Premier Restoration Hawaii

The construction company I work for used Premier Restoration's services to help cleanup some of the post-construction work. The two technicians, Kieron and Lala, who were sent to do the work were very punctual and professional. They had good communication and positive attitudes and got all the work done in a safe, thorough, and timely manner. We (along with our clients) are very pleased with how everything looks!

They made a very stressful period less nerve wracking. Garrett and his crew (Kieron, Bill, and Kana'i) were amazing... professional, efficient, and respectful. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. Mahalo!

This place is the worst. Do not use them for your water damage. They took multiple days to even notice part of the water damage and wasted precious days that could have been spent drying my home. Then they tried to overcharge us for extra days of equipment rental. If my husband hadn't spent hours after they left removing wet drywall and insulation, my home would still be wet. Save yourself a headache and use a different company

Called Premier Restoration to do some moisture testing and setup fans and a dehumidifier to help dry out a multifamily condo unit after a water leak. They responded right away and Garrett Estevez (Project Manager) helped make the process go as smoothly as possible.His communication was great, he was very informative and responsive whenever I called. Very happy with my experience with Premier Restoration Hawaii and would highly recommend.

Justin, Donald, Michael,and Cyrus from Premier Restoration mitigation team the most professional
and knowledgeable with the issues in our unit. Justin explained step by step what they will be doing and Donald and Michael worked out the details efficiently and kept my place as clean as possible while working on my unit. They changed their booties each time coming in and out of the contaminated area. Cyrus came also with Donald and assisted Donald in the cleanup and was also very professional and respectful to our unit . The mitigation team Justin, Donald, Mike and Cyrus working on my unit 3801 West Tower at the Moana Pacific Condominium. They are very professional and very informative throughout the process. They started the repair job immediately because of the extend of the water damage leaking from above. I would recommend this company highly. The team members and project manager are all very very nice and courteous.
They answered all my questions during the process. I will give all of them 10 stars.

Kieron and Lala came out to help us with our water damage, they are a wealth of knowledge and assurance. They had much Aloha and did a spot on job looking for the water damage and setting up the driers. They treated us and our home like we were family. I wanted to give a big thank you to Dylan, Matt and Isaiah for the fantastic job they did in restoring our son’s room! Water had leaked in through the roof and caused mold to form on the lower wall

Premier Restoration was contacted on August 21 to mitigate a huge leak initiated from a broken water heater above my unit. They responded immediate and was there with all the equipment and work crew to extract water, measure the wetness in ceiling walls, and floors and affected areas. Dylan who supervised the crew of 4 young men, Isaiah, Niko, Terran, and Bobby did an outstanding job. The crew immediately knew what to do in setting up water extraction machines, hoses and fans. They worked together extreme well and were efficient, clean, courteous and respectful. Dylan and his crew listened to all of my concerns and communicated the process and next steps each day. They were prompt in returning each day and on time to check the water dampness and take pictures to document the process from beginning to end. They cleaned up after each work shift and ensured to keep the unaffected areas pristine by taping up those rooms and areas. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and work ethics. Premier’s work quality and service is worth each penny spent! I had total peace of mind knowing they were handling this project. Premier Restoration did a great job quickly responding to a building flood event that did major damage to my condo. Their mitigation/demolition team were quick, prompt, thorough, professional & kept me fully apprised every step of the way. They gave me peace of mind in this phase of mega damage to my condo. This has been a traumatic ordeal as basically my entire unit needed to be gutted, top to bottom. A big mahalo to Dylan, Nico, Terran & Isiah. I appreciated the manner in how they did their job and conducted themselves very much.

I look forward to meeting and working with the Rebuild/Renovation Team during the next phase.

They caused damage to my unit with their dehumidifier, acknowledged the damage at the time it happened, accepted photos of the damage and I could not get them to come back and repair. Many, many emails and texts and calls with zero resolution. Poor on coming back to repair damage they themselves caused with their own equipment when moving through property.

