I found this company very easy to deal with. They did all the paperwork and had us up in running in a reasonable amount of time.

Ares did a great job explaining how to use the enphase system. I like the app. It is easy to use.

The install crew was professional curtious, and clearly explained the day’s events for the setup and installation of the solar panels. All performed in one day. My husband and I are very happy with the finished project and will be happy to give referrals.

While the installation portion of our experience was a positive one, the side where we to actually accrue & use credits was a nightmare. Through no fault of our own, we ended up having to continue to pay for our full electricity bill while having to pay for the loan (essentially a double payment each month). When reaching out to representative, we were continuously told that the higher ups need us to wait and see if the problem is rectified on our CMP bill, meaning we have to wait another month.
This wait and see process is very unsettling and frustrating and should not be happening.

Rich and his team were great! Fast, efficient, kind and very respectful. Their attention to detail was top notch. They made sure everything in the project scope was up and running and they were very personable to boot! Definitely recommend.

i am a bit annoyed about how long this process has taking and the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by this company i signed in jan. installed in march and now its june and my system is still not activated....? every time i email its days or longer before any response if ANY response the sales guy i spoke to havent seen or heard from him since, and i got these panels on my roof a box on my house and still waiting,

Excellent. From the first meeting with Nico to the finished installation. Every question answered in detail. The best part is I didn’t have to do anything. They took care of all the paper work and leg work. Kept me informed of each step completed. The installation crew was organized and professional. My quirk is , straight lines, level and equal spacing. Nice and neat. That is exactly was I got wrapped around numerous skylights and solar hot water. It was a pleasure watching all of them do their speciality.

Had a great experience with the install team from Venture Solar. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and kept me in the loop about the status and timeframe of the project.

Can't speak long term about anything, but the explanation process, approval and installation were fantastic. The installers in particular were very friendly, quick, explained everything and were accommodating. They even went to say goodbye to our dog when they were done for the day. Great experience so far.

My husband recently passed away and they made the process so simple for me. They we're so fast at setting up the panels and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in going solar.

Great crew! I voiced my concerns with the dogs getting out and they were careful with it. They did a quick job and left the place spotless

Communication with Venture Solar was great as we were planning there purchase, and the representatives were great at setting up the system. That is where the positive interactions ended.
Measurements for the system were not done correctly so reducing the agreed on system was their suggestion during installation. Prep work was done so poorly that the installation team laughed at it. I was encouraged that Venture sent a contractor to address the issue. The repairs were not done correctly and I tried to address the issues before snow added load to the roof. No one came to look at the situation. I recently set up a call to review my situation and the representative from Venture did not call and now 5 days later he has not responded to text or phone.

Very satisfied with the installation team that worked my panel project. These guys were cohesive, enjoyed their work, professional, and efficient with their time. I am very pleased with the installation experianced and the overall vibe of your crew.

My husband and I are very pleased with the team who installed our solar panels. Not only did they shovel the recent 6" of snow off the roof. but they also shoveled the steps and entry way into the house so they could access the electric panel. They were pleasant and genuinely excited about being able to provide this service. They made friends with our dog, and even put my trash out a safe distance from where they were working as it was trash day! We geve all of you a five star review!

Venture Solar did an excellent one day installation of solar panels on my home. They were on time, professional and efficient. I highly recommend these folks.

The installation crew were great. They arrived on time, were courteous, and kept me updated during the whole process. Communication with Venture has been fantastic all around.

The installers were very efficient and pleasant and did a professional installation. Asked if we had any questions and cleaned up the work areas well. Work was accomplished well within the day.

We are up and running as of today! This experience has been a breeze from the start and I couldn't be more impressed with all the people we've been in contact. I'm excited to see how the savings look ... especially because we are in the highest usage time, right now!!

The crew was excellent in all regards: respectful, friendly, and communicative. They did excellent work and made sure to prioritize safety.

Working with Venture has been a pleasure. The sales reps and engineers are very knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help you understand how the system works, and will work with you to find the best solution possible. The company will not push you into signing up for solar, even if it's a great deal for you.
Anyway, after signing a contract, all I had to do was wait, as Venture does everything behind the scenes. They'll pull the permits, communicate with the local utility, and then they'll reach out to schedule the install.
The Venture install crews are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind people. They walked me through step by step of how they were going to install the conduits, the disconnect, and solar panels. Very little was required of me, as I just needed to be home for the day. (Side note, please be aware that these installations typically take about a day to install).
Overall, I'm very happy with Venture and everything they've done. Highly recommend reaching out to them.

Had a problem with one of my arrays of solar panels positioned so ice and snow can fall on it. Broke one of the panels it took a while, but they’ve finally came. Replaced the panel and reposition the array so it won’t happen again.
