Sargent Roofing is a very reputable company that takes pride in their work. The technician who was out to service my gutters was excellent. He really wanted to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

This is my first experience having a new roof installed. I was very nervous. Sargent roofing made everything so easy from the consultation to the installation. It was like having a big brother hold my hand through the entire process. They texted me and kept me updated on the time frame and schedule. The crew was very respectful and hardworking. My kids felt bad that they were working so hard in the hot weather that they kept supplying them with snacks and I cant say enough about how beautiful my roof looks. It looks gorgeous. They even leave you with extra shingles just incase so that way you still have the same color available if needed. You guys were awesome and I really appreciate your professionalism.

My experience with Sargent Roofing was exceptional. I was called the same day that I requested a quote, and within days Bryan and Chet visited my home to discuss my job. Anthony communicated with me regularly after I paid my deposit to let me know the details related to my project. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and my new gutters look terrific and have improved drainage issues around my home.

Sargent did a great job with my roof replacement. I got three quotes and they were the middle quote. The low quote was just a number written on the back of a card, while the higher quote was way more $ than the other quotes. Chet provided me with a detailed quote that was reasonable and covered everything I need. They coordinated my date of install (around a couple of weather delays) and did a great job onsite on the day of install. Roof looks great and most of all, no signs of the leaks I had before. I live in Shelby Township and last May (2024) there was a very isolated hail storm that damaged the roofs of houses in a part of our subdivision. A number of roofing companies came by to offer their services, but I decided to go with Sargent Services and it turned out to be a very wise decision. The owner (Bryan) is a certified CertainTeed Select Shingle Master and it showed with his impressive knowledge about all aspects of roofing. He walked me through the whole process of filing an insurance claim, dealing with the insurance inspector, and getting everything done in a smooth and timely manner. He even came over twice with shingle samples to help us decide on the new roofing color when we were torn between 2 colors.

Because our house was 26 years old with the original gutters, Bryan pointed out some problem areas that would only get worse with time, so we also had them replace our gutters and add gutter guards at the very fair price he offered us.

Anthony, the project manager, is also great at his job. He is a high energy person who keeps you informed about every step of the project and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with everything and I certainly was.

There are a lot of roofing and gutter companies out there. Take my advice and go with Sargent Roofing - you will be very glad you did!

My husband and I noticed a couple cracks in our shingles and a few nail pops on our roof, and as winter is approaching we wanted to get it figured out as soon as possible. We called Sargent Roofing based off of great reviews and reputation. Let me begin to say that five stars isn’t even enough to rate my amazing experience with them. From the moment I called, I had received professional and efficient communication. They came out quickly, preformed a full inspection on my roof and even fixed things that we didn’t even know about. After the repair, they walked us around to show us everything they worked on. The employee was very professional, kind and answered any questions we had. We had developed a trusting relationship with this company and when I am ready to replace my roof I will be calling Sargent Roofing.

Sargent was on time and cleaned out gutters in 90 minutes. Two men did the work and caused no disruption in our daily activities.

Had seamless gutters with guards installed with Sargent Services. Very painless process and very quick to get it done once it was scheduled. The sales representative was very nice and took his time to explain the various options and answer all of our questions.

The work team once here were also pretty good about asking questions if they had any needs and were also very good at relaying messages to the Sargent team. Would probably consider using them again for other work.

Sargent Services just finished a roofing job for us and all I can say to Sargent is TYVM!!! The job was done top notch which I would expect and would have wanted HOWEVER, on top of that, the communication from Anthony, the group lead, was totally over the top and did not expect. He called me to make me aware of an issue around the chimney and sent me pics so I would understand what he was trying to give me a vision for. Like I said, I did not expect that kind of customer service. My wife and I will use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone. TY Sargent Services for how you do business!!!

I was introduced to Bryan through a friend when I was embarrassed by a sudden leak. He (Bryan) came in to do the meticulous work and explained in detail about insurance, next steps and more. He would come in and examine it in person whenever necessary. It was his wedding the next day. How grateful I was. The staff (Anthony) were also wonderful. They looked through and explained in kind and detail. It was easy to understand because they showed me pictures and explained them after repairs. I feel at ease now that I can enjoy a rainy day. And I think I'll be less embarrassed if I ever get a roof problem. I can contact Brian.

