Porter roofing was one of three bids obtained for power washing, sealing cracks, fixing two skylights and coating the flat roof of approximately 2700 sq. feet. From the onset they were courteous, answered all questions, kept appointments, completed the job, cleaned up and left my property in excellent condition. The price was very fair. I would recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

I put off roofing for years for fear of the cost. Finally got over that based on recommendations from friends that have done business with Porter. Oliver was at my home on time, listened to my concerns and gave me a good estimate.

He promised done in 3 days. The crew was done in two. And the roof looks spectacular. I don’t know how they worked so many hours without stopping. They were meticulous and replaced wood that definitely needed replacing but did not go over board. I’m very pleased with the cost., quality, and the performance of the crew. All of them are awesome.

The crew we had was excellent. They cleaned up every night. You never knew they were there and they were done in three days. I would use them again and again.

Professional crew did a great job replacing old damaged wood facia. New wood ready for a fresh coat of paint. Highly recommended!

We’ve been very happy Porter Roofing for customers for nearly 12 years. They’ve provided various repairs on our tile roof over the years. They responded quickly, did great work, and their prices were fair for the quality of work. When it came time to replace the roofing paper a month ago, we hired Porter and they exceeded our expectations on all fronts. One minor example of their desire to go over-and-above is related to something that went wrong. During the job one of their truck drivers accidentally ran over a landscape light and cactus at the end of our driveway. Before I even knew that it happened their office manager called to apologize and to let me know they would have it fixed ASAP at their expense, of course. Within 2-3 days it was fixed better than it was before the mishap by a professional landscaping company. On top of that, they did a great job on our roof with little touches that I didn’t know to ask for. Very highly recommended!

Having recently purchased a 1990 built house with the original roof, we knew that it was on its last legs. Got several estimates and went with Porter based on a reasonable price (not least or most expensive) and recommendations of a friend and our realtor. The entire experience has been easy, efficient and high quality. I was impressed with the care given to delivery of materials and daily clean-up so that there was minimal disruption for us and our neighbors during the five days of work. The crew were tireless! Can’t imagine the discomfort of roofing work in 115 degrees but they kept at it, attended to details and the final product looks great. First monsoon rain hit and not a leak anywhere or tile disrupted. Very highly recommend Porter Roofing!

Randy always does an exceptional job assessing any roof problems and Milton and Mario did a stellar job repairing the hole in our roof created by a bee removal team. In addition, Milton retrieved the hive which was in a very difficult spot, so bees would not return later. Great pricing, great staff, great roofers! They replaced the roof on my shop and when they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond and left it better than how it was when they arrived.

Porter roofing helped us analyze a water leakage problem traced to scupper damage, which they immediately remediated. After further analysis, suggested several proactive repairs and a recoat of foam roof after 10 years. All work completed on time, on budget with very competent staff who kept us well informed throughout.

Guys did a great job with our roofing repairs. They kept me informed on what was happening. Their work area was very clean and they make sure nothing was damaged. I would certainly use them again.

Most honest contractor I have come across. I was told NOT to do some repairs to save money o my current home. This is really unusual and will keep me coming back to Porter Roofing. Also, they do great work when I used them on a prior home.

I'm blown away how hard Nemo and his crew work, a solid 8 hour+ a day non stop. At the end of the day they clean any mess around the entire house and make sure no nails in driveway and street. I honestly thought the roof cost was overpriced and after watching the amount of work and the care these guys put in was worth every penny.

Great customer service. Had a leak and did a repair on the expected areas causing the leak. The next rain the leak returned. Called that morning and they were out and spent like 4 hrs fixing more of the roof...this time more definitely getting the leak area repaired. Mistakes happen, but it's how you recover from them that's important and Porter did great.

