I recently had a new roof installed and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

They showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and finished the job quicker than expected. The quality of their work is outstanding — the new roof looks amazing.

What really stood out was how clean they left everything — you’d never know a full roofing job had just taken place. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises.

We were very pleased with the entire experience with Rock Solid. They installed an exposed aggregate patio for us. Rob who came out and quoted the job was great, Katie in the office handling scheduling and other issues was always on top of everything. Our patio came out great and Rob is helping us tie up some loose ends to finish the job. I would recommend them to anyone for cement work!

Called Rock Solid for a new patio. They came out and gave me a price and they were out within a week and a half to do the job. Was amazed with the crew how hard they worked, even in this heat. When the job was finished I was amazed what a great job they did. I am beyond pleased with the patio. Family, friends and neighbors even said what a great job they did. I will give them 5 stars.

Rock Solid is exactly that, rock solid! Levi came quick after my first call into them requesting a quote for a new roof. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked us through the process and the different options. Also quoted deck refurb and driveway! We elected just to do roof and the quote was extremely fair. Now for the job… the crew was amazing. Brian kept everything moving along and Jeff even came to introduce himself and informed me of a couple issues which they fixed at no additional cost. They cleaned up after themselves and were gone 6 hours later! After the dumpster was removed, another young guy came to magnet search the grounds and do some final clean up. Highly recommend this team! Great job! Now waiting for gutter replacement but the roof looks incredible!

Rock Solid did both our roof and our siding and we are pleased with both! Looks great and, thankfully, no more leaks into the house!

Rock Solid installed a beautiful exposed aggregate patio and pad by the garage. The concrete work is top notch and we are getting many complements on it. The installation team was awesome and definitely took pride in their work. The only issues are that the grass was torn up and is taking a while to come back and there was poor communication at the end to get some steps installed. Katie, however, is a total rock star. She made sure our job was completed and then checked with us afterward to make sure we were happy.

All through the process Levi and his team were very attentive. Follow up was excellent as we took a lot of time finding the ‘perfect’ shingles. Their crew works hard and does high quality work. I believe the foreman was Luke and he clearly knows what he is doing and answered all our questions during the renovation. We changed a few things at the last minute (vents, ect) which did not pose any issues as they were very flexible. Given that we have a 50 year old house both Jeff and Brian were very thorough on permitting, ect. We got a rec on these guys and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend them.

Great crew who worked hard to get the job done. So far very happy with the new look of our home. Only small issue was that I would have preferred better communication as to when we would expect workers.

Everyone from Gary Johnson Who came to our home to give us information, to the crew who did the Installation and the young man who picked up the check were all very professional and we were very happy with the results.

Steve told us that a company representative would be out this morning to give us an estimate on a concrete driveway replacement. They were a NO-SHOW! NO CALL! NO TEXT! NO EMAIL! NO APOLOGY FOR WASTING OUR TIME!
Perhaps we should be glad that they didn’t show up though. Because after reading the reviews, it appears that they only know how to perform shoddy work.
So…with that said, thanks for being negligent in your business practices.

Rock Solid did an awesome job on my roof. They were on time, they were fast and they cleaned up my yard very well after they were done. 5 Stars, great customer service.

Rock Solid Exteriors did an outstanding job on my home. They replaced a complex roof and a shed in just one day, and came back the next morning to install the gutters in just a few hours. The crew was professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process.

The quality of their craftsmanship really shows, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up properly afterward. They even followed up with several calls to ensure I was happy with the work.

While the cost was slightly higher than I was hoping for, they worked with me on financing and made the process very manageable. I’m extremely impressed with their dedication to both the job and the customer. Rock Solid Exteriors truly lives up to their name—rock solid from start to finish!

Levi came out for the roof inspection. He gave me 3 options with no high pressure sales. I was approved for a loan 10 minutes later and within 2 weeks a crew of 9 came out and did a tear off and reroof in 4 hours. They are Rock Solid company. Very fast and efficient.

Two weeks ago Rock Solid replaced our roof and gutters. I wanted to give it a bit of time before posting a review, just to see how the work held up. A few days after the work was finished, we had a bad strom come through the area and we had absolutely no issues with the new work. Levi and Jeff were great to work with and made sure I got everything I wanted. For example, Levi worked out a great price for us and fixed a few places I was just not happy with that had nothing to do with the roof or gutters. Next, I had originally selected the onyx black roof with new white gutters on the day we signed our contract. After sleeping on it, we decided black gutters would look better. Jeff was able to make the black gutters happen without issue and it looks great! To top it off, they pulled the appropriate permits with my city and today I received the notification that my roof passed inspection without issue. I plan to have more work done in the future and Rock Solid will be my first call. I will also be referring them to a close friend looking to have some work done.

