I can't say enough about Right Way Roofing! They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our number one concern was the mess that would be created from tearing off the old roof. We didn't have to worry about a thing! They even tarped off our pool to avoid nails and other debris accidentally going in there. The crew was at our house for a day and 1/2. At the end of each day they were meticulous in clean up. We couldn't tell they had been there accept for looking up and seeing our beautiful new roof.

Watch out these guys are scammers! I was outside washing my car. when they stopped and said you’re probably expecting us.. and I was like what?? They say O I’ve see you have damage on your roof. And I was like what damage it’s only about four years old. Then he’s was like well….I need to get up on the roof to see the damage. Be careful SCAM GUYS. Sorry to write a negative review, but this just happened to me Imagine if this would help into an older person and I assume that’s what they’re trying to do.

Working with Right Way was a great choice. Lori and Jerry worked with my husband and I every step of the way to get our 30 year old concrete tile roof and underlayment updated.

We had a decent hail storm punch a small hole in my 18 year old roof. After being denied a claim from State Farm (just the hole, not the whole roof, didn't even try) we contacted a few different local roofers for an estimate. Right Way was actually first on scene and delivered a very fair estimate with the best warranty out of anyone I contacted. We decided with the age of the roof and the offer from Right Way that it was time to go with a new roof. From start to finish, they were on time and finished exactly on time. The roofers led by Alex did a great job. They are a group of hard working guys, technically capable, and extremely efficient. The supervisor, Jerry, was very helpful and informative as well, excellent guy! He responded almost instantly whenever I reached out to him. The young guy, Dustin, who hauled the dumpster to my driveway, tried his best to unload the dumpster as closed to one side of the driveway in order to allow me to to pull my car in and out the garage as convenient as possible. In addition, the unloading of the materials were completed in a short time so that the inconvenience of using road by the neighbors was reduced to the least. Great job guys and keep it up! Hi all that are looking at reviews! First of all I have not been asked to do a review by Right Way Roofing (many other companies have asked and i refused I am doing this because they deserve my time). A little back story... an HVAC company caused severe damage to my roof, including putting a hole in my skylight! Right Way was the 1st of 5 companies to reach out. Unfortunately they were the last ones to be able to come out. The reason why, they wanted a specialist, not just any roofer. For that I am so grateful! From the day they came out to where we are currently, the staff at Right Way has been absolute perfection. They have fought to protect my home, have had open communication for every step, and every associate has been so pleasant and professional. As I stated before I had 5 estimates. I could have gone with any one of them but didn't. To be kinda cheesy, Right Way was the right way for me. There are very few companies anymore that can be trusted... this is one! PS... there are are few companies baiting people with gift cards and lunches for good reviews without any service. Keep your eyes out for anything that looks scripted! This is not! So let’s talk a second, I had a smaller back patio roof project that had been band aided for many years prior to our purchased of the property. Although we had the main roof done by another company three years prior, I now know that I should have had Lori and Shane handle everything all at once. The company that did our main roof blatantly let me know that they were not interested. Promises and no call backs. My project still proceeded and was completed with perfection. The roof came out fine and I have faith that the underlayment will last much longer than me. I was very impressed at how Alex and his crew could work so hard during an extreme heat event. Everybody I dealt with at Riteway was very professional and pleasant.

I would highly recommend Right Way Roofing! The whole experience was great from the bid to the workers, the work was done in one day with amazing results and clean up!

Just had our roof replaced after getting several estimates. I was impressed with the shingle warranty (30 year) and workmanship (15 year) warranties. I liked shingle color choices, the thoroughness of getting things up to code and considerations for better ventilation (though not mandatory via additional dormers). The crew were hard working, cleaned up the yard after the job. Kevin and Lori Clark did a great job making sure everything was completed satisfactorily. They also communicated with me in a timely fashion as well when I had questions. Lastly, you may get a discount from your homeowners insurance too like me with a brand new category 3 or 4 grade shingle.

We had our roof replaced and couldn't be happier than the work provided by Right Way Roofing. The cost was reasonable, the work was done to our complete satisfaction and the cleanup was through. Also, there were no surprise cost additions at the end of the project. This is a great company which does great work.

Our experience from beginning to end of the project was excellent. After comparing five different quotes, Zach from Right Way Roofing answered all our questions and concerns, and proved that his company was the right way to go for us to replace our flat roof with his outstanding guidance.

