We knew we needed a new roof, especially after a big storm last summer that damaged it.

Levi Holt talked us through, and held our hand through every step in the process. The entire (months long) insurance process, solar panel removal, materials drop off, everything! Even when there was a snafu upon solar panel replacement! He made sure everything was done correctly!

From start to finish Adam was right there by me every step of the way, from filing the insurance claim for our wind and hail damage to finally commencing the project of replacing one whole roof on our sanctuary building with new 3D Architectural Shingles to replacing the underlayment on a large tile roof and putting all the tiles back perfectly! Titan is the best company to use for getting a new roof. The process was easy and they are extremely helpful. On the day of install,we they were fast, clean, and stayed until job was done. The quality of their work is exceptional. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Titan Roofing has been positive in every way. Nathan and Dillon were my first contacts with Titan Roof. They discovered wind damaged shingles on our roof and encouraged us to file a claim with our insurance company for a roof replacement. We filed a claim and were notified by the insurance company that 29 shingles met the criteria for replacement. Nathan showed the insurance company,via a video, how impossible it would be to replace those shingles without damaging the surrounding shingles. Thanks to Nathan's negotiating ability and experience in the roofing and insurance world,we have a new roof. We truly did not believe our insurance company would entertain the idea of a roof replacement but Nathan kept telling us to trust him and it would all work out. And it did.
Everything has gone like clock work. We were told the materials would be delivered on November 18 and the roof would be installed on November 19 th. That's exactly what happened. Dillon oversaw the installation. The installers were amazing. Work began at 6 am and ended at 6 pm resulting in my home,the studio and tuff shed had a new roof. The installers covered our pool and the entire perimeter of the house for protection. They took care to pick up old shingles and any debris laying around the house. I have never been so pleased or impressed with a home improvement as I have been with this one. I highly recommend Titan Roofing. Ask for Nathan and Dillon to help you with any roofing needs you may have.

I had an excellent experience working with Titan Roofing and Construction. Derek Milligan, project manager was amazing, knowledgeable and kind. After loosing my roof on July 14th during a microburst hail storm in Tucson I was bombarded with roofers calling and knocking on my door. Titan came highly recommended from a friend and I can see why! Derek and Christian covered the roof with tarps trying to stop water from leaking inside my home several times due to our daily monsoon storms. Derek assured me from the very start he would follow through the entire claim with me, advocate relentlessly with the insurance company, explain every detail to me throughout the process, (and it can be quite a process)! I definitely signed on with the right contractor, because from start to finish they came through! I have a new roof and the ceilings have been restored. I feel fortunate to have worked with Derek and the Titan crew…you did an amazing job, you show integrity and stand for excellence, thank you very much!

Jason did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress of the roof project. He was available to answer any questions I had even after hours. I appreciate his hard work and persistence, always with a smile.

Following a severe hailstorm that destroyed many roofs in our neighborhood, multiple neighbors referred me to Adam Henson with Titan Roofing. I had already filed a claim, and our adjuster had sent out a young, surly inspector who called me "Hon" and reported back that he saw NO hail damage. Grrr!

Adam verified that the roof DID need replacing, and recommended that I request a re-inspection. This time, Adam marked all the damage in chalk ahead of time, met with the inspector and climbed up on the roof with him. The inspector agreed with him, and our claim was approved.

Titan Roofing uses the same software as many insurance companies, and Adam assured us that all we would pay would be our deductible - true. Once our solar panels were removed, Adam scheduled our roofing job, which was completed in one day by a swarm of cheerful roofers. The roof looks great, and we've gotten many compliments on Titan's work. Adam has gone above and beyond, even after the sale was made, and has earned further praise from the friends I've referred to him.

I owned a business that worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, and I must say that I am very impressed with the coordination and efficiency of the entire process. I am highly recommending Titan.

Through the entire process of filing my claim and coordinating with insurance, choosing shingles, and installation, communication with Lindsey was always crystal clear and prompt. Mike was available to attend inspection - and showed up early - and helped point out additional details for the inspector to record.

Installation happened within a week of approval from insurance and was done in a day -- including removal of an ugly swamp cooler and install of new plywood. Hal checked in throughout the day, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the smallest details.
