Had another great experience with this company, after Taylor came out to diagnose a major leak. They had replaced our roof years ago, so we called them when we couldn't figure it out. After an hour of troubleshooting, Taylor discovered that the stucco around our window was cracked and letting in water. It wasn't even roof related. We are so appreciative of Taylor's time and effort to help us!

Taylor explained the process of the work they were going to do, then came a few days earlier to drop some of the material they would use for the job - showed on time every day and left their tools and materials organized, making sure they did not interfered with anything. Very satisfied with the project !

Spencer 4 Hire Roofing was amazing! I recommend them highly. What they do compared to others for about the same price is very impressive. I had the comparisons from three other roofers and they do more for your money.
They were on time, polite, finished a day early and cleaned everything before they left each day. When they were done we walked around looking at everything to make sure we were happy. They finished 6 days ago and we have found only 2 nails since they completed which is amazing according to our neighbors who had other roofers.
Mr. Spencer was here two or three times to make sure everything was going well for us and his very skilled workers.

This family owned company just completed two houses for our family. They were top notch from start to finish. You actually can’t tell which employees are family and which are not because they all treat each other so respectfully and they all care about a job well done. We had the same crew each day at each house and each house
( they were done at same time) had one supervisor that would visit each day and for sure at the end of the day to make sure the yard was spotless , nails picked up by magnet , all garbage removed and yard blown clean.
Not to mention what seems like a quality product at a good price! It hasn’t rained yet, but I do not anticipate any issues with my roof. I am confident is there were to be an issue that this company would be on it!!

I was actually about to use another local roofer because their bid was just a bit lower for similar materials, but I appreciated that they worked with me to help fill both my-need and a gap in their schedule and do the work a bit cheaper for me over the holidays. Spencer 4 hire did a great job, from first contact for the estimate to finishing the work and cleaning up afterwards. No surprises; roof wood needed some repairs but came right as estimated. Better job than the original builder; crown work, added wood to better support end tiles, extra care in dead valley. On time every day, finished before promise date. Couldn't be happier, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Showed me pictures of some of the problems before fixing them with cost estimates before they started. Work was great and a wonderful job of cleanup each day. I would get bids on your job but when it’s all said and done Spencer was the best value.

Early morning start time due to heat but the crew worked quickly to have the job done by the end of week. Crew was professional and focused. Kept work site clean and free of nails and trash.

Spencer 4 Hire gave me the best quote of three companies that I interviewed. Plus they were the ONLY company that said they would paint any boards that needed to be replaced and the bird stops that they installed. I could understand maybe not painting the bird stops, but having to hire a separate painter to do work that could mostly be completed on the ground and then finished up while they were already on the roof did not make sense to me. They did an excellent job replacing the few pieces of wood that needed it (my husband works with wood so he is pretty picky) and they did a good job of painting over the nails where they had to remove trim to do their job. (Saved us a few hundred dollars with the painting I am sure)

They were good about answering our questions and taking care of a few nitpicky stuff that I brought up. Unfortunately for them, my roof was scheduled for the week of July 10 - one of the weeks that it was 115 degrees. They were troopers the entire time.

I would highly recommend them.

UPDATE 1 year later - July 2024 - We had an issue with 2 pigeons on our roof - which trust me can make a LOT of mess. After calling a pigeon specialist, it was determined that there was an issue with part of the roof that they could nest under. I called our salesman, Taylor and he was out within 48 hours to take a look. In the 110 degree heat, he got rid of the nest for us (Go Taylor!) and he said that they would get workers back out here to fix the issue under warranty. The workers came as promised and were quick and efficient. The issue is now resolved at no cost to us. I love it when companies stand behind their work. It is VERY rare to see that nowadays. If I could give them six stars I would!

I had tiles falling off my roof that could kill. They responded promptly and mitigated the problem and came back later for a regular roof maintenance.