5/25. I hired Right Way roofing located in Arizona upon the suggestion of a neighbor. Right Way provided an estimate within 30 minutes after studying the problem. The estimate was $4000 less than the largest roofing company in Phoenix. And along with that they also provided a 30 and 50 year warranty on the underlayment. The number one company provided only a 10 and 20 year warranty. They were polite. Arrived on time. And completed the job within 2 1/2 days. Unlike the number one company in Arizona, that claimed that they wouldn’t be able to arrive until at least four weeks out. Their manager, Jerry was incredibly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Right Way for any type of roofing repair and certainly roofing underlayment replacement.

We have a newer home (7 years old) that apparently had a wind burst that rearranged our roof tiles and actually removed one tile entirely! They came and repaired the roof in a timely manner at a reasonable cost! Highly recommend them!

What a great company! First off, everyone you speak with on the phone is very professional and pleasant. We had a few tiles come off our roof during the last storm and needed them replaced. I was not sure who to call as there as so many roofing companies advertising in AZ. But then I remembered that one roofing company was female owned. Right Way Roofing. I'm a believer that female run companies are better managed and more focused on quality and good customer service. My AC company is also female owned. Kevin was sent out to handle the repair. While on the roof he also did an inspection to ensure no other tiles were loose and where he found any cracks that might cause water damage, he caulked them. Later same day I received a call from Laurie to make sure I was happy with their service and to send us our invoice. And found out we had a number of things in common. I now feel like a have friends in the roofing business for when a more serious issue comes up. If you have a roofing problem and not sure who to call, call Right Way Roofing! Javier the superintendent on the site was always there when they started and stopped by several times during the latest project. I have referred several friends and family to Right Way because of the professionalism from start to finish. Shopping for a new roof and an honest contractor was a very big deal for me. After plenty of research and numerous estimates, Right Way was the obvious choice. Troy arrived on time, investigated and offered his experienced analysis. I was on a tight time schedule but his team made room for me in the lineup. Kevin oversaw the job and the work force did a terrific job. Cleanup was performed thoroughly and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish with Right Way Roofing! I have to say, communication with everyone we worked with was exceptional. Everyone was very proactive in reaching out and keeping us updated.Troy was very professional, explained their process, answered all my questions and did a great job setting my expectations. I have to say (and I've told all my neighbors this...) the under lament product Right Way uses is top notch, significantly thicker than the other companies products I was provided. I wanted to have all of the edge Tiles 'screwed' into the fascia board instead of being 'nailed'. Troy got me an estimate to do this before he left our initial meeting (~$100 bucks) which I was happy with. Right Way was in the middle of the 3 estimates I received so, based on their pricing, overall process, the under lament product and on 2 other neighbors very positive recommendations, we chose Right Way. I wanted to pre-paint and replace ~40' of new fascia, ~72' of new 1"x4" and 'All' of the new metal flashing. About 3 weeks prior to the start of our job, Jason came by to drop off all the metal flashing so that I would have time to paint it. Jason also recommended Heldt Lumber to get the 2"x8" fascia and 1"x4" because Home Depot obviously has these sizes But the thickness is different than what I needed for my roof and the corners would Not have matched up if I got Home Depot lumber! Jason's recommendation saved his crew some potential headaches and resulted in a very clean look for the 40' of fascia we replaced....all the corners looked amazing. Jason let us know he'd be back the weekend before our project to drop off the dump trailer and he was right on time. We had a crew of ~7guys show up on day 1 of our project and it was apparent, everyone knew their job. For our project we had 40 squares of Tile and just under 5 squares of patio foam. Our project was completed in 2 days and looks great! I also wanted to give a shout out to Mimi (in the office), Jeff (onsite project Lead) and Corey (final inspection walk through) who were all great to work with during our project. Obviously, we had a great experience and I'll be recommending Right Way Roofing to any neighbors or friends that have an upcoming roof project!

We had a leak over our master bath appear after one of the recent rain storms and we were leaving for vacation the next day. I called 3 companies and Right Way was the only company with someone on standby for emergency repairs. Rick came out within the hour and had us patched up, and provided photos of the condition of the roof and we knew it was time to replace our original roof from 2003. Right Way sent Zach out for the quote anfter we got back from our trip. He was professional and answered all my questions. The quote was fair and the warranty and materials are superior to what other roofing companies offer. Javier was our assigned supervisor once we signed with Right Way. He was professional and kept us informed through the process. His crew had the roof done in 3 days. Because our roof was so old, we needed some updates to be up to code. Javier helped coordinate supply delivery so we could have a painter color match the new trim before it was installed, saving us money. I would highly recommend Right Way based on my experience.

