Impossible to deal with. I think I was transferred 4 or 5 times. The online postings said they would come out for free but that was anything but the case. They kept wanting to sell me a brand new air conditioner for my home when I was very clear in every single conversation that I wasn't sure and needed someone to come out and look at it. Person after person kept wanting to take all of my information and I bet I spend an hour on the phone all together and ended up with nothing but to call them back someday when I needed a new air and then they would come out for free.
