Whisler Chevrolet got my vehicle in on a Saturday for a recall repair even though they had only one tech working. Much appreciated.

Autumn, Barb, Gary and team made a tough reality (needing a new transmission at the end of a road trip) a positive experience. From shuttling our crew to and from the dealership, getting a major repair done in a day, and a much-needed, and very effective thermos of coffee as we hit the road late to make it in time for work. Great group - much appreciated! And even checked in to made sure we made it home! Thanks Autumn and team!

Dustin was excellent at communication.

I am disappointed with the pace of work.

Day 1 it was decided that a fuel pump should be ordered.
Day 2 it was delivered early in the morning but the crew in the shop was not made aware until early afternoon.
Day 3 the gas tank was lowered and it was discovered that the pump could not be removed from the tank due to rust welds.

Two other shops agreed that the pump could not be removed from the tank which is a testament to their conclusion.

In my opinion, the rust welded fuel pump could have been discovered while they waited for the pump to arrive on day one. My family and spent 2 extra nights in hotels because of this.

In my opinion they are professionals but i would have deeply appreciated a greater sense of urgency.

Had an excellent experience with all of the guys. Austin and Troy were great to work with and treated me with respect from the start. They helped me find a vehicle that is going to last a long time for myself and my new family. Having something that is reliable and safe for my family is the most important and Austin and Troy did just that! Thanks for everything!

I needed an oil change and they noticed other filters as well as wiper blades that needed when they washed my windshield.

Everyone was super helpful and listened to everything I had to say. They weren’t pushy or made me feel rushed at all. This is my second car from them- and I would return. Elliot was amazing and made the experience easy. Troy did a great job saving us money as well! Wonderful experience!

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Whisler Chevrolet in Rock Springs, Wyoming. While traveling to the National High School Finals, I started experiencing issues with my truck. I called the service department the day before we arrived, and Autumn was absolutely amazing. I kept in touch with her as I made my way to the dealership, she reassuring me that they would take care of me once I arrived.

Once we arrived, the team got my truck in right away, diagnosed the issue, and worked efficiently to fix it. I was incredibly relieved to know they were making sure my truck was safe and ready for the long drive back to Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada.

The level of care, professionalism, and speed in getting us back on the road was outstanding. I can’t thank Autumn and the whole team enough for their exceptional service. If you’re in the area and need any vehicle service, don’t hesitate to stop by — they truly went above and beyond!

My wife and I are traveling across the country for 22 days. Our new 25 GMC 3.O duramax was having issues since we left. We got caught in Green River, WY. I called Whisler and got Barb in service. She said she'd squeeze us in and try to reset the DEF sensor. All looked good and we headed back out on the road. 60-75 miles later the DEF started dropping again. We called Barb back and she checked to see if she could get us the new parts we needed. She said by next morning. I didn't know where we could drop trailer and set up for the night. Barb opened Whisler's parking lot to us and we spent the night there with power. Next morning they went to work and got us on the road by 11am. It's always great when people and businesses under promise and over deliver. Thank you Barb and team for your generosity and support getting us back on the road and putting us up for the night. Sevice was great every one was very kind ,and approachable. Although it did take a while it was a pleasant experience.

We had an absolute amazing experience here. We were on our way from California to New York for our son to participate in a baseball tournament in Cooperstown, when our Tahoe broke down in Wyoming. This Chevrolet was approximately 2 miles from where we broke down what a blessing. When we arrived we were greeted with such bright smiles, and Barbra was so efficient at taking down what we noticed was wrong with it, and quickly let her technician know. She then rushed back in to call our extended warranty to file a claim. She fought tooth and nail with them so they would quickly come out and inspect the car this was a Friday evening. The employees then gave our 4 children snacks because we had been there awhile trying to figure things out. She then quickly found us a rental car because she knew we had to be in New York by Monday morning. She kept me updated the entire week in a half it was in the shop and we were across the country. She also checked in with us to make sure we safely made it to our destination. When we returned to Wyoming for the vehicle she was still battling back and forth with our warranty and finally got it approved on Monday afternoon and her technician worked tirelessly coming in early to make sure our vehicle could get done so that we could get back to California. If you’re lucky enough to meet Barbra and work with her in getting your vehicle fixed you’re the lucky one!! Barbra deserves a raise for her going above and beyond! Took my GMC Canyon into Whisler Service Department with a major steering issue. Although I did not have an appointment my truck was worked on right away. Problem was diagnosed and mitigated in a very timely and efficient manner. Can't say enough good things about the service I received. Well done, we'll done.....thank you!!

Good service, took truck in in the morning and Austyn called me with what needed to be done and a quote that afternoon. They ordered parts and had my truck back to me the next afternoon.
