Very accommodating and helpful. I just needed to replace a few tiles that were damaged by wind. The receptionist told me where I could find them in their lot. Upon leaving the building, one of their employees offered assistance in scrounging up the matching tile. He appoached me, although he was leaving for the day after working in 116+ degree heat. I don't see this type of service anywhere, anymore and I though it should be shared. I will definitely reach out to them when a larger project is required.

This company apparently only hires TOP NOTCH employees...from the people in the office, the roofers, the supervisors, and sales people! In my 24 years of living in Arizona, I have hired plumbers, electricians, auto mechanics, gate and fence people , Lowes flooring, Hyberbuilt construction, etc ONLY this company, Johnson roofing, actually has real customer service!!! Outstanding job on my roof...and the nicest, most considerate employees I have dealt with in the last 24 years.

Job performed as anticipated. When things go perfectly everyone is happy, but when conflicts and concerns arise, some of which where my fault, Johnson stood behind their work and managed the job well.

You need to be very careful choosing a roofing company. There are lots out there who will say you need a new roof when you don't. My roof had a lot of broken/cracked tiles, another company tried to tell me I needed a new roof. I knew I didn't (I have some experience with remodeling). Josh from Johnson Roofing came out and quickly informed me the underlayment is in good shape, and the roof has plenty of serviceable years remaining. My roof is an older tile that is easy to crack, Josh sent out a highly skilled tech who stood/crawled on special mats to repair the tiles without breaking more. The other company that wanted to sell me a roof said they couldn't replace the broken tiles. Johnson also provided a before and after drone view of the roof, which my insurance company said is ideal. The price was extremely fair given how many broken tiles I had...and FAR less than a replacement would have been.

Josh also said he will come out once a year to drone the roof to be sure it's still solid. I realize I'll need a new roof someday, and when I do, Johnson Roofing will be putting it on. I trust them implicitly.

If your roof needs repairs, I can't recommend Johnson Roofing more highly. Call them, especially if your first bid claimed you need a new roof or excessive repairs.

Great job. Johnson roofing came out for a consultation, wrote up a bid, worked out a day to come out and complete the job. Quote was very reasonable and half of what I thought it would be but the quality of the job was great and I am pleased. Would recommend them highly

Johnson Roofing is TOP-NOTCH! They did an amazing job on our roof, and their crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. Recently, our home was hit by a windstorm that damaged a few tiles, and we were concerned about the upcoming rain. I contacted Johnson's Roofing, and they sent Giovanni DeAnda out within 24 hours. He was incredibly professional, assessed the damage, and quickly fixed the tiles with brand new ones. He even checked the rest of the roof for any other potential issues.

What impresses me most is their commitment to standing behind their work. From the office staff to the crew members and supervisors, everyone was friendly, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring the job was done right. This is the only company on a long list that came out and talked honestly about fixing a 4’ sq area of wind damage on my 4 yr old roof. Other companies told me it was useless to put adhesive under some loose shingles. Further, they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it for less than $1200 because I really need a whole new roof. Johnson Roofing sent a smart, competent young man out to help me. Good hire. Good customer service. Good ethics. I will use this company for a new roof. Highly recommend this company! Making an appointment was easy. We scheduled someone to come out to see if we needed a new roof or if repairs were necessary. Our insurance company seemed to think we needed a new roof. Not sure how they came to that conclusion without seeing the roof, but we had to do due diligence. On the day of the appointment Manny contacted me to see if it was convenient for him to come early which I appreciated. When he arrived I told him the situation and he immediately said I don't think you need a new roof but he would inspect it. After his inspection he indicated that we indeed did not need a roof and would be happy to write an inspection report for the insurance company. Not only was he honest, he didn't even charge for the report, no charge for anything! This saved us $15,000 and he indicated that we won't need a new roof for another 15 years. I would highly recommend this company and will be calling them when we actually do need a roof! Thanks Manny!

Another great experience with Johnson Roofing. Wind didn’t seem to be that bad but caught the edge tiles just right. Called and they were on sight within a day and fixed a couple days later. Answer questions and don’t push an up sell you don’t need.

They call, show up when they say, return phone calls and get the job done. Great communication. No question any future roof problems and they will be the first to call.