I spoke to Bennett in getting information for my insurance claim.
She was so helpful in such a spirited manner . It was 1-2-3 ALL DONE. She got assistance from another member and everything was provided to the insurance company and me.
She even followed up with a phone call to see if I received her email.

Highly recommend Travis Riley. Very professional and personal. He did an exceptional job installing our new counter tops and cabinetry for my parents kitchen redo due to a water damage. I would request for for his services again if any work comes up either for my own home or to family and friends.

Recently our house flooded from a broken waterline, we weren’t home when it happened and by the time we got home there was an inch of water through out the whole house, We were traumatized we got a hold of Premier Restoration who sent what we call the A team led by Jepp and his guys Jeff, Ryan and Ro, they worked fast, diligently and professionally, while also being courteous and informative. After 5 days of fans, humidifiers and exposing the wet areas that were hidden they were done, the house was dry and ready to be repaired. Thanks guys for your excellent work. There was a leak in the neighbor's water heater in our apartment building that ended up flooding through the adjoining wall separating our apartments into our unit's storage room, a bit of our living room and foyer area, and completely soaking the common area's hallway between our two apartment's front doors. I was just returning from an afternoon appointment when I was called and told that I needed to go upstairs immediately to check on the apartment because there was a water leak. Yhe neighbor's property manager had apparently called Premier Restoration and Scottie's mitigation team arrived as soon as they could ... for the neighbor's apartment. After some clarification with higher ups and a quick signature authorizing them to enter our unit, Kama, Matt, and Don began work to extract flooded water from our unit's carpet, drying all affected walls, removing wet materials, and even detaching our lower corner cabinet in the kitchen to ensure everything dried completely. Despite the extensive dry wall cutting and insulation removal involved, the team kept things as neat and clean as possible, erecti g protecti e barrier walls for the storage room and kitchen to keep dust at a minimal level, vacuuming sawdust/debris as they removed wet materials, and protecting the carpets outside the barrier walls. This team did a really good, professional mitigation service, but I'm still working with their billing team to obtain a few corrections to the estimates made for this job. This review is to give props up to Scotti's mitigation team. I woud gladly have Premier back, if ever we ran Iinto another flood emergency in the future.

Premier Restoration did a fantastic job of taking care of mold and repair of our bathroom due to a leaky toilet. Talanoa and Patrick did the reconstruction. You can't tell that there was ever any damage. Amazing to me. I felt Talanoa went above and beyond calling us in the morning to let us know he was picking up supplies and time he expected to arrive. He was also able to accommodate our schedule. All much appreciated. I highly recommend Premier.

Just saying thank you and great job is not enough! PRH crew from Tish (Client Care Coordinator), Mike C (Estimator), Robert (ABT) and Brandon (REC) were TREMENDOUSLY AWESOME. Friendly, courteous, prompt, accommodating and the bathroom work was excellent. My challenges of timing were met as I was stressed with the closing of my condo and had to get the repair done NOW. And they did just that, right on time. I can't thank them enough, that is a really GREAT TEAM that they have at PRH.

There was a water leak from my neighbor’s unit that flooded my floor. Premier restoration was called to help with the drying and the floor removal. Scotty, Matt, and Kanai were wonderful. They explained everything and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel so much at ease. They were fast, patient, knowledgeable, and very courteous.

We had our dishwasher break and flood our kitchen and under our floor. Scotty, Matt and Kanai did an awesome job with the mitigation! They were quick to respond and had very flexible schedules to work with. They did a great job communicating throughout the process!

The people were very easy to work with and quick too. When they realized they could schedule us even sooner than originally planned, they jumped on it. Very grateful they took care of our condo, and prevented any further or lasting damage from occurring. Scotty was a great Project Manager and kept us up to date on everything, doing several check ups to ensure everything was drying out correctly. Matt & Kanai did a great job too. This company is no fuss and will tell you what you need to know to help you figure out what your options are for restoration, repairs, and even renovations.

