an upgrade roofing underlayment but when he actually installed it, he gave me the basic tar paper material , and when I ask him about it, halfway through the installation his reply was do you want me to take it off with a snobbish look? my next-door neighbor clued me to many flaws in the installation, and he missed a spot by my garage side door but he came back later and finished it. I have pictures. I do not recommend this guy or his company.

Great Company, Great Staff and they Support Veterans . Entire Roofing of 2 story home, steep pitched roof, was done in 2 days. Stephen, the site supervisor, was up on the roof in the Charleston June Heat(!) to help get the job done within their promised deadline. From easy product delivery the day prior to the thorough site clean-up, it was as efficient and well done as any roofing job in the SC summer could be. Thanks to Lucky and Nick as well! Patriot was suggested by our insurance adjuster. What a great choice! If your roof problem will be covered under insurance, Patriot Roofing knows exactly how to work with your coverage. This part was painless! Workmanship: Top Notch. The job was a complete tear-off and replace; our salesman (Lucky) explained all the details and promised the work would be done in one day (!?). They arrived exactly on time as promised (July 31). They had covers for most of the plantings near the house and really watched out for my landscaping. The crew worked hard; they had the old roof off in a couple of hours. The new roof was being started on one side before the old roof was off. Very thorough installation with proper drip edging, new building code compliant underlayment and careful, straight installation of the new shingles. By about 3 p.m., they were starting cleanup. Patriot brings in their dumpster, filled it up, and hauled it away later that evening. The clean-up was fantastic! I think I found one plastic reinforcement and a few strips of plastic. Not a single nail! Please say Thank You to your crew; I brought them some ice cream sandwiches and popsicles to cool off. The smiles said it all. So, Hurricane Debbie provided the test; not a single leak or problem! Just hire Patriot Roofing and smile at the result.

Patriot Roofing says what they will do, they do what they say and they do it quickly!! I had our roof replaced today, approximately 40 square of shingles, it was completed in less than seven hours and looks great. Our driveway, pool and yard were left in pristine condition, l couldn’t find a handful of debris in all these areas after they left the job sight. I called Patroit Roofing and told them I needed an estimate to replace my roof because it was leaking. Within 45 minutes of talking on the phone, they came out and put a tarp on due to rain coming! You can't beat customer service like that. They will definitely be replacing the roof in the coming days.

My insurance company recommended a roofing company who was unresponsive and had given me the run around for months until they finally stopped responding all together. At the point my insurance was refusing to replace damaged roof and was setting for a simple patch. I am SO grateful I found Patriot roofing, not only did they address my insurance company but they really fought on my behalf with my insurance to get my whole roof covered and replaced!! Once we got the approval, Patriot's scheduling process was made so convenient and easy they had the entire thing done in a day!! Their salesman Nick who was my point of contact, was absolutely awesome and helped explain all the details and answered every question I had until I was comfortable and understood the step by step. We recently moved to Boeing South Carolina and purchased a new home only to run into multiple roof leaks.

Patriot roofing promptly came out and was able to locate the issue.

The staff was polite, and professional. My kids were interested in what was going on. The tech answered questions and the kids very much enjoyed learning what they did.

Additionally they identified issues I was unaware of and provided a resolution I was able to address on my own.

Here’s a little story: Sunday night after the Super Bowl, I went up to the bedroom to get ready for bed when I noticed a line of spots on our ceiling next to the fan. Went to sleep and of course, it rained ALL night/day in Charleston. After doing some research for reputable roofing companies, I found Patriot Roofing, a Veteran-owned small business. I spoke with Spencer & he immediately got me scheduled for the next day with his co-partner, Nick.

Nick came out this morning (VERY punctual) and climbed the roof, went into the attic, took pictures, and ensured to explain to us what was causing the leak and a few other points of concern. He was EXTREMELY professional/knowledgable and really went above & beyond to repair the hole in our roof. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced any “home repair” service with better Customer Service & knowledge.

It takes a lot for me to give a true 10/10 or 5 star rating, but I will forever be a customer of Patriot Roofing. If you need any repair or even a new roof, PLEASE give Patriot Roofing a call; I guarantee you’ll be singing the same praises I am.

