I have you on my ring camera ignoring 3 no soliciting signs. Taking someone else's card off my door ringing my bell AND knocking. Bro we work night shift. Its a rental home. Stop ruining people's days. I will leave one star reviews wach time someone knocks on my door.

I have a new thing I do, where I give one star reviews to people who ring my doorbell Saturday morning directly below a sign that says "no soliciting". Perhaps you do good roofing, maybe you don't, but I want my family left alone on my weekends, I made that very clear.

We worked with Kyle Cummings on our roof replacement. Kyle and the crew were very professional they worked hard, answered questions and cleaned up really well after the project. If you ever need a new roof or any roofing project contact Kyle he worked on our project for a while never gave up and kept us updated on everything. He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable

I was dreading having to get my roof done and a friend had recommended Bryce Dutton at ProWest LLC. From the first phone call through the completion of the project Bryce took care of every detail of the process. He clearly explained every step and handled the insurance company with the claim. He showed up exactly when he said he would and fulfilled every item. Would highly recommend.

These guys came knocking on my door saying they could get me a new roof because of the shingle damage from a storm. They were talking a big game about how amazing they are at getting things approved by insurance so I gave them a shot. Sent the their rep, M. Tanguy all the info needed, added him as an approved contact with my insurance, and then he ghosted me even after I reached out a week or two later to check in on the claim.

Our home sustained damage from the significant monsoon storms last year in Tucson. Our insurance company refused to replace the roof, stating that it can be repaired and did not need to be replaced. Our original roofing contractor left it at that and moved on to the next house without ever contacting us again.

Floyd from Prowest stopped by our house a few weeks later and offered to help. He led us through the complex process of explaining to the insurance company that their original estimate was incorrect and left out key issues that required full roof replacement.

The Prowest team never gave up fighting for us and our insurance company finally conceded that indeed their original estimate was incorrect and we were approved for a brand new roof.

The team replaced our entire roof and fascia boards. The job was professionally completed and we couldn't be happier.

Ashley Parriot was my angel of mercy and promises kept. She was the kindest most dedicated representative you could ask for. From the knock on the door to inquire about storm damage inspection to the completed job, it was an amazing journey. She worked tirelessly with our insurance company and didn't take "no" for an answer from them. There were many challenges along the way and Ashley handled them with professionalism and confidence. She kept me informed at every juncture. My roof is beautiful and my property was left pristine; like nothing had ever happened to remove a roof and replace it. When the adjuster came to give permission for a full roof replacement, he told me that we had a really good roofing company and he had nothing but positive experiences with them. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience, especially with Ashley! Thank you Ashley and ProWest!!!

At 7:35 a.m., his truck was traveling over 90 mph and dangerously cut us off on the freeway, where the speed limit is 65 mph. If he was rushing to make it to work by 8 a.m., that kind of reckless driving raises serious concerns. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable hiring someone who shows such a disregard for safety—especially to work on something as important as my roof.

My wife and I knew that our roof had sustained a lot of damage from a severe storm that hit last summer, but we didn’t know any roofers. We did know that it was beyond the capability of the handyman who had re-coated the roof a couple of times. A lady who lives nearby actually found Pro West, and we signed with Kreig and Cheyenne. They took care of all of the important details, including dealing with the insurance company. By the time the job was completed, Kreig had come to our home many times to assess what was needed and to supervise the repairs. Both of them were available at each step. They were skilled in getting everything arranged in a way that left us very happy to have found Pro West. We were delighted with the job they did for us.

From my experience Prowest is seriously a quality roofing company. From the initial inspection, Price quote, and the underlying repairs, were painless and provided true peace of mind. They do what they say and back it up with action. Brian has been a breath of fresh air. My wife and I will refer all we know to this roofing company. They truly inspire confidence.

