Drew was great. Explained everything and listened to our concerns/questions. It was pretty painless, as everything was easy to understand.

I received a roofing repair estimate from Mike Smith yesterday and the experience was great from start to finish. Mike was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. Once my insurance is all worked out, I look forward to working with them.

Called and scheduled a free inspection for suspected leak with ease and quick turnaround. They sent Shane out who was professional, experienced, and displayed intent to provide best value service. He did a thorough inspection inside and outside and took the time to explain what he found both good and bad. He then developed different approaches or options to address issues. Cost effective issues to address the leak, cost effective option to address parts of roof degraded and highly susceptible to future leaks, and option to replace whole roof. This was the most thorough inspection we’ve had on roof since owning a home. Very happy with customer service and believe this company and family will be top of our list for any future roof issues.

Mike is very professional and tho his company is not insured for GC work he shared good info on how best to restore this particular roof. He took the time to check everything...and I very much appreciate it.

Drew knew what he was doing and gave me a good quote that i'm confident will be a great job.

We reached out to Pyramid to take a look at our roof because we had a leak around the chimney and into our living room. They told us we could either patch the “damaged” area or replace the entire roof. They said they wouldn’t guarantee the repair unless we did a full replacement.

We ended up going with their recommendation and replacing the entire roof, but the leak around the chimney — the whole reason we called them — is still there. There was pressure to sign the contract the same day they inspected it, and the new roof was put on the very next day, leaving us no time to really weigh the pros and cons of such a big expense.

My biggest advice if you’re thinking about using this company: get multiple opinions. Don’t let them rush you into anything without taking time to consider it. In our case, they misdiagnosed the actual problem and offered no discount or reimbursement afterward - leaving us with the same issue we called them out for.

I’d suggest finding a company that will take the time to figure out what’s really wrong, instead of just telling you that you need a whole new roof when that isn’t the real issue. We ended up feeling pretty taken advantage of with this company - would not recommend.

Paul Hollingsworth is professional and attentively listens to and addresses all of our questions. He pointed out his concerns and suggested the direction to take. Paul was patient and informed us of all the programs and resources that were available to us, which made it comfortable for us to get this project underway. There was no procrastination, nor a long wait to get the ball rolling for a new roof.

Alex stayed on site. He took into consideration the weather conditions and the safety of the workers. The first day was canceled due to the weather, rainy. We appreciated that all the vehicles were parked facing the traffic. Also, Alex showed a humble attitude when we requested him to wear a mask (stipulated in the contract) when coming into the house. He even accepted a makeshift paper towel mask. Also, he got involved with the workers, even cleaning up debris and fallen sheetrock (damage from the leak) inside the home. He went the extra mile (update on roof progress by pictures) and extended himself to be of assistance in anything else that was needed. Upon request, Alex provided referral information regarding general contractors for our needs. Much admiration for Alex and how he conducted himself. He was a professional and a conscientious worker. A young person who carries a weighty responsibility on his shoulders.

All of your staff dress nicely (not sloppily). They were very pleasant, humble (when asked to make a change, they willingly complied), and they were very, very skillful! They worked quietly amongst themselves, yet they communicated well and wasted no time in cleaning up as they were going along, and they wasted no time in getting the job done right! It looks beautiful!!

Alex Dubanoski, Johnathan and the crew at Pyramid Roofing were courteous, respectful and punctual! They were incredibly efficient and cleaned up thoroughly after the roof replacement! Alex made sure there was clear communication during the whole process which helped to put me at ease considering I'm a disabled veteran. From the initial estimate to the final repairs and replacement, everything was handled professionally! Pyramid Roofing gave us a reasonable price! Some plywood needed to be replaced and they fixed the water damage and rot and there were no surprise charges! The roof and the skylights look amazing!
