Everyone was fantastic here they took me in without an appointment.I had been traveling, and the ac went out, which in the summer is definitely needed. They saved my vacation and my marriage.

We had problems with a used Cherokee that had 4 failures. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty but I didn’t want to keep the vehicle & shared our experience with Tevin Beaver who in turn shared it with Andy Sell, Sales Manager. They worked to find a Grand Cherokee L with all the amenities that I wanted in my price range. They gave us an awesome trade amount & transferred the extended warranty to the new Jeep. Tevin & Andy went above & beyond to keep us as loyal customers. We highly recommend Tevin as a salesman. He is very knowledgeable, friendly & professional as is Andy. Travis in service and the master technicians do a great job. Honest and fair. Did a great job on my 2000 ram 2500 w cummins diesel. Installed new injectors replaced crankshaft position sensor and did camshaft position sensor. Truck is running fantastic! A local, rock springs auto repair tried to tell me the tone ring was damaged! Complete lies trying to make a quick buck off of me.

Broke Down On Route 80 Road trip!
Very professional service and caring employees. These guys went above and beyond to fit me & my Promaster Van into their busy work schedule (yes it took some time) They properly diagnosed and fixed my breakdown and were very helpful with transportation into town. Fortunately Rock Springs is an interesting place with some very good people and places to visit. Start with the historical museum and you’ll find out what an interesting history this place has.

I purchased a 2024 Dodge 2500 yesterday at Freemont Motors. It was a good experience. The salesman I worked with was Tevin and he was very good to work with and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and made sure to go over every feature with me. I would recommend Freemont Motors to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Bought many vehicles from here but my newest one they had to put a new bumper on and promised me a free alignment, they didn’t get it done so I told them we would next time. Had to bring it in for a safety recall and they conveniently forgot that they said I’d get a free one so they wouldn’t do it. Not buying cars from here anymore.

Very very respectable and friendly fokes, they busted there rear ends to do what ever they could to help some one with bad credit score a new ride. I highly recommend these guys and gals!

Shame on you Fremont Motors! Not only did your service staff, parts department staff fail us but your GM did as well. When your staff drops the ball on servicing a vehicle, ordering the parts, ordering the correct parts and giving us the run around every day telling us that the parts are on order, or will be here at a certain time, not once but multiple excuses for 19 days, you the GM should take responsibility and apologize for the errors that took place. You as the GM, Gabe should understand the frustration your customer is being without our vehicle for 19 days, and having to rent a car. But its ok, you said you'd call us back with an update and failed to even do that. That sir, is disrespect. No, we did not want another fake phone call from a service member giving us another lame excuse telling us you will go ahead and put a "knockoff" part in. We wanted your phone call taking accountability. Take accountability of your staff. If you are the GM - be the GM and take accountability. Do not take your vehicles here to Rock Springs Fremont Motors Service Department!

Great got me into a beautiful ride. With my credit still not so great. They found just what I wanted with several bonuses. My Salesman Tevin is fantastic.

An update almost 2 months later

The more it's been driven the more you can see it never got a walk around by the dealership and known problems were left as problems. I was willing to let a lot slide as they were upfront, but one thing was not told to use and I'm certain they knew.

That is the evap system being clogged. So when filling up the tank it stops every 1/2 gallon. The sales women even had to fill the gas tank from almost empty and would have had this issue known to her. I would not have cared still and bought the vehicle. If you had just said something.

I can fix issues but we went on a trip back to Texas to register the vehicle and found this problem out on our first fill up. It was a simple fix too. It needed a charcoal canister and the hose in the engine bay where it vents was pinched.

This among the other bad fixes that I let slide like the c clamps for the camper top even though I said I was willing to wait for the real clamps to be found the next day.

And now the tires. We test drove it with new tires on it. It's my mistake not to do a walk around after they spent hours "getting it ready". Now I have no way to tell if the red inner treads while perfect outer treads on both rear tires is swapped tires or something wrong with the truck. It's been 2 months. That's to soon for that much tire damage without noticable damage to back suspension.

I won't waste time writing everything I've seen with it over the last few months but it's definitely just like every other dealership. Skimp on everything to save money and say nothing. I was willing to fix anything that is wrong with it.

The more important one is the gas. There is enough to show that was know by the lady that filled the gas. And that has a lot of liability to a dealership selling a vehicle with a known issue and not reporting it to the buyer.

I tried twice to come in and talk to you in person but you were always on your phone so I took that as a sign it's best to write it here rather than risk an in person interaction with my kid there.

The rest of the review below here were my day one thoughts and most of it is less than how I feel now.

Jaymee Jones did great. Of the three cars we have used dealerships for this is the only positive one we've had.

She was good and recognized we already came to buy. No wasted time negotiating or trying sales tactics. Got right to the test drive and paperwork.

I also appreciate she was not over the top on stuff. Shows she doesn't have an ego like most sales people. You had one sales rep there that had metal plates in their shoes. Everytime he walked around it becomes a distraction to those trying to talk through forms.

I was worried I'd get a rep like that. I'm so glad jaymee was the one that came out the day I visited.

Very reputable sales rep and dealership. I could tell by the fact I was given copies of our sign documents and not just random blank forms. Everything was typed up and not just a bunch of hand written stuff. Very well thought out business plan for this dealership.

I ran out of oil change services after my Jeep Warranty ran out but overall If I could afford to have the Fremont Service Department change my oil all the time I would. They do a through-al inspection and let you know what you need to service.

On April 23, I went to Fremont motor rock springs. Here I enjoy VIP service, especially Lila, Kristine and Travis, as well as the enthusiastic staff of the service department. They are warm and friendly, and give you timely help and doubts. All your questions will be answered! I appreciate the help and enthusiasm of their team. Kristine Sell has been amazing, always answering my service questions and being patient with me up until I decided to get a new truck. Erik Malmgren was an absolutely amazing salesman took care of my every need and went the extra mile to get my truck buying process as smooth as possible. I also want to thank Andy Sell for answering all of my questions and going over the extended warranty. 10/10 experience whether buying used or new you can’t beat this team.

Just an oil filter change and multi-point inspection plus free car wash. But the Service Department was very professional and courteous. Had me out and on my way in under an hour. Totally acceptable performance.

Issue with mechanical part. The Service Department was able to confirm the part was covered by the extended warranty. They gave me a loaner vehicle while waiting for the part to arrive and install. Excellent service!
