I just had my roof worked on and inspected last year. Yet you put a flyer on my door about all kinds of problems. You have no business coming to my door. Stay away. I would never use you if this is how you drum up your business. If you have to do it this way you must be really hurting!

Brett was very helpful and professional in helping us select a solution suiting our needs and means. The work was performed quickly, professionally, and well. We love our new roof!

Recently got my roof redone by them and it looks amazing! Before I had a lot of hanging nails sticking out and overall it did not look the best. They came on time and cleaned up after themselves and were very professional about their work. Berrett H., one of the company representatives, told me all about this company and even showed certificates. He gave me many different options to choose from, all ranging from color and even texture of the roof. Throughout the job Berrett called me and asked if I had any questions or concerns of what the contractors were doing. A big thanks for his help especially for someone that had no experience with this. Also, a very big thanks for the reasonable price!

My home is a relatively new construction built in 2017. Less than a decade in, the roof was already in poor enough condition (due to builders cutting corners and going cheap) that shingles literally blew off the ridge. Various roofers and gutter services over the years thought the roof was 20+ years old. When my roof started leaking, I was not thrilled to have to replace it, but the Southern National team was informative and professional through the whole process. They also worked with me to find shingles that were better than my previous roof and at a fair cost. I now have a roof with layers of protection and a warranty I can feel good about. Thank you!

Didn't make it far into the quote process at all because the guy they sent out was incredibly rude. Admittedly, a quote scheduled an hour and a half before this one ran a bit longer than expected and that fellow was finishing up as the SN arrived, but I started speaking with the SN rep while my husband finished up with the other guy. As soon as the SN rep realized the other guy was with another company, he got an attitude that went downhill from there. In the meantime, he starts embellishing every little thing about the roof in a painfully obvious attempt to get us to hurry up and get a new one (keep in mind, we have no leaks, etc). The last straw was when he demanded my husband make the other guy leave immediately because he had an appt with both of us (I suppose speaking with the "little lady" wasn't good enough for even just a few minutes) and he expected the other guy to leave. We asked him to be the one to leave immediately, which he only tried to argue about for a second until my husband had to raise his voice, at which time he left pretty quickly. Definitely does not seem like a good company if this guy was any representation of how this company operates.

The representative was both knowledgeable and kind, and answered all my questions. The team that actually did the labor on the roof
were friendly and polite, and very efficient. The. C.lean up was extraordinary. No one could imagine that an entire roof had come off and been replaced in one day. My house looks wonderful, to say the least!

Roof replaced recently by Southern National Roofing. Good experience. Brett our project manager was professional and helpful. Scheduling was done quickly, job was completed professionally, including taking down and replacing our solar panels which are all back in working condition. No complaints at all throughout the whole process.

They came out to do the roof within days. They knocked it out and did it in just a day! We were very impressed. They cleaned up everything afterwards and our roof looks amazing!

We recently had our roof replaced with Southern National. The whole experience was great from start to finish. From the inspection through to the work itself everyone was amazingly helpful and up front about what we could expect. Excellent company. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The different products were explained in enough detail to allow me to make an informed decision. The instillation crew was on time, worked diligently throughout the day, completed the work in one day and thoroughly cleaned the area. Everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

These businesses is out of Spartanburg whereas I live in Anderson. The subdivision we live in is in no solicitation multiple signs at the entrance stating such. So not sure why this company thought it was OK to not only solicit in a subdivision blatantly stating that they don’t allow it. Along with walking around my yard of evaluating my roof from the ground, and then proceeded to bang on my door several times, causing my son to wake up.

Brett and the crew were amazing. He walked us through the process and gave a very detailed plan. The crew worked tirelessly and complete the roof very quickly. I would highly recommend.

When Tanner arrived at my door and told me about their roofing options, I was skeptical at first. But after talking to him more, he had such a pleasant demeanor and he's an honest person. Because of how he treated us and how well he explained our options, we decided to move forward with the company. We have absolutely no regrets about this decision, they were true to their word and did everything they said they would. While the workers were putting the new roof on, Tanner even showed up to the jobsite to make sure everything was going well and that the roof was being done properly. My wife and I highly recommend Tanner and this company to anyone that needs a new roof. We are super happy about the lifetime warranty we received as well.

Southern National was extra informative throughout the whole process and even got us scheduled within the next few days which was important because we had a few leaks. Brett was great and even on site with the job. He answered any questions that we had. He even came back upon completion and made sure we were happy with the roof install. I highly recommend this company. They also give a lifetime transferable warranty on the roof. Thank you Brett!!!