I had an issue earlier this year where a different roofing company appears to have intentionally damaged my roof to get a sale. I had run into Spencer with Patriot Roofing a couple times and called him to look at my roof and tell me what I needed. It turns out the damage was significant enough that it had to be replaced. Patriot roofing was excellent to work with the entire way through. The work was done quickly and on time, and when Spencer came to review the work he noticed an issue I hadn't and might not have and ensured that it was resolved the next day. The work was good, the customer care was great, and Spencer is a reliable, kind, and trustworthy guy to work with. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing.

I had called and specifically asked if they would come to my home and give me a FREE estimate? I was told yes Sir we give free estimates, so I made the appointment for them to show up at my home. After they reviewed my roof they wanted me to sign a contract before giving me an estimate. The sales person was upset that I wouldn’t sign the contract.
After he left, within thirty minutes one of the owners called and being very upset and loud. He wanted to know why I would not sign the contract, he proceeded to tell me that “we can’t just give free estimates to everyone who calls for one. We would never get the jobs, because home owners would shop around”.
Several people whom I talked with said, that’s just the way he is. I could go on and talk about the internal problems of this company but I end here.
Now, the roofing crew who showed up and did the work were the real roofers. Hats off to that crew!

Lucky was so knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, he followed up with us after the work was completed and always made sure that we knew what was going on between Patriot Roofing and our insurance company. Patriot roofing not only did what they said they would do but did it in a timely manner. Living on the island, it is hard to find contractors or services that will even show up, Lucky not only showed up, he did a superb job and did a follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the job I would not hesitate in using them in the future or recommending them!!

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Patriot Roofing! Jason, one of the owners, inspected our storm damaged roof, and then sat down and explained very carefully what he saw and how Patriot Roofing could help us. On 10/3/2023, Patriot Roofing Company came out to my place of worship (Andrew Chapel Baptist Church, 3670 Five Chop Road, Orangeburg, SC 29115) under the leadership of Dr. Pastor Greene. The church has a metal roof, which the previous roof company who did the roof installation may have cut corners, which causes some areas on the roof, wall flashing and fascia were coming apart. Pastor Greene ask me did I knew anyone who could do the repairs on the church's roof, and my first thought came to my mind was Patriot Roofing Company in North Charleston. As you see from my write up listed below, they conducted work on my home, and since they done an OUTSTANDING job. It was not an issue to recommend their services to do the repairs at my church. They immediately came out to conduct a survey, and let me tell you something. The church and I was focusing on one area which was the original call was made for, but when Patriot Roofing did their survey, they identified several surrounding areas that needed attention. They were not there to jack up the work or price to make more money. They pointed out things that we were not familiar with and recommended the repairs.
Repairs preformed on the church:
. Secure loose metal on wall flashing
. Secure loose fascia
. Caulk areas needing maintained
Note: They are licensed, insured and carry workers comp.

During the repairs, the Former on the job site, provided me every 30min updates on the work, he took before and after pictures on the work conducted. Additionally, they address things that were not caught during the original survey. Did I said, the price did not increase!!! well it did NOT!!!

First, EXCELLENT!!! customer service. I have experienced roof damaged during a high windstorm in my area. I have contacted my homeowner insurance and they opened a claim for my roof to be inspected. Their representative came out, but they denied my claim and wanted to do a patch job. So, I wanted a second opinion, and I contacted Patriot Roofing in Summerville, SC. They did all the leg work with contacting my insurance company to informed them my roof was old and it was beyond a patch job. My roof had missing shingles from the storm, and it needed to be replace not repaired. Patriot Roofing requested a second roof inspection with Patriot representative present. I did not have to do anything, they did everything and the result, I have received a new roof. Patriot Roofing replaced everything that was involve with my roof, such as but not limited to: roof flashing, drip edge, roof vents, pipe boots, etc. The bottom line is that Patriot Roofing in Summerville is a company you can trust and depend on doing the job right and they will stand with you until the job is done/completed.