We had our roof completely redone by ProWest Roofing. The entire process was seamless, and dare I say, enjoyable primarily due to the efforts of Ashley Parriott who was present through the entire process. She is a true professional as exemplified by her thorough knowledge and understanding of the reroofing process from shingle selection to demolition through re-construction, and finally re-roofing. She even took on our insurance company to make sure we received every dollar we deserved. The entire ProWest team, from the guys doing the work, to Ashley's supervision, to the office coordinating the project were professional and courteous throughout the process. If you're not impressed yet, check this out. Roofing is a messy job with debris everywhere. But at the end of the day, when ProWest was finished I could not find one nail or piece of material anywhere around our house. Spotless! The epitome of professionalism.

Eddie Rodriguez was my project manager and was awesome my insurances initially said no but he said he would fight for me after months of going back and forth he finally got it approved he never gave up and always took my calls State Farm is the worse insurance to have but he got my roof approved thank you Prowest for all your help

Kyle Cummings and Prowest in Tucson did an amazing job replacing my manufactured home's roof after hail and wind damage from a storm last July. Kyle was with me through the whole process from filing the claim to filing the completion paperwork after the roof and carport work was done. Their crews were efficient finishing the roof in one day and the carport a few weeks later again all in one day.

I have worked with Taylor James and ProWest on three different projects so far. Each time has been an awesome experience! Taylor is super helpful when meeting with insurance companies and inspectors. He takes a lot of worry away from me because I have no clue what I am talking about with roofs!
Also, the guy is impressively fast at getting requested documents or reports together to keep things moving along rapidly!
It has truly been great to have Taylor as a guide in the process. He takes time to break down and explain the repairs needed, the difference between product types and the cost. I will always recommend Taylor for any roofing needs!

Ashley Parriott was top-notch in her diligent effort with insurance folks, product supply, work crews, etc., and very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I had the unfortunate disappointment of meeting Adam Cleveland. This man walked right past two no soliciting signs and both banged on my door like he had a warrant and profusely ringing my doorbell. He woke up my baby who is sick and once I opened the door I promptly shut it once realizing all they wanted to do was sell me something. After the door was closed the degenerate threw his card at my door and walked off while I got him on camera saying “I hope that things breaks”. Really great way to try and start a relationship (not). If you look at the reviews I’m not the only one who has had the same exact scenario. If he had left a note with a card I would have called him but all he did was solidify the fact that we won’t be working with people like that. Sad part is I was actually planning on putting a whole new roof on my home but will seek another company to do business with

Aggressive salesmen asked not to knock on door and disrespecting our boundaries with no solicitation and no roofing sales or service signs. He walks up to the door, sees the sign, and then knocks any way, disrupting our live podcast. What a jerk! Who would do business with a company that shows no respect for boundaries? This is disgraceful, unprofessional and bullying.

ProWest Roofing with Kyle Cummings -site professional, hammered out an approval for a full re-roof on my Home, Pool House and Shed. My Homeowners Insurance Rep and Kyle walked the roof together ,the only way I got approved was because of Kyle’s knowledge -used weather data and point out damaged material . It also included Solar panel removal and replacement by an approved Solar company that they use.
Quick job just a couple days. I liked that Kyle was on onsite and or letting me know what was happening from start to finish.
I’d use Kyle and his team again if needed.

I worked with Adam on this new roof. I have they completed. It worked with my solar company and everything in between and took very very exceptional quality. I am more than happy with their work, ethics, communication quality of work and above all it is worth the price of the new roof. I will be recommending them to any and everyone I know. they took such a good quality that they put plastic over a car that was across the street and the neighbors that I don’t even know to protect it from the overspray and everything and anything else, and I have not found one nail or debris in my yard from how well they cleaned up I thank you, Adam and Pro West for being the most professional company. I’ve seen in a long time.

I had a seamless experience with ProWest Roofing here in Northern AZ. They thoroughly communicated so I understood what to expect in the whole process. I communicated with Kimberly and she was professional and made sure the materials were ordered and the roof was installed ASAP. They cleaned up thoroughly after installation and the roof looks great. I was also impressed that they were always timely and willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for me.