Mike at Johnson Roofing was great to work with! He took the time to explain the pictures he took of my rooftop. He gave me options for roofing services they could offer and didn't seem bothered that I was gathering estimates from more than one business. He also followed up with me after the service was done to ask if I had any questions and was willing to meet with me in person if I preferred that. Giovanni listens to customer needs and provides solid recommendations. Easy to schedule project with Vanessa. Her problem solving skills and customer is first attitude are refreshing. Our experience with Johnson Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. The entire process was completely painless, from scheduling the estimate to the work's completion. We have used Johnson Roofing twice. Once for an old patio roof replacement and once to repair damaged tiles from a tree. Long story short, they show up in all phases. The whole process, from the front office staff receiving the call, to the estimator, Josh (who is awesome), and the job coordinator. All very professional, very personable, and they actually return calls/emails promptly. I never felt like I was being sold or pushed into a solution. Josh does a nice job of balancing, can this be fixed, or does it need to be replaced and gives you the options. He just takes care of things like you would want them done. The job crew was also very respectful, communicative, and on time. All around great company to work with. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

They did a wonderful job and were very professional. 48 hour turnaround from initial visit to completed work . That was consisting of for removing 100 ft.² of roof Tile rep replacing the plywood beneath, including paper. Also replacing various tiles on the roof in other locations and re-cementing end caps . Fantastic job thank you.

The rep Miguel was super knowledgeable about the scope of work that had to be repaired. He didn't try to upsell me on a new roof considering it was only 10 years old as another company tried. Very satisfied with the outcome & he matched it with my old shingles. Thank You Johnson Roofing.

The communication before, during and after the job was outstanding; gave me a real warm fuzzy. roof looks great and while it's of no importance to me neighbors have complemented how good it looks. What is important though is the neighbors comments about how professional the crew looked during the job. They definitely kept my yard clean during and post completion which is a true sign of quality, experience and leadership. I've seen Kyles name on a few other reviews so a mic drop again for the young man coming out to work with us, following up on the crews work and preparing the work order. Then there's the front office, always touching bases for the crews timely arrival, keeping us informed about anything left to be finished and when that would be accomplished. We needed a new roof and contacted 5 companies for quotes. Upon receiving the quotes, we decided to proceed with Johnson Roofing. Loved their presentation and explanation of what they would be doing. Received pictures of our roof with detailed description of what would be done. All of our questions were answered. Kyle, the Project Manager, handled everything with the upmost professionalism. Johnson Roofing should be happy to have him represent their company. The workmen started the job at 6 am and only stopped for lunch. They put in a full day's work for sure. The complete job was finished in 3 days and Kyle met with us after the completion to make sure we were happy with the work. A blast of wind upended a bunch of tiles on our roof. Looking for someone to do the repairs, a friend recommended Johnson Roofing. I contacted them and they responded without delay.
Giovanni came out the next day to inspect the roof. He was a complete pro. He discovered that one of our vent covers had flown away, leaving the attic vent exposed to the elements. He temporarily protected the vent with some unbroken tiles and generally straightened things up. A couple of days later the roofer arrived, introduced himself with a big smile and got right to work. After repairing all of the things called for in the estimate, he checked the entire roof and took care of anything else that needed attention. Communication from the office staff was exceptional and the final invoice matched the estimate. What more can you ask? From beginning to end, these guys performed the way you wish every company would perform.

I found them by searching Rosie on the House, and now I too can recommend them. Best communication for any contractor I have experienced. They were prompt and polite, not a lot of loud music and voices. Of course, the noise on the roof was loud. but end result was worth it.

Johnson Roofing is the BEST! The price was amazing, and the customer service was outstanding. We had a date and time scheduled for a quote with a 2-hour window, they called and said they were running early and could they come now. I have never had a company call and say they were running early. Once here they were professional and courteous, took pictures of our roof damage and gave us a quote. It was so reasonable that we scheduled the repair on the spot. This was our second quote and so much better than the first. The roof repairman showed up on time, repaired the roof, and cleaned up leaving it looking like no one had even been here. When I asked about payment, he said I would get an email with pictures and the invoice, which I did the next day. I highly recommend Johnson Roofing!

Update: I don’t know how they don’t have a solid 5 stars. I unfortunately had to call them out again and once again they are just fantastic. Very courteous and professional and they’re not going to nickel and dime you. Straight to what you need. You can’t find that these days. Shout out to Manny. Such a great guy.
