I recently reached out to NexGen with a few questions about a roof insurance claim. I had the chance to chat with Todd, and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to my story and gave me some great suggestions. He also pointed me in the direction of some other resources that might be helpful. I really appreciate Todd’s time and attention to my case. It’s not always easy to get good customer service these days, so I was really glad to have such a positive experience with NexGen.

NexGen diagnosed a very difficult problem we had with our roof and worked very hard to repair for us. The staff, both the onsite workers and the office personnel, are very professional, helpful and thoughtful. Joey and Scott were onsite to diagnose the problem then Scott returned to do the repairs. He worked so hard and was very diligent and kind. We had worked with Joey in the past and he was very, very helpful, too. In office we’ve dealt with Trish and Syed. They both were very patient and generous with their time and we appreciate that they treated us with respect as we discussed the issues we were trying to resolve. We would highly recommend this company!

Called in to see what the process of getting a new roof would be along with a few other questions. Trish (the woman I spoke with) was extremely helpful in explaining how the process would be done / go. She was extremely professional and was able to answer any questions and concerns I had.

Love their customer focused attitude. Not only are the people who answer the phone knowledgeable—the estimate provided was quickly scheduled and the guy seemed to be honest and forthcoming with possible issues.

NexGen Roofing was amazing form start to finish. They came to my house and did a thorough inspection consisting of getting on my roof and getting in the attic. I have a 3 story townhouse and clay tile shingles. Within a day I had a quote emailed to me. The payment process was simple. Excellent company! These guys came out to fix a pipe jack on my roof that was leaking down into my second story bathroom. They were extremely thorough and took a few extra steps to inspect the area for any possible water damage inside the wall FIRST, before completing the repair. They explained everything clearly, they were very conscientious, honest, thorough and friendly! I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

I worked with David Bassett of NexGen throughout the process of repairing our roof following Hurricane Helene. NexGen's initial surveyor provided us with bottled water and fuel for our generator during a very difficult period immediately after the storm. David worked with us and our insurance company to get the roof replacement scheduled and maintained contact with us throughout the process. NexGen's roofing crew did a superior, fast job and cleaned up like they were never there. Our roof look's fantastic! I would absolutely use NexGen again and I highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing work.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was dealing with my insurance company and they were requesting info on the condition of my existing roof. Tim, Sr met me at my house and the first thing I did was show him the letter I had received from the insurance company. He understood exactly what they were requesting and immediately pulled his ladder out and proceeded to climb up and start his inspection of my roof. He found some minor loose shingles which he immediately fixed right then and there. That was the first sign that I saw that told me he was an honest man. Others could have used that as an indication or justification that I needed a full roof replacement and I certainly would not have known any different. He completed the inspection and provided me with a report for my insurance company indicating that my roof is in good shape and does not need to be replaced at this time thus saving me thousands of dollars. I had been dreading the prospect of replacing my roof for a while, but when we had a hurricane and I saw significant damage outside, and the ceiling in a couple rooms have shown water damage, I knew it was time to shop for a new roof.

NexGen was A+ from the very beginning. I called and spoke to a person, who was able to send out Mark the next day. Mark was with me from the beginning to the end. He inspected the home the next day and assured me that I would get a new roof.

Mark guided me in every step of the process that needed a decision. Especially when the insurance company only offered to repair the roof, NexGen referred us to a law firm, who was able to settle with the insurance company to cover the whole cost a brand new roof!

Construction soon began and my family and I are ecstatic with the results.

There was never a moment where I felt unsure about the whole process, thanks to Mark. He communicated many updates as they came, and checked in often. I appreciate very much the attorney referral, who took care of everything with the insurance company.

Mark went above and beyond to make sure that Insurance covered every bit of our roof, including the removal of solar panels. NexGen did an amazing job. When the day they were scheduled to come, they were there at 7 AM and we’re done in just a few days, highly recommend them. Ask for Mark because he hasn’t only done a great job for me but also I was referred to him by a friend that just loved the work they did.

There is a leak in a corner of my roof. Nexgen replaced the roof after Ian. I was sold a wind warranty at the time. Now when I try and get them to fix the leak, I'm told the wind damage from a named storm is not covered.

