I have a sears warranty on a my dishwasher and it hasn't worked for 11 months. I have called repeatedly. They have sent me parts that I installed on their instructions. They have told me a repair person would contact me within 24 to 72 hours many times and no one ever calls or emails me. They say they have no records of me calling and asking for repair. The warranty was an extra $400 and the dishwasher was 2 years old when it stopped working. Do not buy from Sears.
