Had a great experience with the Roof Doctor. Matt was very helpful with dealing with the insurance company and coming out helping me fix leaks. Also his office crew are courteous and answered questions as they arose. When his crew came out to replace the roof they were all professional and respectful. Also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Very professional operation. Company worked with my insurance company for several months to insure that my complete roof replacement was covered through the insurance company. Once the project began, it was completed correctly and on time. The work crew was hard working and kept my property clean during the job and did a thorough clean up after job completion. From Kali’s fair priced estimate and intro to the service plan, to Deidre’s customer service over the phone and Matthew’s efficient repair work and offer of other home owner maintenance resources, I’ve come to trust Roof Doctors because they perform to their word and are just really good people. It’s hard to find good service at fair prices in today’s market but Roof Doctors has reset the standard for what I will expect of every service provider that comes to my home. Much appreciated!!

I signed up for the roof maintenance program as it was in desperate need of cleaning and tile repair. It's an old roof with solar panels on top. Matthew and crew went above and beyond to clean up and restore everything. The video is embarrassing, but at least you get an idea of how invaluable this service is for older roofs.

Roof Doctors was amazing to work with! From the initial evaluation to the final install they exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, transparency and honesty. They worked tirelessly through the process in dealing with our horrible insurance company for 6 months to ensure that we received a complete roof replacement due to storm damage, and through the entire process were always courteous, positive, and responsive. I had the opportunity to speak with staff at every level and they were always wonderful, including the owner, Matt himself, who made sure to alleviate my concerns and personally handle our insurance company who was being ridiculously difficult. Overall, I could not be more pleased with our new roof and working with Roof Doctors through the process. Highly recommend!!

I had my roof replaced by Roof Doctors in early November 2024. The replacement was 100% covered by my insurance due to a wind damage claim. The crew was very professional and quick.... a day and a half for half for a large roof. Looks great.

The rep that came out to inspect my roof was extremely nice and informative he spent lots of time going over the issues I was having with my roof as well as the products that would be used for my new roof. All in all I was very happy with the service I revived and would recommend roof doctors to anyone for their roofing needs.

I hired these guys to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. They use a product that I could not be happier with it reduced My energy bill around 25% last month. Bryce had exceptional customer service and all the guys on the cruise were really friendly as well. I really could not be happier with this company and I got a fair price for my roof

Recently purchased a 25 year old home in Gold Canyon and needed to know the condition of the roof. I had a couple roofing companies come out to take a look. Most spent no more than 5-10 minutes and very vague with their answers. After talking to a couple of others in the area and getting their feedback, I gave Roof Doctors a call. Not only were they very responsive but came out, spent about 30 minutes going around the roof, even pulling up a couple tiles to inspect the condition of the underlayment. Like any other 25 year old roof in Arizona, it needed to be replaced. Their team also mentioned that the roof tiles were god shape and didn’t need replacing. They provided me with a detailed quote and were very responsive to questions and spelling out the process in detail. If you are looking for a quality job with people who stand behind their work, look no further than Roof Doctors. I want to personally thank Jon, operations manger and Bryce, sales Dept. The attention to detail and concern for the customer show why this company is successful - hard work and standing behind their good name. I love my new roof and the 30 year warranty !

Working with roof doctors was great experience. I had an insurance claim and they handled pretty much everything with the insurance. When my check came from the insurance they were able to apply that to the job take pictures send the evidence that the roof was done and then got the remaining check sent to me which then paid off my balance.
The speed of how they put the roof on was very impressive. After the materials were delivered they actually installed the roof within 3 hours.

I would recommend using roof doctors if you're in need of getting a roof done or you have an insurance claim with a roof problem.

Called to schedule fascia repair and the receptionist immediately launched into how expensive it was going to be and how I'd need at least the first four rows of tile taken off my roof to complete the job without even sending anyone out to actually look at what needed to be done. It felt aggressively predatory and immediately found another company to work with.

Roof Doctors is the most professional company I have ever worked with. Matthew has great integrity and was on top of this project from the start. He and his team worked with the insurance company directly which made the situation much easier on me. Mathew made a point of attending the insurance inspectors visits as to make sure they (insurance) observed and documented every issue with our roof and his team did follow up calls in our behave to make sure the insurance company was moving in a timely manner. At installation of our roof their team was quick and efficient with great quality of workmanship. Also, they were very clean in their building technique so there was no mess. I would highly recommend Roof Doctor to anyone needing their roof attended too. They are the BEST!!

Getting a roof replacement can be a scary proposition, especially for us older people. Lots of coordination, especially with adjustors, insurance representatives, roofers and even the HOA. Matt made the process very easy, walking us through each step and making sure we were comfortable with decisions and progress. He was always available to answer any questions we had and prompt in his response. Good follow-up, especially with his lead foreman, Jon, who took care of all the site details. I now have a quality roof with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Roof Doctors and if we ever have the need again to replace our roof, they will be the first people we contact.

Matt the owner made an appointment with me and showed up just like he said he would. He did an excellent job checking my roof and I gave him the job and he completed very quickly.

Matt was absolutely amazing! He handled talking with my insurance, i never had to follow up, he got everything done correctly and fast. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. He did my neighbors roof and mine at the same time due to urgent storm repair needs and came out multiple times during the night and week to replace the tarp during storms to keep my house safe!