A gentleman named Adam C "Project Manager" came to my home, read the no soliciting sign out loud, chose to knock because it said don't ring the bell. So he knocked on the door, and when I said no thanks there is a no soliciting sign he said we are not selling you anything, I repeated my self about the sign and closed my door, he then threw his card at the door and walked away. Funny part is there was no sign on the truck and I couldn't read a name on his shirt so I never would of known who he was you just told on your self Adam. All caught on the Doorbell Camera! Good Job Adam! Oh and did I mention we have seen this exact truck and man sitting out front the week prior. Rude, Disrespectful, uneducated on the word soliciting. I would never RECOMMEND PRO WEST LLC 1st impressions mean so much.

Good company all the way around. They worked with myself and our insurance company. Tried to get a roof replacement but our insurance wouldn’t budge for it. Prowest submitted there homework with readings and photos. In the end we got a very good primer and recoat. Also to include a warranty with it. Our person from Prowest Lea was outstanding! ProWest did an amazing job! Chris O’Hara, project manager with ProWest, did a phenomenal job reroofing the apartment complex I manage and in great time to beat the winter. He was thorough and effective in getting the entire complex new roofs, gutters, and flashing paid for by insurance for storm damage sustained over the years. This was an amazing opportunity we weren't aware of and grateful to Chris for helping us with the opportunity for an insurance claim on the 12 building complex. The project was efficient, organized, and clean. For being almost 100,000 square feet they worked efficiently fast. I highly recommend.

Prowest put on our roof via Costco and Sunrun. The overall experience has been outstanding! We recently had a leak and Thomas, a project manager was sent out to investigate. He was extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He organized the repair of both the inside and outside. ProWest was incredible, and I highly recommend them. They did a very high-quality job of replacing a weathered shingle roof while vastly improving the house’s ventilation system (while taking good care to not damage surrounding areas of the house and cleaning up well after the work was done). Even better, they (Greg G. and Marshall C.) first did all the challenging legwork of getting insurance coverage for a full replacement because of hail damage (from a deep dive into weather data to show the insurance company the exact day that hail hit our area in Sep of ‘23). They were kind, professional, friendly, and quickly earned the trust of my elderly father and me as they guided us through the process. We’re so grateful that a trusted family friend and knowledgeable general contractor referred us to ProWest.

I worked with pro west through and insurance claim that they helped me process. I think they did an okay job on the roof, but I wouldn’t know.

The one thing I would do differently is not let them know how much the insurance company valued the replacement at. When they stopped by they said it would cost around 10k. Which is in line with most estimates for the are per my research. When it was done it was over 16k. They said it was due to having a double layer of something for the removal.

In short I think they do okay on roofing, but I would avoid letting them see the insurance quote. Seemed like they just charge whatever they think the insurance has issued. All in all I get a new roof for around 3500 out of pocket. But I think they probably would have done it for 10k if they hadn’t seen the insurance quote. So don’t let them see the insurance quote.

I have been working with Amy for the past month in filing a claim with my insurance for a repair/new roof. She has been amazing and very dedicated to my cause, I wouldn't want anyone else fighting for me. I'll be back to review the rest of the process later. I had my roof replaced 3 years ago. I needed a repair and Thomas came out and explained the problem. He troubleshooted some areas on a foam roof and told me how to maintain it. He fixed the problem and was all under warranty. Great service. Thanks again

I cannot express how much I appreciated having Coleman Ryan as my representative from ProWest. He is an excellen project manager, salesman, & and overall asset to ProWest. He helped me overcome several obstacles to have my roof repaired amid issues with the foundation. He also fought tirelessly with my insurance (State Farm) to not only make sure I qualified for a replacement, but his team also supported this effort by annotating conversations, following up with emails, and even sending me weekly check-ins on the status of my project.
Coleman even coordinated the project to occur while we were away from the house on vacation. This was a huge relief because I work from home in Tucson, and it was the middle of September and blazing temperatures. So I didn’t have to worry about my work being interrupted and going without AC while the roof was being replaced.
Coleman also filled up my koi pond while we were out of state and spent an hour chasing one of my dogs that escaped the backyard! Talk about just being a good person!!I have endless appreciation—not only a great employee but a outstanding person of character and value.