They were amazing (I worked with Kevin), had great communication, showed up on time and did exactly what they said. No surprises. Great price, great product, and no hidden "surprises". Troy, the estimator, even helped get my insurance to cover all of it (yes wallet!!). Given my experience, I would not even consider anyone else. Right Way Roofing finished the job without repairing damage to my house that their crew left behind. The damage was reported to and acknowledged by the supervisor well before the job was finished. The Rightway owner made the decision not to cover the damage without ever bothering to look at it. She demanded payment and hid behind small print on the quote that referenced customer liability for all court costs, legal fees, and interest in the event of a dispute. I found it fitting that the owners would add this term on their quote rather than the statement on the front page of their website, "foregoing compensation until you (the customer) are 100% satisfied with our work". That should be all you need to know to look elsewhere for your roofing needs. If you do select Right Way Roofing, I suggest you get them to replace the small print on the quote about payment disputes with their sales commitment that payment is only expected when 100% satisfaction is met.

Kevin came today to address a rather small issue we had with our roof. He called to let us know when he was coming, arrived on time, and fixed our problem. As always, Right Way is professional and easy to work with. Kevin is a prime example of their employees.

I interviewed a half dozen roofing companies before deciding that Right Way offered better materials, craftsmanship, and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I knew what they were going to do and when. Their crew was very professional and did a great job and cleaned up after each days' work. They essentially rebuilt my large patio that had deteriorated over the years and now looks brand new. One thing that stood out throughout the installation was that they responded and attended to any questions that I had, and the project manager kept telling me that if I had any further questions that I could contact him anytime.

Their work is covered by a 30 year warranty and it is transferable if I should ever sell the house. As they've been around for a couple of decades I feel confident that if I should ever need any repair that they will still be in business and will honor their warranty. It was questionable if a couple of the other roofing companies I interviewed would still be around if I ever needed a warranty repair. They didn't require a down payment and I didn't pay the invoice until I was satisfied with the job.

Right Way wasn't the cheapest estimate I got, but I felt that what they offered was a step up and worth it, and I have the peace of mind that if I should ever need a repair that they will be there to take care of it.

After finding out we had a roof leak in our garage ceiling, we called Right Way Roofing and so glad we did. Their products are far superior to what the original builder had used on our roof. We decided to do the whole roof and do it the "right way". Now we can relax when the monsoon hits and not have to worry. Reasonably priced, awesome warranties and in general all around great service. The work was done as planned and the crew were very polite and professional . They left the yard very clean and tidy. Even after picking up the dumpster, they used the blower to pick up any debris. I gave them 5 stars but was a 10 star service for sure. I highly recommend them for your Roofing needs.

I had occasion to work with Right Way Roofing on a large project that I had won to do the gutter installation, while they did the roofing. The owner of Right Way came out before the project began to review with his crew and asked that I be there as well. It was a pep talk. I met his supervisors and some of the installers. I had a nice conversation with the owner and made a mental note that If I needed to recommend a roofing company, I would be confident doing so with this company. Lo and behold, my 7 year old tile roof failed. I called Right Way. They met every expectation and went beyond. Rain was called for and Javier went out of his way to bring tarps to protect us from additional problems. He diligently and with purpose spent an hour on my roof to make sure things were in place to prevent leaks on a failed roof. Jerry became the supervisor when the project began and stayed in touch with us and returned after it was completed to do the final inspection. We live in Cottonwood and could not be happier with Right Way Roofing, especially the superior roof underlayment product and installation, service and professionalism, and manufacturer and labor warranties that far exceeded any other bids we obtained. Zach provided a bid that that was very competitive and Javier as our roofing supervisor paid attention to every detail. Lori and her husband also have a warehouse full of various concrete roof tiles to try to match as closely as possible to our existing 20-year old tiles. The flat roof foam product and coatings for our flat roof over our patio were also a step above most flat roof products. We highly recommend Right Way Roofing!

