Mr. Doyle was very professional and understanding of what I wanted and needed in my repairs. He was not pushy and annoying for me to sign a contract. I appreciated his curiosity and respect. Cody came out and worked with us to find the best siding for the best price. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and helpful! I would highly recommend him!

Mike was very professional, and took plenty of time explaining things in detail.
He had a lot of knowledge of their products and provided amount of time for installation.
He was extremely helpful during the visit with no pressure to purchase. We appreciate your help during this process as well as going out of your way connecting two gutter drain pipes to a ‘Y’ connector for us. We appreciate everything you did for us during this process.
Also the installers were outstanding. They did an outstanding job in a timely manner and answered all my questions with patiences.

Daniel, my sales rep came out today. He was very courteous and kind. My Southern Gutters are the best thing that ever happened to my house. It has saved me a lot of money, not having to paint the Eaves of my house as often it’s been seven years since I’ve had to paint the eaves of my house since I’ve gotten these gutters.

Mike Bowers came to give me a quote on a bathroom to remove a tub and replace with a handicap assessable shower. He was knowledgeable of the the different options in each category. Assisted in the choice of walls, threshold, facets, seats, shelves, and in my situation a new window. My objective was to get a quality project and materials which could allow me to stay in my home in case of a disability. I am pleased to have contacted Southern Industries in Columbia, SC for my improvement project.

Frank and the team were professional and courteous. Frank took our idea and made something truly unique and beyond what we could have imagined. When I’m ready for next home improvement, I will definitely be using Frank and Southern Siding!

Bayden Merry did a great job providing my estimate and represented the company very well. Although I was/am not yet financially prepared to committ, he made every effort with different options to make it more affordable. I give him 5 stars because he was not overly "pushy" trying to get me to committ to something I wasn't ready to committ to. THAT made all the difference to me. I would definately call back on him when I am ready.

We had them install gutters for us about5 years ago and the product and service is great. Daniel Cooper came by and gave us all the information for us all the information we need to make a decision on a shower update. He is very knowledgeable and friendly would recommend him to any of our friends.

Called for a gutter estimate and they sent Stancel out. He was very informative and explained my options in a way I could understand. Excellent product line, and although it was expensive, there shouldn't be any maintenance involved in the future.

Rachel was very helpful and professional. She was MORE than courteous and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. She was NOT your typical pushy sales person (and that's a BIG plus in my book).

Ben came to our house twice- the first time was to install 12 of 13 new windows and the 2nd time for the last window that had to be reordered. I was amazed at how efficient he and the rest of the team were. To top it all off, they were friendly, professional and cleaned up so we'll that it looks like there's no glass in the windows, lol!

I love my new walk-in shower! They did a wonderful job of taking the old tub/shower put and putting in the new shower with very little to no mess left behind.

Being a long time customer I would have thought the sales person would have given me a discount on the 2 windows I needed replacing. I bought 11 windows a number of years ago & they were less than the 2 windows I just purchased. The install crew was wonderful. They were done in about 1 1/2 hours.

Daniel Cooper and Southern Industries are the best in the business. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. They are my go to for all home improvement needs!

Rep went over options and could place doors in Ai they would look on the house. Very good way to make sure doors had the look we preferred.

I've had great experiences with Southern Industries. They have not only replaced all of my windows and gutters but they are now going to replace the siding in my home. Daniel Cooper, their project consultant, is so wonderful to work with and very professional. I trust Southern Industries with their workmanship and am very appreciative of the value that they have restored to my home.

We had two diff reps come to our place and both were VERY professional and answered all of our questions.

I had an exterior door installed Feb 2025. Everyone, from contact to sales to installation were extremely competant, and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, which they did. Their product is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone and will use there services again when needed.

Got estimates for windows, siding, doors. They have great products and services. Everyone polite. They know their products inside and out.
We had the gutters done a couple yrs ago and knew we would seek other services from them.
We had an issue with a gutter sent them a pictures and someone out quickly to fix it.
No questions and repaired and follow up with site check after work.
They actually care that their products and employees do great jobs from start to finish.

He's very professional at what he do, he outlined all the features of the window. He went over all the paperwork making sure he explained everything before I signed any documents

Mike was such a pleasant gentleman. The weather was terrible.this old house is misereably cold. But he was nice and did not complain. Gave me a price explaned the process love the lifetime warranty! Windows are beautiful! Love them. Mike was informed not pushy like the past Company reps. have been. Will share with my husband and hopefully will be giving you a potential start date. They have done great work in the past. They helped move things i couldn't and rehung curtains the cat pulled down. The people embody integrity, are super nice, and work with you. My sofits and windows are everything.

Beware! Do not use this company!

This company was chosen by my wife and myself because Mike and Mike the sales team promised there would be no subcontractors and we liked the product .We were promised that all the work would be done siding, windows, and gutters by their in-house team of professionals. My windows were installed in a timely fashion by a competent team of individuals wearing company, clothing, and driving a marked company vehicle. However, when the siding crew showed up, it was a team of Hispanic members in an unmarked vehicle with only one individual able to speak English. Over the period of time to get the siding on my house, we could not communicate whatsoever with the crew that was left by the one English-speaking Hispanic individual. After the siding was done, the gutter team showed up from Charleston, South Carolina a lovely father and son team that were subcontractors and they did a fabulous job on my gutters. I was not satisfied with my dormers, so I called the office and complained. When the siding crew came to fix the shabby looking dormers again, no one spoke English, and I almost kicked him off my property due to trying to prop a ladder against my brand new gutters. Fast forward one year later after my son had moved into the upstairs bedroom. I came home to find sewage water dripping from my siding.The siding crew had nailed seven nails into my upstairs bathroom sewage line and with my son using the upstairs bathrooms now the problem was exposed. After $1000 Plumber repair the plumber had to show the siding crew where they had done damage and ask why they would’ve nailed in between the studs with no answers. I had to have US dry come in and sanitize, remove the sewage from my walls. Here I am eight months later and I’m still trying to track down the subcontractors liability insurance to get my house repaired from all the drywall removal flooring and carpet. Please contact me and I will share my photos of all this with you!

We had a really big job. Southern took the job without batting an eye! Frank was instrumental in keeping us well-informed every step of the way. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Not only did we get the modern-looking house we wanted, we made some good friends along the way. I would very highly recommend Souther Industries for your job-large or small, they can do it all!! Look at the before and after!

Please do not use Southern Industries for you shower updates or window installation. They do not manufacture their materials. If you need a repair they tell you that you need to call the manufacturer or that they no longer make the kind of windows that was installed by them. Too much red tape. I had my windows installed by them a little over 10 years ago. The started leaking and the came out 2 weeks later to repair them. The next time it rained, it rained through my windows again. The finally replaced the window. The new windows leaked. I just replaced all of my windows using a different company and I’m pleased. The shower they installed is being replaced by a different company next week. I’m very disappointed with Southern Industries. I seen one of their sales people in Sam’s Club trying to sell their product. I told him that I was not pleased with the company. It’s not his fault but I had to share that with other customers who were considering using them. Do better!!
