I wish I could give a zero. Drew is a total rip off. Had him do a commercial building, flat roof. Gave him half down. The materials where delivered and put on the roof. Drew and his team did a little bit of work. Then Drew came up a story. He seemed like a good Christian man. He asked for the balance. Thinking that he was a man of his word we gave him the balance. The job wasn't even half way done. Well guess who's going to hell. We never seen him again. Sued him and won, but he's not collable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I hired Drew/Pyramid Roofing to fix the roof on my place of business. Drew explained he could not start the roof until the check for $3,500 cleared, once it cleared and he was paid it took forever to get him to come do the job, excuse after excuse. Finally Drew and his father/James came in to do work, or supposedly did the work. The leaks continued, steadily getting worse. I called him and sent pics of the leaks NUMEROUS times. Drew would tell me he would be in and never show or call. The job was done on Sept 18, 2024 and on October 21, 2024 I was sending pics of the leaks. I have gave him and his father ample time to make this right and they never have. I have contacted the BBB to make a complaint. They are crooks, scammers and frauds!! What a horrible experience this has been, I do not know how they sleep at night nor look in the mirror at themselves. I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring them, but it was someone who knew someone and gave me the number.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not answer the phone, respond to emails or faxes! They repaired/replaced a roof on Mostek Paint & Glass Company (my client's company) in Hamtramck about 2 years ago. The roof started leaking again about a year ago. The owner tried to contact them several times over the last year, they did not respond at all. Below is an email I sent to Drew and James the owners of Pyramid Roofing.

"Dear James/Drew:
I am Mostek’s Paint & Glass Company CPA. I am writing this on behalf of Pam Klos owner of Mostek Paint & Glass Company, 11515 Jos Campau, Hamtramck. Your company (Pyramid Roofing) repaired/installed a new roof at Mostek approximately 2-3 years ago. Pam stated there was a 5-year warranty and that you would inspect the roof once a year during the warranty period. To Pam’s knowledge, you did this once and fixed a few minor leaks. Now, a couple of years later, the roof has developed several leaks over the last 12 months. Pam has again stated that she has called several times, and left several voicemail messages and no one ever responded.
I am hoping you will respond to myself or Pam (her cell phone number is 586-222-XXXX) to make this situation right!

This company is a scam. We hired them to do the roofs at 2 properties.
After they finished the first installation ,they dropped the materials for the second one and left .
We have been calling them to schedule the installation but they are not answering.They took the deposit for this second project and never showed up after that.
We hired another company and the materials they used are so cheap and poor quality.
DO NOT HIRE these people .Very Disappointed.

Drew and his team arrived on time and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. In less than a week after signing the contract Drew and his crew went to work on our roof when other roofing company's were quoting 12-16 weeks for service. Drew supplied us with photos and videos as the work continued keeping us updated along the way. I trust that Pyramid roofing would service our roof in the future if there is an issue but I doubt this would happen based on the high quality of work that was performed.

Drew was very professional, friendly and fast to respond!
I called to inquire about services and he came out to have a look at the roof the same day! He was very transparent, explaining all options to get the job done! I had other quotes, but Pyramid Roofing beat them all by far! Great quality work! Thanks, I will use the services again when needed!

I utilized their services about 6 months ago and was very satisfied. Just recently however when it rained I noticed that water had leaked into my livingroom ceiling. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out. The first day they were a no call no show. The second day that I called they'd sent me a screenshot of the local weather report indicating that it was going to rain that day so we agreed to make Friday the day for them to come out. It's currently 14:42 A.M. Saturday morning. Once again a no call no show. Very disappointed

Drew at Pyramid Roofing is a ZERO AND A LIER. They fixed my roof but it still leaks, emailed many times, no responce from PYRAMID ROOFING. If you want anything done DO NOT USE THEM there are many more to choose from. This was done in october they had a month and a 1/2 to respond

Highly unprofessional. After receiving MULTIPLE, unrequested FAX solicitations from this company, I called to request that they remove my number from their solicitation list. They said ok. I thanked them, and said, just as an opinion for them to consider in their marketing practice, I personally do not care to receive this type of marketing. I was very friendly and calm, just thought they might want to know....they hung up on me before I finished my sentence. I can only imagine that this level of unprofessionalism is not an isolated occurrance.