When I heard dripping water coming from inside my electrical outlet I knew there was an issue! The building management sent over Premier Restoration Hawaii, and I was blessed to have Scotty as my rep. The initial day, Scotty explained what he was doing, which was setting up a dehumidifier +2 fans, and explained that he would check on me daily until the issue was resolved. Scotty did check in every day and even went so far as changing out one of the fans because it had gotten very loud and he knew I worked from home. Scotty was not only prompt and professional, but also showed such a high-level of expertise in identifying and efficiently fixing the issue. The communication throughout the process was excellent, as I mentioned with regular updates. I’m impressed with the quality of work and the level of communication that Scotty provided. He made a scary situation very pleasant. He calmed me down. The customer service was simply exceptional, and most importantly, I felt valued as a customer! Thank you, Scotty.

After our washing machine flooded the laundry room and into a nearbv carpeted room, Scotty responded to our call immediately and provided excellent communication throughout the project. Matt and Kanai were the onsite technicians. They did an excellant job as they worked for three days drying out the area and monitoring to be sure all the water was dried up inside the walls to help prevent any mold from developing. I appreciated their respectfulness of our home and their efforts to keep me fully informed explaining the process along the way. I'm very pleased with the work provided.

Thanks to the extremely speedy response to my anquish over a burst pipe and flooded house, this company saved me even more grief. Don and Matt worked professionally and diligently to remedy the water suction and drying necessities. Communication was excellent with supervisor Scotty and together they made a horrible situation bearable and the remedy was perfect.

Probably the worst restoration company on Oahu still waiting after 3 months for these amateur’s to finish the job . On top of this the estimate dollar amounts added to change living room and kitchen floors when no water damage was found. The bright spot is the employee’s who do the work are super polite and respectful

I normally don’t leave feedback online, but I was impressed on the services we received from Premier Restoration Hawaii (Oahu). The above condo unit from ours had water leaks for months and caused substantial damage to our bathroom ceiling, walls and flooring. We called some restoration company to assess the damages in our unit but didn't get any reasonable quote and customer service responses were lacking. Premier Restoration Hawaii was referred to us and they provided us with great service from start to end. The inspector (Mike Casing) who came in the next day after we called was very thorough explaining the process and very professional. We received the work estimates a few days later and after receiving approval from our insurance company, the Mitigation Team started the work right away. After several weeks the Reconstruction Team took over. Everyone we encounter at Premier Restoration Hawaii in Oahu were very pleasant to work with and provided great services. Special thank you to the Reconstruction Team project manager, John (JJ) Parugganan and his crew Vic and others. JJ and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. JJ responded to all our texts and calls, even at night and on weekends. He made sure all our questions and concerns were answered. Overall Premier Restoration Hawaii did a great job restoring our bathroom better than before and absolutely would recommend them.

Conclusion: Horrible management, expect at least 2-3 weeks delay, communicate everyday, they made temporary door that doesn’t even close properly(which broken 3 days later and they hasn’t fixed it) because they FORGOT to order the door?

Had 45 days and now asking for 7 days more extension, extra $2100 expense. It feels like good people working for bad company. Will keep yall updated, but so far this is my review

They took 3 months from February to mid May to prepare for construction which they claim we need to be out for 45 days, and now they’re asking for 7 days more extensions while other units are done. They literally work only 2 hours a day and take break for the rest. I see multiple days that they are never working, what kind of restoration company works 2 hours a day for 45 days with multiple days of no shows, and now requesting for 7 days more extensions.

Update June 30th
Literally workers there are nice, but still have no progress. They asked for 7 days extensions and still have wall paint, ceiling paint, flooring, wall construction, door attachment, ceiling fan attachment, kitchen attachment, and ac unit attachment and STILL NOBODY WORKED ON THAT DAY. They also said “4th of July is holiday” which makes them only have 4 more days to work on those. Unprofessional and horrible company management, fail to notify the client with extra cost. Only reason I gave 2 star is because ceiling fan and ac unit attachment is almost 75% of competitors.

Update of July 6th
They asked for another 2 days extension. We’ve already had to extend for 9 days and has no floating assets left, which puts our family in danger of homelessness until they finish their work.

