Sergio performed excellent work while patching a spot in my leaking roof. He was very cordial and respectful and have me a reasonable price for the work performed. Bo confirmed that all was well but using my mater hose to mimic the rain, to confirm that all was well and that there were no more leaks. I am very pleased with Sergio's work and would definitely hire him again and will definitely refer him to others.

Fantastic work from Michael, Eric and Daquan! These guys came in, assessed the situation and got right to work with the demo and rebuild. Quality from start to finish, and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.

Going back to the beginning at the presentation at my house with Randy no one could probably ever do as good of a job he did presenting jacuzzi products I enjoyed his company I had a lot of questions for him he was able to answer them very intelligently and quite frankly that's why I bought the stuff now let's get to the point where they came to the house that would be another Randy the assistant and Eric the mechanic you can't get any better than those two guys they work together very well took care of my house showed respect for me and my house answered any questions I had I tried not to ask any finish the job fast I mean fast really good bunch of good guys give them credit for what they did I would definitely do it again but I think it would have to be the three people I dealt with y'all have a good time and I'm enjoying the shower my wife likes it y'all have a good one bye-bye now

Excellent experience, from start to finish. Started with the low-pressure sales. Salesperson spent a lot of time going over the features of their doors, measuring the doorframe, looking for anomalies, and answering our questions. He knew ahead of time that we would not be making a decision that day; nonetheless, he spent over two hours on initial appointment. The deal was the deal - no pressure to make a decision that day. After talking to other companies, we asked him to come back to answer some additional questions, including differences between their products and their competitors’ products. Ended up signing a contract that day.

Project Manager contacted us a few days after we signed the contract. He showed up, performed more measurements, and explained what would happen. He provided his number if we had any questions. Company didn’t over-promise in terms of delivery time - 6 - 8 weeks was quoted; however, the door was ready for installation within a month.

Door was delivered at 7:30 AM the day of the install. The installation team arrived approximately 9 AM. Installation team was clean-cut and professional. The laid down materials to protect our floors, and cleaned up after themselves. Installation took approximately 5 hours. Once complete, the team leader showed us the door and asked if we had any questions.

The whole experience was very positive. It’s a lot for a door; however, after looking at other companies, P.J.’s price was the lowest. Quality of the door is top notch and a significant improvement over the previous door (Home Depot purchase and install).

Eric and his team did a great job with the exception of one wall which has to be fix the job is great and everything looks awesome.

Fantastic people and workmanship. I can't say enough good things. I am very happy and satisfied with Fitzpatrick. They do great work and they care about it.

The guys who came were awesome. They covered the walk way into the house all the way into the bathroom. They were very friendly. The one gentleman asked me a bunch of questions and let me see the work as they were working to see what my thoughts were about the progress. It came out great. I can’t wait till the glass doors are installed to see the final finish. Thank you so much.

Brad didn't use mixed match shingles on my roof. Brad took pictures of all the work he did before and after. No use cones and vent housing, and shingles.

I appreciate his honesty when he told me that shingles he had, didn't match and that he would get the shingles that match roof shingles. It made me really look at Brad as a Man who is honest and confident in his field and take pride in his work!

JP Fitzpatrick was a great experience having our one day shower install done. Andrew, Eric and Michael were professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable in what they do! They worked hard all day with no slacking. They did a beautiful job we could not be happier! Andrew explained how to care for our shower and all warranties after they finished. Thank you for everything!

The overall experience was good and we like or new shower. The installers were courteous and the installation went well and even finished ahead of schedule.

The only issue we had was that at some point during the installation, someone cracked one of our floors tiles by the front corner of the shower pan between the pan and the toilet, but did not inform us of the damage. This issue could not have been missed since the installer that caulked the pan and shower walls could not miss such a large an obvious crack in the tile just an inch or two away from the 1/8" wide crack.

I noticed this the next morning when I went to rehang our shower curtain and called customer service immediately, only to be transferred multiple times to multiple people and ended up leaving a message about the damage.

This cracked tile needed to be fixed ASAP since it was right next to the shower and I couldn't risk water getting down in it to the subfloor, and since no one called me back, I opted to pay more money out of my own pocket to fix it myself with water proof grout.

Our install was on 5/23. I finally heard back from someone at PJ Fitzpatrick on 6/24 and it seemed it was mostly just to see if the issue was still an issue so they could close out the work order and get paid, not because their install tech broke a tile and didn't say anything, or that no one got back to us for a whole month.

Came and fixed a roof leak quickly - and thoroughly. Explained everything extremely well, talked about future roof issues that might eventually come but didn’t need work now. Price was reasonable, and didn’t try to upsell anything unreasonably.

I wasn't impressed that the sales manager came to my house with the sales person but sat there like he was some one in training. Until they stepped out of my house then came back and stated he was the sales manager and was offering me a different price for the roof. This is the reason I decided not to go with the company because if the sales person said he could only give me a certain price for today. But when the two leave out and come back they are willing to drop the price by almost 3000. I don't like that they were pressuring me to purchase a roof from them. The appointment was scheduled for 1 hr. They stayed at my house almost three hours and 2 hrs was used to try to convince me to purchase the roof. This caused me to get behind in my work schedule.

Cole Carter provided excellent service. Showed up on time. Couldn't completely fix what was needed due to materials, but improvised and made the siding look good.

Rep communicated well, called back when supposed to.. and showed up on time ! Excellent customer service and was extremely relatable !! Great presentation and was able to assist with financing on the spot ... Great experience !

Cole was excellent!! However, our situation wasn’t a fit and perhaps we could have better determined during the initial phone call.

Jose S. was truly the most informative and kindest technician to come assist with our gutter issues. He spent the time telling me what the issues were corrected the problem, didn’t push anything but gave us options to think about to help not have the same issue happen in the near future. I could not have asked for a more competent and informative person to help.

Jose did a great job. My door was busted up from a storm and he was able to fix it and put it back on which was quite a difficult task.

Drew came to our home and explained the process of converting our garden tub to a shower. He walked us through everything and answered all our questions. He showed us samples and color options. We are looking forward to seeing the finished results. Update. Our shower is done and we love it. We had a garden tub which we couldn't use as we are senior citizens and it was hard to get in and out of. The men were neat and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our new shower.

The consulting representative was great. His demeanor was A-1. As of the date of this review we have just made the arrangements to have a bathroom installation done and still have a few weeks before our bathroom will be upgrade. Once the work has been complete I will be able to provide an accurate review of the entire process.

A few weeks have passed and the installation is completed. The crew had a professional demeanor, very courteous, and maintained a level of cleanliness when demolishing our old tub and shower combo. The guys stayed on task as promised and finished on time with minimal dust to clean up.

Cole did an excellent job repairing my siding and screen on my slider. He was professional and always communicated with me at to the completion of the job. Will definitely reach out in the future for more exterior home needs.

The person who came to fix the plastering did a below average job. Needed more plastering and sanding it smooth. Touch up paint was needed.

This company does not call you back when you have an issue with your install. I have called 5 times so far to have someone call me back to rectify my shower install, and nobody has reached out to resolve the problems...VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A TOP NOTCH COMPANY!!!!
