Murakami Roofing

Very happy with my new roof. Murakami roofing charged me half of what Kapili roofing was going to charge me. I saved big bucks! I highly recommend Murakami Roofing. They did a good job too with taking the old shingles and nails. And they actually took our bulky item which was our old porch roof. Very kind local braddahs.

Earlier this week, strong winds and rain ruined my roof and caused it to leak. I called my insurance company and Murakami Roofing. They were very quick to come out to give me an estimate to repair the damage. A couple days later, the owner himself came out to make the repairs even though there were 70 other homes that were damaged by the wind. I was finally able to sleep at night not having to worry about rain pouring in the middle of my house. I can't say enough great things about the high level of caring this company gives to their customers. The other company I called me and said they couldn't make any repairs until the next month.

March 2018, had our roof done in 2017 by Murakami’s.. All the recent bouts of rain caused ponding on the roof. Called to inform them of the situation.. they came to assess and returned last couple days to remove damaged parts and reroof the area. We are extremely happy with their professional service and their commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

I couldn’t be happier with my new roof! It looks great, the color blends in well and matches the house and the surroundings. During the two days of removing old shingles, making necessary repairs to water damaged wood, and installing new shingles and drip edges, all the workers were most courteous and respectful, very professional, no loud music or loud yelling was ever heard. It was actually quite pleasant being in the house while all of this work was being done. The crew cleaned up the entire areas surrounding the house, went over the yard repeatedly with a metal detector, and every bit of rubbish was picked up. The finished product was done so professionally, it compliments the whole house, making it look new again. Thank you to everyone and to Clinton and Shelly for coordinating the work flow, despite unexpected weather changes, to get the job done successfully. I highly recommend Murakami Roofing to anyone who wants the best!

We were very satisfied on the job that was done. It looks great and the crew was very nice and courteous. The gods gave us that full day of no rain and the job was done quickly. That night it really rained hard at the house and for the first time in two years, I didnt have to walk around the house looking up at the ceiling tile to spot new leaks. It felt great. Called these guys from their ad on Google offering free gutters a few months ago. Set up the estimate appointment, and they were replacing our roofing in a week. They worked fast, and did a great job. Murakami's roofing has some other bad reviews on yelp, but I really don't see where the "bad reputation" in this company is. I really have no idea.

All I know is they did a great job again, and my wife was very happy, so I'm happy! Haha