Update of July 11th
They’re still working on the house. Basically they are making another company to do it. Those Chinese workers works way more than Premier, it makes me even think I should’ve just asked them instead of premier doing it. Everything will be done by July 14 they said, which means it was basically 15 days extra extension on top of 45 days they had. If they could made it done 75% of works in first 15 days, why couldn’t they finish in 45 days they had

Premier Restoration Hawaii 's workmanship and professionalism reach a level of excellence I could not even imagine. The quick response made a huge difference so that no further damage would occur.
They came out right away and in days had a crew complete both the master bathroom and guest bathroom. Please see the attached pictures.
The interactions I experienced at each level were outstanding. As an old timer, the respect, pride and superior workmanship meant a lot to me. The friendly staff from Tish to JJ to Henry et al were refreshing. I felt cared for as if they were my own children looking out for my best interests. Premier Restoration Hawaii runs their business as if you are family.

We are so, so, SO impressed with Premier Restoration. They were incredibly thorough and responsive every step of the way. Mike the inspector, Brandon and Jahren, Wanda, and Bula were all consummate professionals. If you have water damage in Hawaii and aren't sure what to do, call them!

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His expertise in his decision to tackle the job was exceptional. He packed up the contents of my garage and put in storage then was able to clean up from the fire in a week. He pretty much made it easier for the next team that comes in to repair damages. Our HOA had our three condo buildings’ hallway carpets cleaned by Shaun Berry, Premier Restoration last week. He did a thorough job cleaning out carpets, including some stubborn spot areas. We are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend him/them for your carpet cleaning needs.

Brede and Zai handled the restoration of our water damaged flooring and walls. I cannot say more about their service and professionalism. From Tisha, Sidney, Zai and Brede, this company was amazing. Responsive, personable, professional. From the beginning, Tisha and Sidney were very responsive and timely, answering questions, and helping to navigate the process. Sidney was excellent. Conscientious and honest. Then came Zai and Brede, who made sure that the work done to repair was done quickly, and with the highest quality. They cared about the work, was very attentive. What I especially liked is that I felt like they were interested in MY best outcome and interests. I would definitely recommend them,

Premier Restoration Hawaii did a great job taking care of water damage due to pipe crack. They were quick and fast. The whole team treated us with respect and we’re very sympathetic to what we are going through. I really appreciate the kindness they have shown us.

We had a Major leak in the ceiling from the AC. Darin and AJ Got the job done very fast and efficient . They were on time and very professional and paid close attention to detail. We will definitely use their services in the future.

A wonderful team that stayed in contact with me during the event. My items were packed, cleaned restored, and delivered to my new housing unit. I appreciate keeping me informed on all milestones in the process. The delivery team even moved my big ticket items to the rooms with minimal guidance from me due to their prior planning of room layout. A very good team.

During the Kona Low storm several rooms in our house flooded. TM and Kurt were wonderful explaining the water extraction procedures, installing the equipment, and then removing the equipment. They both called, were on time, provided professional service, and were very kind to our two dogs. We appreciate the exceptional service and would call Premier Restoration again!

TM and Sean were assigned to dry the walls after a flood and they were both so professional, and courteous. Because they go from job to job during the day, they try to schedule arrival times but if they are delayed, they always phone to let us know and give us a new estimated arrival time.

After discovering I had a water leak in the walls between my kitchen and bathroom vanity I was referred to Premier Restoration Hawaii to have them determine the extent of the damage. Due to their diligence with this aspect of the work I decided I would use them for what ended up being an abatement project and then reconstruction. EVERYONE I worked with was wonderful. As I was doing this from afar they were patient with all of my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and I could not be happier with the quality of work that was done. I would highly recommend them to others.

Our landlord used them after moving us into a home that had dogs. I am horribly allergic to animals and inquired about pets being in the unit before ever filling out an application, she stated there were none. Upon move in I always shampoo the carpet so it will have the smell that I like, but the carpets were horribly soaked with animal urine and whatever else. The carpets honestly needed to be replaced but she wanted to try to clean them first. When they came in to clean they stated they most likely wouldn’t be able to really get down to the problem as there were two huskies in the house before us which the neighbors and pet hair confirmed, but they still did a pretty good job and were upfront with their limitations in this particular situation. The carpets looked amazing the issue was simply beyond them.