I was super happy when Porter Roofing came out to my remodel and helped with my leak problem. I will always use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Horrible Liars! Poor Quality! Poor value!!!
I am in the process of purchasing a new home and needed an inspection for a more thorough inspection of the roof and the underlayment. I asked for a physical inspection and they said they could not have someone out until 4 days later which by this point it would be too late for me and unnecessary at that point. They agreed to do a review based on photos from my general home inspection and any documentation and photos they had / have from previous inspections since the sellers use them, so I sent to them. They came back to me and gave me a bid and commented and said the roof underlayment was at its last of its lifetime. I presented that to the sellers and they turned around and told them that I HAD TOLD THEM TO ADD THAT ON THE ESTIMATE AND SO THEY DID. What company does that!!!!! Lies and said a customer called and told them to do something they did not agree with but did it anyway!!?!!! I can technically sue them because now I have a letter from them saying I SAID SOMETHING WHEN I DID NOT! don’t hire this company
They are not trust worthy
I never do any kinds of reviews but felt I needed to on this one. I kept calling them back to speak to a manager and never answered any of my 10+ calls. I think they wanted to screw me out of a new roof

Porter Roofing redid our roof two years ago. They were efficient, and easy to work with. Recently, with all the rain, we had some water dripping down through the top of a first floor window. Usually, this would mean a roof leak, so we called Porter to come out and fix it. First go, the guys were nice, but didn't get it fixed. Fast forward two weeks to more rain and more dripping. This time the owner himself comes out with his guys. He quickly identifies that it's not the roof, it's the seal around a different window on the second floor that's allowing the water in. They do a water test to confirm it, and then caulk and seal it for us. Thanks for the great service, guys! We sure appreciate it!

This roofing service company did a roof replacement of our house. They did a highly professional job from old roof tear off to preparing and installing new roof. The team worked into the evening hours to ensure that the work is completed by set timeline.

Randy from Porter Roofing came to my place in Ahwatukee because 2 tiles had blown out of place in a microburst. Randy went on the roof and put the tiles back in place, then went around the whole roof and adjusted any tiles that were slightly ajar. When I tried to pay he said don't worry, just call when you need roof work done. What great service. They have my business forever.

Porter roofing is the best! From the quote to the work, it was all great! The workers did a great job,and an excellent job cleaning up all in one day in 106 degree temperature. Would highly recommend them!!!

9-23-15 had a very good experience with porter roofing with my tile roof repairs , they where on time for the 2 appointments the estimate and the repairs , left a clean work site when repairs done. received bill for there repairs and was same as estimate , very happy with porter roofing . bob havelin in chandler az

Horrible service!! I had them re-coat my flat roof and it started leaking after a year and a half. After several unanswered calls and emails I finally got them to send someone out and take a look. THEIR OWN ROOFER told me the coating they used was inferior and he didn't know why they would even use it. They agreed to fix it and the guy they sent brushed a little coating on a small portion of the roof and left. So I complained some more, and they agreed to redo the whole roof. It still leaks. Now I have to pay another company to do it the right way! It is also worth mentioning that through that whole ordeal, I was never able to get an actual person on the phone.

I had the roofs replaced on my apartment buildings by Porter Roofing in August 2014. I am incredibly impressed with the foam product they use and the team as a whole. Since they work diligently to protect everything in the area from over spray and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each day with leaf blowers, they left my rental property much cleaner than they found it. The attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond any I have experienced in my many years of dealing with contractors in every industry. I am an unforgiving micro manager due to bad experiences with other contractors from all trades. I spent everyday at the apartments scrutinizing every step to make sure the families who live there were safe and minimally inconvenienced and that I was getting a job well done. The entire Porter Roofing team was very respectful and considerate to my tenants and neighbors, polite to everyone we encountered and displayed pleasant and generally happy attitudes even though they were spending 3-4 long days in the sun during a 108 degree week of August in Phoenix. I received 5 estimates from various roofing companies to decide what to do and who to use. Porter Roofing was the best value, the most informative and delivered the best customer service from the start. It has all made my experience pleasant enough for me to want to say THANK YOU! with my first online review.

Staff seem disorganized and cant achieve hard-times with customer schedules. I have waited and asked several times for just a bid... I want to give you money for a service on a roof for our Paradise Valley Home yet I feel like I have to beg to just get quality customer service!

Porter roofing has been so on top of their game, I don't even bother with competitive estimates any longer unless an investor owner requires them.