Communication was poor. The company would not show up to work on my roof when they said they would without notification. I was told the roof was completed a total of 6 times. Each time I would get on the roof with the first 5 times resulting in me sending pictures to the project manager of things that were not done. There are many reviews of people who had a great experience. That was not the case for me. I feel like I paid a lot to be my own project manager. I hope the roof holds up during the next monsoon season.

From start to finish, Kyle Cummings from ProWest was fantastic to work with. Communication was easy, responsive, thorough, and professional. He worked with our insurance company to get our roofing job covered and completed with quality materials and workmanship. He also repaired a fascia board for us and took down our satellite dish at no charge. We will definitely recommend Kyle and ProWest to others.

I have recently had my roof replaced by Prowest. My project manager, Erin Bourgeois, was outstanding. She answered all my questions, and there were a lot! She was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in every way. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Her crew was wonderful also. The roof is beautiful and was done in one day. Thank you again Erin and team!

Prowest did a great job of replacing our shingled roof and it looks magnificent. The issue is their deceptive practice of pricing. Make sure you get an exact written quote from them even if your insurance is paying for it, especially if you have a deductible. Their representative told us verbally the cost would be $35k and then Prowest mailed us a "Twenty Day Premlinary Notice" letter with an estimate in it for $35,022.94. Our insurance ended up paying $35,500.71 which we gave to Prowest. They would have made 500 over their original estimate so we should be good to go, wrong. Prowest did no extra work from the original quote they provided me, and there were no additional charges to them over the original quote. However, it did say in the contract I signed with them, "Homeowner is responsible for deductible." Which we did have a deductible of $6339 with our insurance company. When the rep came to pick up the insurance check, he said the final cost was now $41k, and not the $35k we had been quoted. The only reason they raised the price was that Prowest had the opportunity to charge us the additional $6k, even if it wasn't warranted . So even though we were told multiple times by the Prowest rep that they would try to get us the lowest cost, or no cost to us, it was just a deception. To be clear, Prowest didn't do any additional work, or have any additional cost to them over the original quote of $35k, but they had me in a corner for the deductible... They also threw away 12 bundles of shingles that should have been offered to me, that weren't. I also referred one of my neighbors to Prowest who is now going to do their roof, I don't know that I would ever refer anyone else to Prowest. Prowest does good work however they are deceptive, so buyer beware.

I highly recommend Bryce Dutton. Bryce was the project manager for our roof. He and his crew did an outstanding job. Very efficient and on time. Everything he said he was going to do, he did! The final price was exactly the same as the price that he quoted. Bryce is a very sweet and kind young man. I have referred him to many of our friends and they all think very highly of him. One of his strongest attributes is his honesty. Thank you Bryce for a job well done!

Prowest was there for us from the start! They dealt with the insurance company for us to insure our claim was handled fairly and quickly. The crew worked efficiently and tirelessly in the heat and did an awesome job on the roof. We especially liked working with our Prowest representative Chris Kraft! He was so responsive and helpful and even helped us find a contractor to help with repairing the eves! Outstanding!

Sam Carey took very good care of us and the new roof & porch look fantastic. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.

you want to work with a company that stands by their work. i had an entire roof replacement done by prowest. its a big company, they have alot of crews. there was an issue with the initial installation. prowest fixed it. the people that mis-managed the initial installation have been separated. the company has gone through changes since my first experience. its a great company, professional.
