Kuhio Mazda

Shop rates are outrageous! On top of an already giant bloated bill they charge 3% to use a credit card! The least they could do is wave the fee if your bill breaks $2000.
I was told that I would get a loaner car on day 1 but excuse after excuse of no car. Luckily my parts came in pretty quick and the repair was finished ahead of schedule . I probably will not be getting any other service work done that isn’t covered by my warranty.

Great people to work with super nice also provides great service to get around town while your car/truck is getting worked on

Truck got smashed, body shop was excellent from management to techs, unfortunate world parts issues did put a hamper on a timely service but I was well informed and taken care of with excellent service, props to the body shop they did an excellent job. Nothing in life is perfect but they made a great effort to be.

Work seems to be done well. Juli was SUPER helpful and very communicative. Would have given 5 stars except when I picked my car up (after hours) it was covered in red dirt. In all the crevices of windows and windshield. After having the car for about three weeks it seems like it would have been totally possible to wash off the red dirt that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off. Other than that, everything was good.

Easy check in, very accommodating, they were able to get the job done right away. Thanks to Kennah , Julie & whoever check my vehicle! Mahalo!

My experience has always been good,
The only complaint I have is when I get my car back there’s always dirt and mud in there, I was a little disappointed because I just had my car detailed.

My buying experience with Micheal, was five stars I really appreciate how hard everyone at Kuhio Ford works. Micheal was so helpful when I bought my new Bronco. Julie is so hard working and really tried her best. She also gets all the stars from me! The truth is It’s very hard to get your car worked on. I was way over due for my service because they couldn’t get me a loner car. It took so long for me to get an appointment to have my car serviced even when I didn’t ask for a loner car. They need to hire more service people . The problem is it’s hard to find workers. The bottom line is they need to pay their service workers more. So people can afford to work there, and live on Kauai. We bought these cars in good faith. The big guys have made all that money. They are going to have to spend some of it now to honor the agreement they made to take care of the people that bought their product.

They did a very thorough inspection on my vehicle that I think most places wouldn’t do for the same base price.

Need to look at your early check in I took my truck in on Thursday and no one checked the key box and my truck didn’t get serviced so they said to bring the truck in Friday so I dropped off my truck and all the gates were locked so I dropped my keys in the early drop box so I call to check if my truck was done at 1230 and they said no keys was in the box but they checked it again and the keys were in the box so they said they were going to do the service but if I didn’t call it wouldn’t get serviced

Kuhio Collision is the best choice on the island for accident repairs! They provide quality work with fast and friendly service. I was worried it would be a long and hard process but Randel communicated with me every step of the way. They repaired my door and matched the paint perfectly. What a fiasco! After having the leak in our van not found by the dealer and told they placed it under a shower for several hours, I came back to the island to find the leak myself. I found the galling of water they had poured over it. Then I was told it had been repaired and the repair job looks like I gave a young child a wad of gum and they stuck it on the leak then painted over it. Such a horrible fix. Next replacing the carpet which apparently is not covered under warranty it took 6 months. Worst experience we've ever had.

First time bringing my truck in for an oil, usually the hubs takes care of it for me. I was really happy with their service department.

Everyone was very nice, I believe Julie helped us because Brandon was unavailable. Liz shuttled us back and forth. I've always taken my cars to the dealership to get services done so that they can effectively track maintenance done on my vehicles. Now I am new to living in Hawaii, but I've never paid this much for a basic oil change service. Outside of price, everything met my expectations

They did a fabulous job repairing my doors on my Kia Soul after being hit by another car. I was worried about the crinkle in-between the 2 door jams.. Like new! May provides excellent customer service. They are in the Kuhio Ford, Mazda dealership. The best part is that it only took a few days once scheduled. Job well done They were listed on State Farms preferred vendor list.

Brought 2016 Mazda CX5 in for 50000 mile service. Day after, one of the tires were flat and 2 weeks later the dashboard “check engine” light as well as the “low tire pressure” light went on. And I don’t know why when I have an appointment early in the morning the car is not done until late afternoon. My friend takes his truck to the Toyota dealer for his service and it is done less than 2 hours later.

They did an amazing job, I usually dread car shopping but everyone at Kuhio Ford made this a pleasant experience. Fair, pleasant and great customer service. I got an appointment within 4 days for a regular maintenance on my hybrid Toyota Camry. Toyota (Servco) said I had to wait for TWO MONTHS - and I’d bought the car from them! Ford does a good job and makes you feel like a value customer, not a bother. And they give you a comprehensive print out of the work. I never got that from Servco.