We had a wonderful experience getting a new roof and gutters from Sargent Services! The owner (Bryan) met with us and walked us through the entire process from start to finish, including helping us choose a roof color that matches our siding color perfectly. He even helped us work with our insurance company, since we had wind damage as the main reason for needing it replaced.

The crews that completed the work at our house were hard working and professional. The day they installed our roof, it was an extremely hot June day, but they didn’t let that stop them from doing a great job. The site leader, Anthony, had amazing communication with us all day. While working, they found a bird’s nest with baby birds in our attic in a spot that was going to need to be closed up with our new roof. Anthony, volunteered to go into our attic to retrieve it and the birds were able to be moved safe and sound! We definitely plan to recommend Sargent Services to all our family and friends!

Sargent services did an amazing job installing my gutters and gutter guards. From start to finish they nailed everything. When the estimator came out he went over their whole process in fine detail and answered all my questions. The installation was a breeze and everyone I came in contact with was extremely respectful. After the gutters were installed I had a couple corners that were leaking and needed to be resealed. They came out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Gutters flow perfectly and are now sealed, plus the gutter guards make it so I no longer have to clean out those pesky gutters. I would highly recommend their services.

We had our siding, gutters and soffit replaced on our home. Sargent services did a great job. The quote process was fast and easy. The time between the quote and install date was very reasonable. The materials were professionally installed and the clean up was adequate. Bryan stands behind his word and the work performed by his installers. Sargent Services installed a new roof on our home, not only did they beat the other quotes we received, they completed the job in a timely manner. They communicated with us real well and kept a photo timeline of the install. They left our property clean and organized.

I had a fantastic experience with Devon from Sargent Services. He was kind, did thorough work, and was very informative. I would recommend him 10x over. Given that my experience with his work is my first impression of Sargent Services, I will definitely be seeking additional gutter services here in the future.

Sargent services provides top notch roofing along with gutters in the Davidson area. You cannot go wrong working with Bryan and his team.

I reached out to this company and they were very responsive in setting an appointment and following up to make sure the time still works, great service. However, once the appointment began, the sales rep that was conducting the measurements and sales pitch wasn't the best. He went through an entire sales presentation (cool), spoke to me about the owners and business. I reiterated to the sales guy I only have 30 minutes to get through the pitch. I have a meeting for work. He proceeded to go over a bunch of information that wasn't necessarily pertinent to the pitch. Further, he continued to go over more information about the company, which at this point doesn't matter I heard enough about the owner and the business, I'm only looking at a price at this point. He proceeded to ask me what do I think it cost? Bad move and poor taste to ask a customer that. When I suggested between 12-25k he said close, then told me roughly 43k? After speaking with other companies, the price was off nearly 15k. I asked the rep is that the best you can offer? He said no, and without hesitation took off 10% (5k). He made me late to my meeting for work, left no business contact, and the quote was not delivered, no email or anything. Based on the information he provided me about the company and how they take care of their customers, this sales guy didn't display that. It's been over 4 days and still nothing, phone call or anything. I like to support local businesses over the big companies, but I won't be spending a dollar with this company. Sales guy saw our home, zip code and massively up charged us. Be honest, transparent, and provide a little more detail and that will go a long way. Thanks.

Sargent Services installed gutters on my house today and did an excellent job. The quoting process was thorough and professional. I had to make one change after the final quote which cost a bit extra but not excessive and caused no issues.
The installation was done about 1 1/2 weeks later and I'm very happy with the results. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job while the salesperson stopped by and a project manager was on site during most of the installation. They answered any questions I had and left me feeling confident about the work.
I didn't have to wait long to see the results. It started raining before they were completely finished and the gutters performed as advertised. I recommend Sargent Services to anyone who needs gutters.

Everyone I encountered at Sargent was great! From sales to installers they were all knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring my job was done well. I’m very happy with my results. Sargent has improved the look of my house so much I might have to upgrade my landscaping and do a bit of painting to keep up with my sparkling new gutters!