Our condo building had a water leak emergency on March 29, 2021. The source unit responsible for the leak was right above us, and two of our bathrooms were affected.

Thank goodness the building manager called Premier Restoration right away, to test moisture and dry the walls for us with their professional equipment.

Adam and Noah from Premier took care of our unit over 3 days from March 30 to Apr 1. They were both excellent in customer service and communication with us. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and minimize our stress level.

Excellent service by Premier! Definitely will keep them in our back pocket, in case of need in the future.

Today we experienced first hand Premier Restoration Hawaii's awesome service and staff. We can't thank the technicians Lala and Ili enough for quickly coming to our aid to determine if we have or have not done major damage to our house with the overflow that occurred from our washing machine. We are so appreciative of Lala and Ili's care, concern and expertise in keeping our home clean and water damage free.

After only three months of owning our first home we had a leak in the wall. We worked directly with our insurance who sent Premier for water mitigation. The team that was sent was polite, attentive and very professional. They all wore a mask while in my home and cleaned up very well when they were done working. Lala's customer service really stood out to us. He worked with our schedule and was very personable during this difficult time. We are still not done with all the steps needed to get our house back to normal. but I am certain the Premier team will continue to do an amazing job.

When my water heater broke and soaked 1/2 of my condo, TM and Lala came out within a couple of hours to vacuum up the water. They carefully tested my home for moisture and took photos of all the readings and set up blowers and heaters for the rest. They returned every day to monitor and move or remove dehumidifiers and blowers as needed. The last thing I wanted during the Covid stay-at-home-order was strangers in my home; however the Premier Restoration team wore their masks and rarely touched anything except their own machines. Everyone was extremely polite, diligent and thorough. They came every day for 6 days until every affected area tested dry. Once my carpet dried, Larry came out to clean it, and I assumed the water stains would not come out. I was told Larry was a miracle worker, and it's true. My carpet looked brand new when he finished. Then Mike came out with a 3-D imaging camera to take pictures and measurements for the restoration estimate. Jason worked with my insurance company to ensure that everything on the estimate would be covered. Once that was approved, Don came out to review the job and the next day, Sirian was here plugging holes, installing and painting the baseboards and tacking the carpet back down. Anna, the Oahu Project Manager, was always on top of the things, and assisted me with understanding the processes and paying the invoices. I highly recommend these sympathetic, diligent and friendly professionals. Every one of them gave me their cell numbers, so I could reach them as needed. They all did great work and made a bad situation as good as possible. Big Thank You to everyone at Premier!

We used them for biological cleaning in our building a couple times now and I've been super impressed with their teams each time. Their level of professionalism is through the roof. The team was courteous, and informative. They checked in and gave updates throughout the day and took the time to explain the different processes and what it meant not only for the building but for them as a team as well. PRH had a quick response time. I was hoping to have a smooth transition from mitigation to reconstruction, but that was not the case. Overall, my experience was great. Mahvin, the technician, was respectful and professional from start to end and understood my concerns. I felt comfortable contacting the office and talking with Emmie the coordinator to get my needs met.

My kitchen flooded while I was on vacation for two weeks! Called premiere and the mitigation crew did a fantastic and professional job! I could hope for any better. I take care of my home and wanted to ensure that it was done right, with care, and detail orientation. They sent Ili and Leejay their “A-Team”. The work they did was like they were working on their own home. Professional and again with the utmost care. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself needing mitigation work!

Premier Restoration Hawaii was great! They were efficient and fast, always friendly and took care of our mold situation with absolute professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I had Sean Perry come out from Premier restoration to mitigate a couple of units that had mold issues from water damage and I was very happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable with what he does, and a hard worker. He responded quick,cleaned it quick, accommodated my needs and answer every phone call that I made with questions. I'm satisfied with the work that was performed, and would highly recommend Sean Perry from Premier restoration to others who needs their place fixed from water damage.