TJ was very respectful and knowledgeable about the products and services his company provides. TJ was very patient through the process.

They left a “Roof Inspection Report” on our door claiming we had “signs of leaks”, staining, algae, moss, etc. Our roof is 18 months old. It’s just a BS flyer to try to sell us something we clearly don’t need.

From the other reviews it looks like they are aggressive like this all over town.

Brett and team did a great job assessing our needs, presenting options, and seeing them through. The installation team was great, worked fast but with care, revitalizing our old farmhouse with a roof that will outlast us.

I was very happy how Brett and team communicated with me during the process and quickly resolved my concerns during the install. Having to work around Sunrun schedule to remove solar panels was challenging, but Justin and Brandon kept up with the process and they were ready to go as soon as the panels were removed. Roof looks great and I am excited about the 50 year warranty and insurance premium reductions.

Process went smoothly and all steps followed as planned. Brett did a really great job explaining the product, warranty and installation process. They are not the cheapest thought. Installation crew is really good and friendly.

The men were very timely & efficient. Did a great job & were finished more quickly than expected. My senior project manager, Terence Mousel,
was there every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable & showed me a great deal.

We had a someone come by unannounced and say we needed a new roof. The next night, we had a project manager come by for 3 hours from 6:30 to 9:30. They showed us everything on roofs, and tried to sell us on a roof. Constantly knocking down the price until they got to 25,000. They even called a shingle warehouse to bring the price down but we had to agree tonight. A new roof for us is 7-8k. Their salesmen are really good. DO NOT FALL for their new roof sale. They will tire you out until you want to agree. Always get a few quotes for a new roof, as it saved us $20,000. They may be reputable if you ask them to come by and quote you, but this route they took is criminal. I feel bad for people who get pressured by them into a new roof that costs 4x as much

They came to my house while I was not home and performed an inspection without permission. The stuff that they marked on the card were things that were not true about my roof considering it has recently been replaced. They came back a second time and marked that my ventilation was not up to code. The ventilation was up to code when I bought the house not long ago. I have also recently upgraded my HVAC as well as my roof as mentioned before, so ventilation is fine. I also have a ring camera, so i was able to watch the guy walk up to my door and mark off issues without even looking at my roof.

Initial consultation with TJ Mousel was thorough and all of the pricing for materials was explained and compared to other surrounding companies. The work turnaround was super quick and the crew performing it was exceptional. The project manager called 2x during the process to make sure things were going smoothly. I am very happy with the results. If you’re searching for a roof replacement or even repairs this is the company to use!

Similar to other reviews, I was approached today by Southern National claming my roof had urgent issues that need to be inspected and repaired immediately. Also similar to other reviews, I had my roof inspected and repairs just a few months ago.

Our neighborhood has "No Solicitation" signs posted, and yet I was hassled in the middle of my Saturday. I declined the "free" inspection offer, but when I do seek out a roofer I'll certainly be finding another company.

Brett Burrell, Southern National Roofing company. Brett was very professional, he educate me on what to expect, from the company. He did a full inspection of my roof and even inspected the attic. The workers were on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was so helpful including Justin. I highly recommend, Southern National roofing company.

They made an appointment to give me a quote on repairing my roof, but didn't show up.
The next day they called and rescheduled but didn't show up to the second appointment either.
Rescheduled a third time and a third no show.

I wish I could rate their work, but they never showed up for work.

We are in love with the roof that they put on The Other day. It looks so amazing and we are very pleased with their work.

Jacob showed up at my house saying my roof was damaged. Surprise to him I just had my insurance company inspect my roof. He also tried to convince me that my roof was older than what it was. My roof is about 6 years old. He said more like ten. One thing working for Uncle Sam for 22 years makes you a little more meticulous than some. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Jeremy B needs to read the no solicitation sign next to the front door. Not only knocking but aggressively knocking and seemed irritated that we wouldn’t answer the door. Left a note that stated all the things he could see wrong from the ground! I’m glad you can detect leaks that we don’t have from the sidewalk. Will not recommend or use on my personal or rental properties.

A nice young salesman and next Marine came to our house and explained his company and his credentials and his product we couldn't afford the price that he was quoting but he found some discounts that made it possible for us to do so the roofing crew came on time worked hard all day and did a very high quality job on a bay high quality roof then we were offered a 50-year warranty

Southern National was the best company to deal with Salesman Brett was no pressure and no bs and did everything exactly as described. The crew was great and the install was a breeze. And most importantly they were able to work out decent financing for us. It was an easy and non stressful experience