I had a new shingle roof installed by Right Way Roofing and I am very happy with the work they did! They installed the Titan XT shingles with the Natural Timber color. The installation was postponed by one day due to some bad weather, but Kevin and the crew came out on a Saturday and the crew worked hard on Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. Everything looks great, they did a very thorough clean up, and all questions/concerns were addressed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

RWR is the first contractor I've ever used that I was completely satisfied with in all my 70 years. Johnny and his crew replaced my 25 year old shingled roof in 2.5 days working 12 hour days. Some of the issues you usually worry about are being able to communicate with the workers and, are they going to up the price after they get started. I even had a few sheets of plywood and facia boards replaced that i fully expected to pay extra for, but Johnny said he was not going to charge me. All the workers were very friendly and communicated any questions I had. Johnny, the supervisor and owner of the company was very passionate about his work and profession. I read a google review that RWR didn't like to come to Tucson to do work. They may not want to drive down from Mesa to do a $300 repair but I live 30 minutes south of Tucson and they didn't seem to mind working here. Actually, I got 3 other estimates. They were not the cheapest (by $500) but they were not the most expensive either.
I would highly recommend this company to do your roofing replacement.

It was a pleasure meeting Lori with Right Way Roofing Saturday at the Las Sendas Vendor Fair. I think the quality of material they use is impressive, especially considering that upgrade is not being passed onto the customer. I look forward to getting a bid to replace the underlayment in our house, any client roof needs moving forward, and they will hopefully be bidding to do my parents townhome development.

If you are looking for a roofing company, look no further! Customer service is off the charts. Twice I have called and they sent a wonderful man, Kevin within a few hours. He fixes the issues cheerfully and professionally. Hats off to Lori and her amazing company.

Right Way replaced my tile roof two weeks ago. I was impressed by the professionalism of Troy and his crew by performing a quality job, on time. We used RWR for our new roof. They kept communication open during the entire process . They were professional and kept the area clean throughout the entire process. Right Way Roofing does things the right way! I cant say enough how much of a pleasure they were to have do my roof. Zach Munton was my sales rep and he was a real genuine person, no sales gimmicks. He gave me all the data and patiently let me make my decision. The gals in the office were a delight to deal with as well. Everything that we agreed to was done and done well. Jerry was my site foreman and was very communicative. He listened to all my wants and took care of them within the scope of his work, even a couple aesthetic wants he took care of with a smile. Scheduling happened just as it was discussed and the roofers showed up on time worked hard and respected my property keeping an eye out for my dogs. Its rare to find a company that executes well all the way through the process but they did it with grace, with a great product , great warranty , great craftsmanship and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Right Way Roofing to anyone with roofing needs. What a class act!

I’ve been in the roofing industry for a long time , But by far this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. We use the best materials, Give the best workmanship warranties and the customer service is on point from start to finish of every job.

This is our second time using Right Way - our first house in Gilbert and our new home in Fountain Hills. Both experiences were painless from beginning to end. Gary took great care of us through the proposal/selection process and Heather is an amazing communicator and took great care of us with scheduling, etc.

Jeff’s and Kevin’s crews were incredibly knowledgeable, polite, professional and very tidy. Jeff in particular, went above and beyond to keep us informed of everything his crew was doing and where the project stood at the end of each day. (biggest part of the roof) He was incredibly honest and communicative and there were no surprises and no up selling which is a rarity in today’s times. Thank you to the entire Right Way staff for going above and beyond. Also, very nice touch to receive a thank you card from you guys. Keep up the good work!!

P.S. Their bid might be a bit more expensive, BUT the materials and warranty did not compare to the other roofers – we learned this on our Gilbert house and confirmed again with the FH house on the home inspection.

Third Review -
This is the third time we have used Right Way for our roof replacements on our two different houses. This time it was my mother’s house. They are a company full of competent folks; from the estimator (Troy), office staff (Lori & Amber), Javier and his installation crew – we can’t say enough. They are professional, easy to work with and their communication skills are impeccable – especially Javier as the onsite foreman. My mom is thrilled with her new roof and the way it looks. They are competitively priced and use the best quality materials with a transferable warranty. We highly recommend Right Way and would never consider using any other company. As a side note – there was a main water main break at the end of my mom’s driveway the day the materials were being delivered. I was stressing because the street was closed, but the crew at Right Way handled it with complete ease and there were no delays. Hats off to the entire team!!
