Sam Rivera owner of Sam’s YR Roofing Company does not honor his word or his warranty. I hired him to repair the leaky flat roof of my residence and he guaranteed the job. Unfortunately the roof still leaks and the leaks are worse than before he worked on it . He will not return my calls . I do not recommend him to anyone and would not hire him .
Would rate him 0 star if that was an option .
