I have called Premier Restoration twice. They are prompt, helpful, efficient and very nice for emergencies or non-emergency situations. I highly recommend them.

Premier Hawai’i (Kauai) is absolutely the finest, most efficient, most skilled restoration and reconstruction company we have ever worked with. We have been in the construction business on the mainland for over 40 years and found Premier Hawai’i, with Sydney at the helm, a top-notch company in every metric they could be measured. And, one exceptional employee that must be acknowledged, is Travis, who was still working upon our arrival, and stayed late into the day to complete, our master bath shower. He even hung a shower curtain and vacuumed the bathroom. Travis’s exceptional work ethic and desire to do master craftsmanship-quality work on a rush job stunned us. Travis is one-in-a-million employee and he’s at the perfect company, as Premier Hawai’i (Kauai) is above all the rest in their laser focus on top-quality work at a fair price. A rarity in the construction world. A++++ in our book.

This review is nearly a year late, but the Premier Restoration Hawaii-Kaua’i did such outstanding work that I had to write this belated review. They are outstanding and if you have a disaster at your home, you should call them!

The Friday before 2021 Thanksgiving I was on the Mainland. That evening I received a call from my former house/dog sitter. She said she’d fallen asleep and when she woke up there was water everywhere in my great room. She had left the sink faucets in the Powder room running when she had fallen asleep. I tried calling everyone I knew but none of the companies I called answered, and my insurer had no recommendations for any Kaua’i companies.

Fortunately one of my neighbors was home, and brought his wet/dry vac up and was able to eliminate most of the standing water in my Great room, hall and kitchen. However, water damage to my oriental carpets, floor and walls remained. The morning after I returned a good friend told me to contact her friend who had recently sold his company to Premier Restoration Hawai’i..

I called, and one of their people came to do the initial assessment. They did all the cleaning and repairs that were needed including repairing some wall damage, and totally repainting that room perfectly. They moved all the furniture so they could get my stone floors properly cleaned, scrubbed and re-sealed. They also had my oriental rugs cleaned. Despite all the moving of furniture and accessories, not a single thing was broken or damaged. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company.

Everyone in their office and everyone who helped repair and restore my home was friendly, professional, and hard working. They answered all my questions and made a horrible situation tolerable. The repairs lasted until February 2022, but I was so impressed that when I had a couple of unrelated repair issues, I called them and they fit me into their schedule. They were excellent, and I urge anyone w/damage to their home to call them.