I had siding and gutters installed by Rock Solid Exteriors and teams including their office staff. They were all professional and communicated well throughout the project. There were some structural issues that they addressed and repaired/replaced. I would use them again for any home projects in the future.

This has been the best home improvement experience I have ever had. They were quick, they did what they said they would do, and kept in contact with me throughout the whole experience. Would recommend 100%

This 5 Star review is for Joe. He did an amazing job repairing what we needed done. However, we were very disappointed in everything else about this company. It took 6 weeks and 6 phone calls just to get someone out to our place to fix it. Once Joe was in the loop, we got the repair done immediately.

Rock Solid was very professional and fast. The crew did a great job respecting the property and making sure everything was cleaned up.

Company did exactly what we discussed when they said they would! There were no hidden fees or added expenses during the job. Job was completed when it was supposed to be. Great job.

I had concrete work done and they did a great job and were very fast, the cleanup could have been a little better with regards to the form removal.

So, needed a badly sunken, broken garage floor replaced. Was somewhat nervous about foundation being old. Rock Solid was the only estimate that was fair AND it was clear they knew what they were doing. The job was completed, it was perfect and on time, what contractor can you say that about????

My gutter was hanging down on the second level of my house from the harsh winter. Rock Solid came out to fix the problem promptly and no questions asked.

I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First, I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next, I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project was scheduled quickly, and within a week, I was meeting Brian, Luke, and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done, they cleaned up, and as I walked the yard with them, and each time I asked a question or pointed something out, they patiently answered all questions. When I asked if they could take "one more pass" with the magnet for nails, they said no problem and did another sweep. Finally, today, I met Jeff when he and Luke came back to walk the property and answer any additional questions I had. I would recommend Rock Solid Exteriors to anyone in need of work on their home.
The only thing I regret is that no one recommended that I either take my items out of my attic or cover everything. There is a lot of debris that I still have to clean up.

About and beyond, a tree fell on our house and split the roof. Rock solid come out that same day to patch it up so no more damage would happen. They then took can of everything and even got the insurance company to cover a full roof replacement with no out of pocket expense for us. I can not recommend them enough.

I have called for over a week to get repairs done from a job they did. They have not called back and no one answers the phone. The CFO called us names when the job was being done. They tried to renege on the contract. I had to withhold payment in order to get them to uphold the contract. Now they won't come out to repair siding that has come off. Worse company I ever worked with.

Had my roof replaced a few years back by Rock Solid, but had multiple leaks that they were unable to fix after a four or five calls. Finally had another roofer come to inspect it and give me an estimate to fix it. They showed me the damage caused by incorrectly installed vents that created a serious mold issue in the attic. I just had to have the entire roof replaced after just 5 years. All the boards pulled off were black with mold. The crew that Rock sent out originally obviously had no idea what they were doing, and their "expert" repairs did not fix it. I would NEVER use these guys again.

Feb 12, 2025: This company cashed a deposit from me in November 2024 for a siding job and then disappeared. I am not sure if the company is shut down or if they are closed for business, but you can not get hold of nobody. I wish I read the negative reviews before I signed up with them. By the way, they are NOT registered with the Better Business Bureau and their Yelp rating is 3.1 with most customers not happy with the service. I am not sure how they managed to get 4.2 stars on Google but I would trust the negative reviews much more than the positive one. I will update this review in the future if anything new happens.

Rock solid did some repairs on my home in October 2024. It was a partial roof replacement, gutter replacement and fascia repair. The initial issue was that Dan Scott came out for a quote and I made a deposit, but then he left the company. So there were like 3 weeks after making a deposit that I heard from no one from Rock Solid. It got a little odd once they got started as the work seemed to be broken up by 2 completely different repair teams. The first team got done with the roof but left the gutters incomplete, saying the gutter repair tech will come out the following week. A week went by when they started on the gutters, but then I reminded them that the contract include the fascia repair. So they had to take out the new gutters again and repair the fascia. The work was incomplete and I was being asked to pay the invoice (the fascia work wasn't done when they called for the balance). After complaining about the piecemeal service, they finished the work, but left a mess in the front yard. I was picking up unused nails and stuff for weeks . . . the same area our kids play. But starting in November (less than a month after the repair), I noted that the water leaks between the gutter and the fascia which never use to happen before and likely causing damage to the fascia. I called the office to complain. I left text with Bryan . . . not even a call back.

