Bobby was so kind and very informative about the gutter product!! He explained why we should choose Southern Industries not just with words but with actual physical gutter pieces and why yours is the better product.

Bobby York was our advisor and I learned so much from him about various gutter systems, including the kind we have, which are not working well for us. He did a professional video of our gutters as he explained, and he offered us a number of financial options that were very reasonable. Once we decide, we will use them for sure!

I meet Bobby, he explained the Southern Industry history and their background of products. He showed me samples and their colors. We went over estimated cost. We came too an agreement what I could do an what he could do. Bobby was nice and friendly, not pushing a sale's on me strictly business.

Detailed information with an emailed quote that I can go over later with financing options! Truthful about pricing changing and also warrenty on previous windows and gutters through Gutter Guardian 20 years ago. I like doing business with companies that stand by previous work.

Beau was very professional and honest. I was looking at painting our home and wanted to look at siding options. He gave me his opinion on our siding, that it was in good condition and at this point it didn't need to be replaced. If you need work done or are not sure if you do or not, I recommend these folks to give you an honest opinion.

Hi! I gave a 4/5 rating because Ben and Scott were very nice. I think the time of the quote could have been used more wisely. It could have all been completed within 45 minutes. When someone shares the cost is more than expected, please stop and really think of what they may be experiencing in their lives. Of course, Scott did most of the talking and he is such a funny guy. His presentation was good. Your product is going to be out some people's budget, as is the case here. I allocated $8k for this project, so $18k is way more uncomfortable for us both. I really want siding for aesthetic purposes not for need. The reason homeowners don't force their spouses to be there is because the time away from their jobs is not appreciated and one of us can definitely make the decision on cost alone. Thanks for the experience, sales is an interesting career.

I purchased my home a little over a year ago and it was confirmed that the kguard gutters were installed on the home in 2019. All last year I noticed that water was not draining from the downspouts but instead was filling up in the gutters and pouring out on to the foundation. Upon personal inspection noticed that there are no drainage hole emptying in to a down spout or lower gutter connected to a downspout. Also, I had an inspection performed by another gutter company who stated many other issues with the installation and performance of the Kguard Gutters. Pictures are enclosed along with the Lifetime warranty information from the Kguard website.

Called the Birmingham, AL local Kguard authorized service and installation center and it has been nothing but a miscommunication to get someone out to service the gutters. When I finally was able to contact an actual person I was told that they were trying to get a hold of me and a service person had come out to the home. Unfortunately no messages were left on my voicemail nor did my home security cameras ever pick up that someone ringing the doorbell or pulling in to the driveway. I was advised that I would be placed on the visit list for today. I was told someone would call to confirm my appointment time. So far no voicemail or calls have come in to confirm. Stay tuned to see how this pans out.

Chris Binkley walked my wife and me every step of the way in planning and completing our front entry door replacement and specialized gutter installation projects. He personally came back to add flexible piping to divert downspout water out and away from the house. We were pleased with the entire experience, and we'd look forward to working with Chris again.

We are in the planning phase of modifying our master bath, which is practically unusable at this time. All wet areas have to be replaced. We discussed different options for modifying the wet space (bathtub, shower). We debated about walk-in baths vs. a soaker bathtub, and whether to expand the space of the shower, and in the process noticed that I and my husband where not yet ready to make any firm decisions at this time. Chris was incredibly patient, consulting with us on different ideas of how to best use the space. At the end, we agreed that any decisions on the fine material choices he showed us were simply premature, and a price estimate would not make sense at this time. He kindly offered a second consultation once we had made up our mind of how to rearrange our bath. We learned a lot and got very good advice that will help us in this process.

It was getting dark outside when he came so we invited him into our home, he took his shoes off at the door to prevent tracking on my floors which says respect to me. Would recommend him to my friends!

I signed up for an window estimate. Before he would give me the estimate, I had to sit through this very time consuming time-share style presentation and lesson on windows. When I finally got the quote, he tried to pressure me into signing a contract on the spot, by emphasizing this whatever % discount that is only valid if I sign a contract that day. I explained that their quote was almost double the last estimate I received and I likely will not be using their services. Then he insulted my intelligence, by implying that going with anyone other than them is not smart and price isn't important because I will eventually have to replace the other company's sub par windows (he declared the other company inferior even though I never game the name of the company). He also questioned my ability to choose contractors. In a nutshell, the whole conversation after I told him I wouldn't be going with them was very condescending. I thanked him for his time and asked for the estimate via email in case something changes and he completely blew off the request. That was 2 weeks ago and I still don't have an estimate in writing. Don't waste your time.

I was having problems with gutters running over and did not have leaf guards installed. I called to get an estimate for the guards to be installed. After I had an inspection the guys showed me pictures of water damage to my boards and explained what they could do to fix it. I was given multiple options and prices and I am so excited about getting my new gutters. They were very thorough in explaining everything and it was easy to make a decision.

He Mr York was very thorough about the windows the company sold. We have been very pleased with the windows and it has also lowered our electricity bill. Thank you for your help and honesty!

I used SIHI to remodel my bathroom and the results were wonderful! I will use them in the future for sure. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I am a little bit of a clean-freak, and the mess was expected, but not as bad as it could have been considering the demo required and the travel distance to get it out. My bathroom is so much better now. Southern Industries only completed the shower and it looks so much better than it did. The area was closed off, dark and cramped. Now it is open, bright, and elegant. The scheduling and communication had a little snag where they ended up coming out sooner than expected, but it was fine. They offered to come back the scheduled day, but we went ahead and let them complete it. It was a one day project. I would absolutely use this company again and will for future bathroom remodels.

I used Southern Industries again for my
Main bathroom and was very pleased with the results. This time I got a tub, walls, and a window all covered. The two guy team took a day for demo, a day for the sheet rock, then a day for the new products. Mess was more than the last time even though we were better prepared. Can’t wait to finish the rest of the bathroom and get the full effect of a newly remodeled bathroom. We live in an old 60s home. Bathroom was rough. So happy for the new modern look! Very pleased and if we need bathroom work we will use them again!