So less than 3 years has passed and they aren't going to repair their work even with the extra warranty I paid for.

I'm being told now that hurricane damage isn't covered. At the time my roof was being replaced, I was lead to believe any wind damage is covered. It was my fault. I was busy with repairing my flooded house and didn't think to ask if damage caused by storms is covered and you can bet the salesman didn't mention that caveat.
I live in the center of the state where the winds never get that bad. My roof was just really old at the time.

Plain and simple, it was a shoddy job in the area of the leak and they won't fix it.

Summary, don't pay the extra for a worthless 'warranty' and this company won't fix their mistakes.
Also, leaks caused by their poor workmanship should never be reported as possibly being caused by a storm. Remember that.

Nexgen was quick to come out, diagnosed the problem correctly, and came in way under what another company quoted us. They were super friendly and easy to work with. So grateful we found an honest and good company to work with!

Our roof was damaged from Hurricane Milton. We thought we may need a new roof. NexGen was one of several that we contacted. Mark Jacobbi called back & showed up promptly. He is very knowledgeable about roofing & told us that our roof is still good for few years. We just need some repair. His knowledge & honestly is much much appreciated . When ready I definitely will contact Mark again & have them do my roof.

Working with NexGen and Brent Erickson has been an exceptional experience. We’ve had two repairs completed by them: the first when a tree fell through our roof, and the second to fix a leak. A company you can trust in more ways than one. They were on time, very professional and did our roof in one day. They dropped the dumpster the night before and promptly cleaned up everything and removed the dumpster immediately after the work was done. Roof looks amazing and I could not be more satisfied. She has a great sense of humor and knows how to keep things lite for the difficult situation customers have when their roof fails. She is professional when trying to assist a new customer. I had an issue with water stain on my ceiling following a storm. From the moment I talked to them on the phone they were all about service, they wanted to help and made arrangement to come right over (on a Saturday) - they inspected the roof and felt that the issue was my A/C not the roof - the roof is 16 years old and they Did NOT try to sell me a roof! - they were just great and I would very highly recomment. When it comes time - they will be the ones to replace my roof.

I had stealth leak on my recent roof. They showed up on time as promised and Joey was quickly able to identify the culprit nail most probably causing it and he immediately took care of it. When it was time for a new roof, we chose NexGen roofing contractors for the job. The potential project overseer himself came to our home to discuss the estimate and process and we sensed a willingness to work with us to give us the best deal that we could garner. We decided on a date to begin construction of a new roof and Armand put in the order for a specific tile. The tile was late and didn't arrive on time. We waited and waited. The construction overseer, Armand Cornellier, was frustrated with this service and sent one of his men down state to secure the tile himself.

There are always problems that you encounter with a project of this extent — for instance, the tile delivery. It is a big job, but I have to say that Mr. Cornellier — at every turn —took on whatever problem it was and saw to it that it was solved. If he saw something that had been done that he was not satisfied with, he would come back on the weekends and fix it himself.

A man of many talents, he helped me on several other things that involved the roof. I was having trouble with my Wind Mitigation report for the roof and several things were not done correctly on the report. He spent hours helping me make corrections on the report and sent it back to the state for correction. He worked to help me with my homeowner's insurance to specify exactly what had been done with pictures and documentation. This lowered the cost of the police. He's a one-man show.

NexGen installed a new tile roof for the home I live in. The roof is beautiful, however, after one particularly bad storm, there was a water leak. NexGen didn't hesitate to come out, inspect the roof and make the repair. Not all companies stand behind their work like this. I would recommend NexGen for all your roofing needs!

NexGen installed a new roof for us last year and promptly responded to our request for help when we had a leak after the heavy rain/wind storm last week. What we liked best about NexGen is that they were able to provide not only roofing service but also able to offer service to replace rotten wood and perform some other repairs prior to replacing the roof last year. Most other roofing companies will not do additional repairs. Armand is incredibly knowledgable, honest and has been terrific to work with. Not only did David call back within the hour, he visited our home and provided a very thorough assessment of our property and the issue.