They had done a complete roof replacement at my other home before Covid and they did a great job. This round has been pretty disappointing. I gave it a 3 star because they've did a good job on my first home pre-Covid but its been lack luster for this last repair.

The team at Rock Solid is exactly that...ROCK SOLID! I met with the VP, Mike, about a new roof and immediately knew this was the company to go with. His easy going, friendly, and helpful energy assured me my home was in good hands and he was never irritated with all the questions I had which I really appreciated. Thanks again Mike!

Concrete patio work was done above expectations and helped out a lot. The crew was quick and knew what they were doing even and were able to deal with obstacles.

I had new front steps, landing, walkway and flower boxes installed. I had garbage cement work installed 15 years ago (as Rob was quick to point out) and didn’t want to go through that horror again.
Rob assured me it would be proper, and proper it was. Thrilled with the outcome. Completely changes appearance of the front of my house.
Had bad paver steps and walkway with sagging retaining walls/flower boxes. Looks fabulous now.
Katie was in contact with me at least once a week to communicate my job scheduling and Rob and his guys make it happen. It’s a very nice feeling to be satisfied and feel you got your moneys worth and THEN some. Big thanks to Rob and Katie. Thanks for making this painless. Sincerely, Chris Brancato

Had aggregate patio installed and along side of house. Very happy with the job they did. Rob's vision and results were right on. Katie did a great job keeping us updated and was very polite and real. The workers Oscar, Juaneto, Cyle and the rest of the crew were also very polite and good workers. My wife and l are very pleased.

Our roof was installed by Rock Solid in Jul 2021. We recently had our first need for service this summer. The response time from my call, to the Service Tech coming out, was incredible. So great to know we were just as important and taken care of today, as we were 3 yrs ago. Thanks Rock Solid !!

Awesome service from these folks. I called in about a week ago, they got Dan to come out and give me an estimate on Friday and on Monday Chase came and rocked out my fix.

They showed up on time, they were honest with what was going on with my leak and how to fix it. These guys went above and beyond to help me out.

This company did an outstanding job for us. We had a hail storm and they got insurance to cover 100% of our roof that was over 20 years old. The crew that came out was so professional and cleaned everything up so well it was like they were never here except a beautiful new roof. They were missing a couple roof vents for the shed but came back quickly to put them in. We had multiple neighbors contact us to tell us what a great job they did.

Worst experience ever! Two years after installation and the siding is falling off the house! Crooked seams, shoddy cleanup (still finding debris), stole our rake and a large tarp. Never responded to repeated requests to address any of these issues. Extremely unprofessional.

*Update: both of our phone numbers are still active (both 218). Another excuse… we will call about getting the siding reattached. Hopefully you will respond this time.

Update: the roof is fine. Nothing has been done to address the mess they made of my front porch railing, and since they got paid my communications have been ignored, for the most part. My (new) gutters are also essentially ruined, but they offered to “paint” them… which would negate the warranty, so I guess I’m stuck with the bill. A $5K refund would be more suitable. I won’t be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone, despite how initially impressed I was with Nathan and the work ethic of the roofers.

Initial review: My roof was completed today! I worked with Nathan through the insurance part initially, and he has been wonderful. Super responsive and helpful. The installation took longer than expected, but that was because of the pitch and issues with my roof - not the team. They were great. Some things were overheard at the end of the installation process that concerned me about a rush at the end, but the other days I have been very impressed with how consistently the crew was working. I have found a few cigarette butts in my yard, which I’m not super pleased about because it’s gross, and I have small kids that like to pick everything up, but overall it has been a good experience. I have very new black gutters that seem to have gotten pretty scratched up in the process, so I do need to look into that- not sure if that’s something that could have been avoided, but am hopeful that it come be resolved. There are other jobs coming up that I have them doing so I will update this if things change.

I Raccomand this company to do roofing, " Rock Solid". they are on time fast and reliable. Their installer are respectful clean on the job. Their schedule representative told they would be at my house at 7:00 am, and they were on time at 7:00 am exactly.
They were done installing the roof by 1:30 pm. and that included taking off the old roof, replacing the plywood boards, replacing all the roof vents, the sky light domes and installing all the shingles. I was surprised how quick they did all the work, after they were done with the roof they picked up all the flying debris and they rolled a giant magnetic around the property to pick up al the nails from the old roof. Over all this company gets 5 star for their service from me for their performance and punctuality.

