I can’t say enough great things about SEC roofing. Every single person that I came into contact with was not only knowledgeable, but extremely professional and made me feel like my job was the only job they were working on at the time. I never felt rushed and they were very prompt. They stayed until the job was completed even into the dark hours on some days to make sure every I was dotted and T was crossed. Thank you to everyone. I recently had a roof repair performed by SEC Roofing & Construction Group. I am very pleased with the with their work. The entire team from original inspection and quote, office interaction, field work and follow up inspection was responsive, courteous, and professional. They performed the work in a timely manner. They kept the work site clean. I would highly recommend SEC for any roofing or construction project.

We cannot give SEC a good rating for these reasons, see pics: Eaves drip doesn't work and rain drips onto fascia and will eventually rot. Wrinkle on section of eaves drip is unsightly, not professional. Uneven shingle placement - why would they do this? Clear caulk mess around electric pole boot. They did a terrible job around the base of our chimney. Roofing crew broke our electric meter pole and WE had to pay $5,000 to replace. They didn't clean up all of their roofing debris, especially in the gutter. Roof was completed Sept 2023 and to this day, Nov 2024, we are still finding roofing nails, plastic caps and pieces of shingles. Sloppy and unprofessional work.

Robert Wilbanks, Julian, and the crew did an amazing job! They came and did what they said they were going to do and better. They were shooting for a 2 day job but were actually able to get it done in one 12-hour day. They protected our plants and left our yard the way they found it by taking 3 sweeps with magnets. Julian did a final quality control evaluation, as did Robert. I would definitely hire them again. They also gave us the best price even though they used the best materials.

SEC outperformed my greatest expectations. They removed our concrete tiles and replaced them with asphalt shingles. They assisted us with selling our home when the buyer was frequently asking questions about the roof. Without their help, we wouldn’t been able to sell our home. They are responsive and addresses all of our questions after their work was complete and they were paid. They may not be the cheapest contractor but I believe I got the best roofing contractor.

We recently had an issue with a home inspection completed on our home. The home inspector noted what he believed were some damaged shingles. I contacted SEC roofing for an evaluation. They responded extremely fast and were able to

The best roofing company in North Florida hands down. The owner of the company Rob inspected my roof several times and was onsight for the entire replacement very professional.The office manager Allie was amazing to work with. Constantly updating me and talking with insurance and she handled everything.The crew was the most professional roofers I have ever seen.Bad weather was scheduled the next couple days so they worked until 9 pm ensuring my roof was water tight and secure so not to get damage from the storm. They went above and beyond cleaning after they completed I have not found a single nail yet. An amazing team SEC has put together and it's a shame only need a roof every 20 plus years that I can't work with them again.

Called SEC to install ventilation for my bathroom exhausts that were feeding into the attic after a poor experience getting a quote from a different company. The installation team was very professional. The work proceeded quickly. I was especially impressed with the cleanup. Each worker circled the house, all at different times, to ensure all debris (nails, shingle pieces, etc.) was removed. Honest and upfront is not usually something you would associate with a contractor these days, but the people at SEC Roofing and Construction Group are amazing. I personally dealt with Robert and he is the most honest shoot you straight guy out there. He’s not the guy to try and lie and force you into anything you aren’t comfortable with. Our insurance company found we had storm damage to our roof sufficient to require total removal and replacement. We contacted 2 firms recommended by friends and neighbors. SEC gave us the lowest price, and Robert answered all of our questions very well. For example, they can give lower prices in general because they do not spend funds on advertising. They rely upon word of mouth, which has worked quite well for them.

They handled all prep issues well, and they did the work as scheduled. The roof itself looks great, and they did a marvelous job of cleaning up as they went. Robert was wonderful to talk with as they worked, and the end result was so much better than we expected. They have checked back to ensure we do not have any lingering issues.

We would give them a 5+ if we could. We were VERY pleased and recommend them to anyone else.

From the time I met Robert at SEC to the day we got our roof replaced was nearly two years. The team at SEC provides a solid, affordable, convenient, and family friendly service. I thought I had a problem with my roof. SEC Roofing looked at my roof and stated my roof was in good shape and I didn’t need a new roof, or repair, if I wasn’t having any leaking issues, which I did not have. He went on to describe what was happening in the area of concern. A less than honest inspector could have told me I needed something done, even if I didn’t, and I would have believed them. That wasn’t the case with SEC Roofing and I am grateful for that.

When it comes to inspections there is no better. I had this review up from a few years back when SEC helped us through our home purchase and needed the latest update.. Knowledgable, honest, and Friendly. Robert & Bob are the best. They did everything they could to try help out in a pinch. Robert laid out the issues and facts cut and dry.