Extremely poor customer service. !!! Never returned my call. They want the payment without a quote ! They refuse to submit a quote. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website. Extremely unprofessional! Our experience with Rock Solid Exteriors is one to "shout from the rooftops about". Bryan, our salesman was very knowledgeable and understood our needs and wants. Then there was Jeff, the project manager who was also "on top of his game"; from start to finish. Jeff had all the answers to our questions throughout the whole process. Finally, there was the crew, Raul and the gang who were all very detailed, informative, respectful, and most of all- the nicest guys around. With this being said, I give Rock Solid Exteriors an A+ rating!!!!

I had Rock Solid come out and install a new roof last week. They did an awesome job. They delivered all the supplies a few days earlier and on the install day, they were in and out in 5 hours. They had my yard and all the mess cleaned up and dumpster taken away within 2 hours from them finishing.

Called today about my shingles blowing off my roof after the wind storm. They came right out today and put a tarp on my roof. The workers were very polite.

I recently hired Rock Solid for a concrete driveway and I'm impressed with their workmanship. They were meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. The end result is a durable and visually appealing concrete driveway.

UPDATE FOR Y’ALL -

I called to have someone come out for the warped siding that was happening under a couple of my windows. I’ll attach a pic of that. Water is getting in.
Dan Scott came out and told me that ‘new fasteners’ were needed because something wasn't installed correctly. I was told this would take several weeks due to my custom color. Cool. This was at the end of July. I called Dan Scott on 11-15 to see what’s up and he gave me some sales pitch of bs and said he’d send an ‘email out’. A week went by and, shocker, I hear nothing. I decide to call the office. Left two messages on two different days. Still haven't heard back. Thanks for taking my hard earned money. This company is pure garbage.

Oh boy, guess I’ll start from the beginning. My salesman was good. He explained the siding product, time frame and cost well. Delivery of siding was good. Gutter installation went fantastic. The two guys were super helpful and nice. They were considerate of my landscaping and cleaned up their job site after.
Now the vinyl siding installation. These guys went to town! I was impressed on how fast they were working! They had installed the wrong color along the walkway, no biggie. The order was wrong initially so they had to order more of the correct color. Cool. Took around 3 weeks. During this time I started to discover all sorts of problems.
They accidentally threw my new porch light out which I received an apology for but was never reimbursed.
My fascia ‘fell’ off not even a week after installation.
The trim along my walkway had gotten dented somehow. They said there wasn’t a fix for it.
There were sharp unfinished edges all around the doors.
The trim/panel next to the garage popped apart.
Someone did come out and put some caulk on the dent, not sure what that did, and the sharp edges.
I saw the ‘in charge’ guy once during my whole project.
After all this, the CFO, Mr Landau had the audacity to ask me to pay whatever amount I wanted to, from the remaining balance, so he could pay his employees while we wait for the new siding to be delivered.
Disgusting.

Ray Young has been absolutely amazing he has fought my insurance company to get me a full approval and has done whatever necessary to make this not stressful for me. We haven’t gotten to do the roof yet but just the whole process of getting everything going has been a breeze with Ray! THANK YOU RAY!

Adding - changing my rating. I had additional damage in a subsequent storm. Needed smaller repairs to my newly installed roof. The companies representatives were only interested in servicing my needs if a larger claim could be filed. Insurance pushed back on asks and the team would not respond to requests to help. Essentially ghosting my damaged roof after a VERY lucrative business insurance installation prior.

This is truly sad to say the Man that came to my home wasn’t the nicest person at all! His attitude was very poor towards me. The way he talked and acting! I asked him if he could measure the windows from outside because I was 10 minutes away and my appointment was at 12 pm and yes I was on time for my appointment . He tells me no I can’t measure outside I have to measure from inside. The whole time I can hear his attitude on the phone. Wow I never heard you can’t measure windows from the outside. I truly know you will get the same measurements.. Then we come inside and telling me move your curtains. So after that he tells me I will pass and I said it’s cool I can take my business else… Things he done wasn’t even professional if you truly felt the way you should have cancelled my appointment it was just that simple! He gave me a real bad Vibe about him… Prejudice place of business
